Very friendly staff. We are upgraded to a room with magnificent views. Lots of good restaurants and shopping malls around.
Lovely hotel awesome skyline view from the hotel room. Helpful staff. Near the sea harbour. Good food. Huge ball room.
Go to the hotel's website to book one, get one get one free, the discount seems to be in April
Its ok nice view and near transport the only thing digusted me was the beds had blood stains
Great views of HK from the room! Polite and efficient staff.. massive rooms..:)
Buffet breakfast can be better..
Inexpensive clean breakfast provided with high quality kimchi
Good hotel with luxury stuff , clean . But not have free wifi. Harbour view very nice view. Can reaching from homgkong airport by using bus A31 stop in station nina tower bus station . 950 meters walking distance from tsuen wan MTR station. Very good hotel to go in lantau island tourist location, like disneyland, tung chung or ngong ping 360.
Every Wednesday
A crowd
Brothers and sisters drink morning tea
Although an episode occurred during check-in
We have been unable to find our reservation record, but after the local agent immediately processed it, the hotel compensated for the upgraded room type.
We stayed in the new building
The counter service staff is very kind, but this hotel is really a lot of group guests, we have to wait a little, after the check-out, we also provide the service of sending luggage
The room was very clean, the disadvantage was in Wifi... no! ! Very troublesome ~ bathroom water pressure is enough, after a shower bath, you can wash the day's exhaustion
Next to the hotel is a small park, there are also two shopping malls, shopping in the Xintiandi of Liwan, shopping is very convenient, there is no need to order the breakfast here, the tart of the Taichang cake house, everyone's breakfast can start a wonderful trip of the day
Very centrally located hotel in Tsuen Wan. Convenient access to Citywalk centres, a nearby Wellcome, and a short walk to the Tsuen Wan West Rail MTR station (there is a walkway that was currently being renovated when we were there). There's also a main bus depot next door. The Tsuen Wan (red line) MTR station is less than a 10 minute walk by streets or walkways.
Very disappointed about the hotel. It looks like they have very nice and modern room, but also some rooms that need serious maintenance. We had 2 rooms in the same category. Harbour view. 1 was nice the other not. The hotel was fully booked, so changing the room was not possible. Since we stayed only 3 nights I was OK with it. But definitely not coming back. Also the breakfast is very expensive for the small variety of food they serve. You can not even order an omelet or scrambled eggs. Only fried eggs. If you go early morning it is still acceptable. But after 7:30 it is completely over filled.
Because of the typhoon both pools are closed but they didn't mention anything on the website. Very disappointing experience.
Worst rooms uncomfortable bed,
Very low lights in the room, the staff is not cooperative,WiFi doesn t work very poor services.
Everything is great except no mobile signal because I am on 85th floor
It is now being renovated, quite noisy, but many domestic travelers. The buffet is good and you can try it.
Great hotel in tsuen wan area. It give you best view around this area
Really good hotel every year we coming to here for vacation one of the best hotel ever
Best service. Best quality. Best hotel. Everything is so luxury.
But we need to take time enough from 75th floor to Ground floor, even the lift is so fast already.
The room is really badly soundproofed.
In the middle of the night, I will hear the loud noise of the tenant.
Nearby neighboring market, Tsuen Wan West Station
Eating and transportation are generally convenient
Five-star hotel, more than 3 stars, too many people at the same time. The mainlanders are happy to yell at their associates outside the house. The room is also very outdated. Convenient transportation. Can't go.
Despite all the mainlanders kindergardern adult field trips. The rooms are well payed for sound block windows and walls. However some of the shower curtains need replacing. Spa and swimming pool and gyms are really clean and well maintain. plus being the tallest building in the subhurb you get great views.
Location service is great. Super and shopping malls are also nearby.
The room is large, the staff is very enthusiastic, but the choice of food is extreme, why is there no small point and afternoon tea?
Restaurants were amazing. Dimsum was particularly good at Sportful Garden
An best place to stay in Hong Kong. Food is good for tourist compare to other places. Nice view in room based on the location you get you can enjoy more. Citywalk shopping mall is quite opposite to hunt new cloths and gifts.
Sister cleaning, clean, comfortable accommodation. The self-service chef in the restaurant is very good. Sashimi salmon and tuna can be cooked by spoon. Very Good. Like Heart Hotel
New look mall tower 2.
Not much shopping open.
