Great customer service. Very quiet and professional setting.

What can I say other than OUTSTANDING service, and a CLEAN freshly updated room, this was a breath of fresh air during the week for me. Would recommend over and over.

Jennifer was overly friendly and earned one star back from a somewhat irritating night. We booked at residence Inn, but they were over booked and asked us to swap. They were located near each other so not a huge issue. We have children though. Residence Inn has complimentary breakfast, courtyard does not. Residence Inn had cribs, courtyard does not. Kitchen? Not at courtyard. Now, there's no such thing as a bad Marriott, but the room at courtyard felt cramped and the hideaway bed was so sad.

To their credit they gave us some points, some breakfast, and even managed to wrangle up a crib. Still, it's not quite what we wanted and at 2330 every little annoyance adds up.

It was a nice hotel, I just felt the things were on the smaller side.

Great customer service. Early check in if a room is available. Rooms are clean with no smells of odor. Bed is really comfortable and soft.

Great stay here. Check in went well. Definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a hotel. The Bistro area looked nice and decor.

Pretty nice hotel with a very nice courtyard and lobby, as well as much softer beds than you'd get at most hotels. It would be nice to have a free breakfast but there are lots of nice places around for a good breakfast.

Amazing. Beautiful and the front desk was very nice. The guard was even helpful with towels and setting up the TV.

Very clean, seems newly renovated. Lots of restaurants that are reasonably close. Staff was great and very helpful.

Nothing wrong with it. The halls and elevator seem a little dated, but the rooms are clean, and it's a standard Courtyard.

Was warned this area was questionable but i found it quiet and not a problem really. The hotel interior was a little older but very clean. The guests could get quite loud despite the "quiet zone" signs posted all over. There was only one washer and dryer so you had to plan accordingly. We are platinum members so you are always offered an item or extra rewards points. We were offered a Starbucks coffee in the AM as a perk and took that but what we werent told was it wasnt our choice, it was just a regular small brewed coffee. Not really worth it.

Beautiful room very clean no trouble of any kind close to all of.my stops i needed to make while there!! Quiet location and the staff is very friendly i highly recommended

Room was very nice and clean. Beautiful lobby area. My only complaints were the elevators were kinda outdated and the door to our room wouldn t open with the key unless we slammed it closed. Other than that, it was absolutely beautiful. The front desk were very nice and hospitable

Good location mid town near many restaurants and St Francis hospital. Location near i-240 and easy to get around town. Rooms were clean modern and updated.

We ve had a great experience so far! Every single interaction we ve had with the employees here has been welcoming and helpful. We decided to stay here for brunch instead of trying to navigate downtown Memphis. Fast, hot, and tasty! I need to get the name of the front desk clerk. We re planning on moving here in a few months and he had lots of helpful information and suggestions. So nice. Everyone is just so nice!

Very clean, good amenities, exceptional staff that go above and beyond to help. Good location. Beds weren't terrible but they weren't too comfortable either. It was very clean, which is extremely important to me when I travel. Starbucks offered in the Bistro. Breakfast and coffee were good. We were greeted by Lisa, at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our experience the best! She was extremely helpful with local info. Lisa was always had a smile on her face and took the time to ensure all guests were happy with their stay. Melvin, the grounds keeper, was such a hard working employee. He smiled and spoke to everyone who passed as if he really enjoyed his job. Michael, at the Bistro, went above and beyond to ensure the coffee I ordered was brought to my room before 7:30am, when we had to leave for a game. Housekeeping staff were fantastic and friendly. I took away one star because of the beds. There was also one staff member, Rimanda, that had a bad day on the evenings of 7/12& 7/13. She wasn't rude but very inattentive and didn't follow through with requests. There was a family having a party in the courtyard past midnight on 7/12/19. I called to ask when that area was closed for such events at 10:30pm and was told 9:00pm and that "it would be taken care of in just a minute." However, they were allowed to play music and continue their party past midnight. Thankfully, I brought my white noise machine and was able to turn it up to drown out the noise. Otherwise, our stay was excellent!!!

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Very nice, helpful staff.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We went for our anniversary and they gave us a free upgrade to a King Suite. The room was lovely and clean with great amenities. The food at the Bistro was very good. Parking and entrances were easy to find. I never had to wait for an elevator. Highly Recommended.

Nice hewer hotel. Close to mad centers and dowtntown.

Room was spacious for all five of us and comfortable. Service was impeccable.

Ants in my rooms, both in the bed and on the desk. Couldn't work at the desk because they kept crawling on me. Could not find where they were coming from.

Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Staff is always super attentive, check in takes less than a minute with web check in, room is always clean and comfortable. Food is good at the bistro especially for breakfast. Very affordable and well located for my needs.

You get what you pay for here, super quiet rooms with comfy mattresses however everything else is showing age. But a great price compared to other hotels in the area.

Nice area from what I could tell. High end restaurants are nearby, but for something cheaper, there's a Mexican restaurant and some fast food within walking distance. The rooms are in great condition, very clean. Great bathroom setup; the soap holders in the shower have holes in the bottom so water doesn't pool in them. The WiFi was free with pretty good speed. There was an outdoor seating area, but I didn't venture out there as it had just snowed.

Clean updated rooms in a safe location with shopping around.

The price is good, but in this case, you get what you pay for. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable, but there's a slight musty smell to the whole place, and that extends to the rooms. I was placed in an accessible room for a wheelchair bound customers, & I wasn't told of this. Its not a huge problem, but the shower is awkward. HUD stay again, but only if I was trying to save money.

The service was great my room was nice only problem the furniture needs to be upgraded? The sleeper sofa was sunk in the middle and outdated.

Location is good and near grocery and good restaurants. Great service and very nice rooms.

Check-in desk refused to switch us to a king room instead of a double since we booked through a third-party (Priceline) even though we've been able to arrange that at multiple hotels in the past. A/C in room rattled all night and smoke alarm flashed like a strobe. Room was clean and smelled nice though.

No coffee in the lobby anymore! Are you kidding every other hotel in the world has coffee to offer. Bad!

Poor communication on charges for the room. Was told that my card would be held on file when we arrived due to us wanting to pay cash for our one night stay. She assured us our card would not be charged! When we checked out, we paid cash. I checked my bank account later that day and had also been charged. So we were out 320.00. We were told we would have to wait 3-7 business days for our checking account to be credited! What a inconvenience! This was my first time staying at a Marriott chain and I will not ever stay at a Marriott again!

The inside lobby is nice. The hallways look dim and dreary. My room smelled like marijuana. I opened the windows to air out the smell. The bed is very soft and comfortable. The walls are also soundproof practically. Some of the bathroom doors have sliding doors which easily lock but are difficult for first time users to open. Speaking from recent experience, my dumb self accidentally locked myself in. Overall, the hotel is okay.

The rooms were really nice and it was quiet. Definitely worth more than what we paid. We will absolutely stay here again.

Biggest issue was with the pool the filter system isnt working so the water was dirty and stagnant. The room wad clean and safe

What you would expect from a Courtyard Marriott. Nice comfy Marriott beds, sitting area, small fridge and nice patio overlooking the courtyard. Great location, close to many shops and restaurants, some even within walking distance. Bathroom was clean but our shower curtain had a big stain on the bottom corner of it.

The whole hotel could use an upgrade. Water pressure was minimal. The elevator made a lot of extra noises and seemed to hesitate to open on our floor. Dated wallpaper in our room and the Wi-Fi wasn't equipped to handle all the hotel's streaming content on the TV. We stayed one night so it was suitable for what we needed.

Good hotel, very clean friendly staff and lots of amenities. Nice grounds and close to shopping and food. The on-site bistro is quite good as well.

Nice hote,l good food options just behind the hotel. They also have an agreement with LA Fitness within walking distance. Just make sure to bring your ID.

This is a nice hotel. My king room was clean and spacious. Even had a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Front desk was very helpful and courteous. Room was exceptionally clean and I like how there is soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Btw the water was hot. :)

Very helpful staff. We had special requests that were always handled quickly and effectively.

I think they were overbooked but they managed to not kick me out of the hotel.

I was in Memphis for a conference and this was a great hotel for the trip. Clean, comfortable, convenient to the conference venue. Nice outdoor area.

Very convenient location for food and shopping runs

Very nice accommodations. Excellent supper and breakfast.

Prices were okay, establishment/rooms were well kept and clean. Breakfasts are slow, so not the best of you are in town for business and don't have much time in the morning. Drinks at the bar are a little pricey, but the staff were always friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was amazing, and the suite was very nice. Spacious, clean. Not the mattress I'm used to at Marriott locations in New England, but appears to be the standard in the south. Still, I was extremely pleased with my experience here. I stayed three days, and I will be returning to this location.

Our stay was perfectly pleasant. Everything was nice and clean and the way it should be, with friendly staff, too. Lost a star for the coffee tasting very bitter.
