Great place to stay. But I hadn't use their facilities like swimming pool, restaurants and bars, and gymnastic. The mall was under construction when I came.

I think the management must add more elevators and receptionist desk. The hotel is not attended by just 20 or 50 persons but hundreds may wait in the lobby.

So if you don't like long queues, you have to check in or check out around 7 a.m., use the elevator or other facilities before 9 a.m. or 10 p.m.

The hotel's location is very straregic and have beautiful view of seaside and nearby island. It is near an mrt station and there are several big malls and traditional market.

Mixed review...the rooms have new, modern decor and are clean-ish, but it feels stark and bare-my room was truly cold. You will need a power transformer because there is no 110V power in rooms except for bathroom. The internet connection is wired only in the rooms, despite what is advertised. All in all, not a great business travel hotel if you are used to higher end American or European hotel chains while traveling in China. While a value compared to the alternatives,as a business traveller I feel it is worth the extra expense to stay elsewhere. To be fair, the location is very cool for those who want to stay closer to the "real China" and if your business involves the nearby port or factory. If this is the case, then you will do well to stay here as there are few alternatives.

Great bank for your bank when it comes to HK hotels. Rooms could use a little maintenance but they're good in general. It's a little far from HK center but there's a subway line that takes you directly to Central.

Decent rooms, however decor may be bit outdated.

Decent rooms, however decor may be bit outdated.
Staff are ok in terms of helpfulness (No idea around crowd control).
Frequented by tourists out of China which means you may struggle to get to your room (when you "queue") waiting for the lift.
Overall it's not a bad place to stay, convenient to local shopping malls, transport and eateries.

A very eye-catching hotel. Strategic.
The breakfast has various menu but the taste is so-so. I really recommend the room. Although it's small but it has complete facilitation such as iron, hairdryer, etc.

One of my favorite places to stay in HK during layover. Spacious room and bathroom, awesome view ( not as nice as Kowloon or HK island view on the bay). Wifi is free only in the lobby. Easy to get to the city and Kowloon using MRT ( Tsuen Wan East stop is about 4-5 min walk). Nice park near by and food is all over just walk outside away from the bay.
250-260 HKD taxi ride ( red ) from/to the airport which is about 35-45 min depending on time of day.
Or take train to Tsing Yee station and cab from there: its faster but not convenient.
Hotel observatory is nice too to look at NT around Tsuen Wan.

!!!!!Not recommanded!!!!! Very Bad Hotel, the room is old and dirty, some of lights out, weird socket design(there is no socket around the bed, and the only socket in the room is under the tv which is also unpluggable), reception is impolite, worst 5 star hotel i ever lived.

Fantastic hotel with 1600 rooms there's never a shortage. Breakfast buffet is quite good also. This hotel is one of the best around in the area with shopping malls at your fingertips. Get a room at the top facing the Harbour because the views are fanfabulous.

The advantage is that the transportation is convenient and there are many places to eat and eat nearby. The size of the bed in the twin room is larger than that in other hotels. The two big two children can live comfortably, while the second one is new and comfortable. The most regrettable shortcoming is that the front desk staff is too bad, and it is enough to undermine the good mood of a day trip, perhaps because of the large number of passengers, their workload is too large...

It is a pity that the facility has been ravaged by high usage rates
I booked a sea view room but the front desk wrongly arranged a city view room

With a former 5*-class hotel building, but because of the maintenance of the future, the room cleaning and maintenance, and the continuous decline in service standards, it is a pity that they only reach the level 3 hotel.

The pollution outside the window, the pollution of the phone, the attitude of the room attendant, everything was disappointing.

I have lived in a lot of hotels in Hong Kong, but I have never tried a mother with a domestic accent. I loudly called the door to send felt on the clock. Being harassed, only because they sent the wrong room.

I have never tried to check out the time, but the house will knock on your door and ask when you will leave.

With a very beautiful window, the world-class buildings are so poorly managed due to poor management. Their founders, how can they feel?

Rooms were spacious and clean with decent bathrooms. Front desk service was good but no help with suitcases to the room. Breakfast was chaotic and only offered limited choice. The egg station only offered badly made fried eggs. They refused to make omelettes or any other type of egg to order. Good value for Honk Kong and located close to the MTR station.

Room is very clean and wide with beautiful view of bay. You can cross the walk way to citywalk departmentstore easily. There are many restaurant and shop for you.
Anyway hitel elevator is a little bit complicate. We need to go to 41th floor then walk and change to the other elevator to the upper floor.
