The high-level view to the sea is really invincible, sometimes hundreds of mosquitoes will have it.

90 dollars a night got up graded to harbour views on 63 rd floor business class easy to walk to ferries and train station .think it was 20 dollars taxi to airport ..

If you leave your luggage, you will need 5HKD per piece. Wi-Fi in the room was 180 HKD a day.

Exclusive tour hotel, good hardware facilities, but poor service

Run down hotel. Looks good outside. Bathroom is moldy, shower water leak out all over the floor and into toilet area. There are better hotels for this price. Plus there are bus loads of tourist from China staying in this hotel.

Clean room, spacious and quality service and facilities.

The hotel was nice, the swimming pool was large and the staff was friendly too.

There is no free WIFI and internet in the room, there is no toilet treatment, there is no movable shower head, there is no place for the hair dryer, and there is no dressing space available for women. It is a common failing business hotel. If it is a tourist resort, it is not recommended to come here.

Large place, near West Rail and many shopping malls

Although I am Japanese, hotel staff always provide best assitance with their good smile. My hotel room was 79th floor which provide best location and hospitality. If I have another chance of visiting Hong Kong, I will book this hotel again. Thank you.

The entrance is the Yangwudao Market, which is convenient for mainland tourists to stay. There is room for improvement in fees and price when dining.

Lift service need much improvement in the morning. Got stuck 20 minutes due to large group of guests.

On December 13, 2019, I used a stored-value credit card to register for the "Hong Kong Premier Living Experience" on the hotel's official website. I received an email from the hotel to notify that the above credit card registration is invalid. If I fail to show a valid credit card before 12 pm on December 25, the above booking will be cancelled. After that, I will use my family's credit card to register the above promotion on December 14. I have n t received the hotel s credit card posting problem. Until December 25th, check in at about 2:15 pm, the front desk staff said there was a problem with the family s credit card posting. The above offer must be paid immediately. Expenses, I asked whether the waiter had deducted the credit card fees of the family members. The staff member said that there were no relevant credit card fees deducted. After that, I asked the family members about the situation. After the family members said that the hotel did not deduct the credit card fees, I immediately paid the relevant fees. After checking out on December 26, I received the hotel email notification that another one was arranged for me on the night of check-in, so my family s credit card fee was charged. I received a bank notification on December 28. Money was paid to the hotel on December 26. I called the hotel after 8pm on December 29 to find out the situation, and asked about the reason for charging the family's credit card fees. The respondent said that he should check with the bank about the incident. Online booking is a full fish dinner. And breakfast. But Zhuan is 35 minutes late for dinner with rice noodles and rice. I don t think I m mistaken for the hotel. Hope the hotel pays attention.

The hardware equipment is very old, the whole room is very dirty and there is a lot of dirt. I bought a bath ball to use it at night. After cleaning the room, I will disappear. Really nice and fresh, the pool's view of the city is amazing

It is one of the best hotels in this district of Tsuen Wan, but I feel that there are more people coming and going in and out of this hotel in the Mainland. The hotel price is acceptable.

I've been here and last year, nothing complained, nothing impressive either. Go to the pool with a good view.

The new decoration is gorgeous...the bathroom is also beautiful...the waiter is very kind, the customer is the first, the courtesy and willing to accept the advice of the guests...the food is delicious, the food is carefully cooked by the teacher.

This hotel was really good.It has good rooms and also good breakfast.The room was quite clean and what make it nicer is that it is beside two malls,the nina mall and citywalk.You should try to stay in this place.

This hotel is located in a very convenient location in Tsuen Wan. Adjoining the building is the City Walk shooing mall with lots of shops and restaurants. It s about a 15-20 minute walk to the Tsuen Wan MTR.

The rooms are pretty big comparing to most in HK. We would recommend this hotel.

I come here for two times and it is always my top choice for vocation.

Very dirty rooms, mouldy ceilings in bathroom, I couldn't use the shower or toilet due to them being dirty, asked reception for a change of room and my request was denied, luckily I was only there for a few hours. Never again will I stop over in Hong Kong. The people and especially staff at hotel also Cathay Pacific staff at Hong Kong international airport were rude and most unhelpful people I have ever encountered in my travels. First and last time to Hong Kong.

The room is really big, the sea view room is really enjoyable

The appearance looks good, but the ceiling of the ceiling inside the room is not clean, and it needs to be even better.

The air conditioning is very noisy, and the air volume is the smallest. The floor was a bit wet, and the breakfast was going to line up for half an hour.

This is a nice hotel for the most part. They only provide one adapter for American plugs though, and wifi in room is additional. Otherwise, great location and prices. The Bay view rooms are beautiful.

If you can give zero stars, I will give zero points. I had to stay today, but I encountered a 10/1 parade. The Tsuen Wan tear gas and petrol bombs, no means of transportation, even if they are not afraid of danger, there is no way to enter. Although the policy of the hotel is not refundable, although there is no legal problem, such a service attitude is indeed disappointing.

I would give zero stars if there is such a rating. I am supposed to check in today, but the area is democratic being stormed by protesters. Literally gas grenades and molotov cocktails are flying as I write this, plus there's no public transport of any Kind to get to the hotel even if I ignore the danger. The hotel maintained its policy of no refund under these exceptional circumstances. While the hotel is legally correct, this is no way to serve the customer, which is extremely disappointing.

Modern and spacious rooms with great view compared to other hotels. Close to subway and bus stations.

Stayed there for 4 nights. The room was in great condition. The view was awesome. The staffs was friendly, attentive and gave a good services. The price was very affordable (w/o breakfast). Really beyond my expectation.. Easily to locate. Very near to west tsuen wan MRT station. Easy access to tsuen wan park, wet market and shopping mall From all direction.

Elevator lights ( for when it arrives) is deceiving and often wrong. Food at the 9/f cafe all-you-can-eat place was quite low quality, and in effect overpriced. Service is quite good though.

This is 4 star property in the Kowloon area of HongKong. The hotel is surrounded by many Skyscrapers. Thus, you get two views, one of the River side and other one is the City side.

I stayed at the 75th floor therefore the my view was city side thus I could literally see The Hongkong from my room.

These are good thing about the hotel.

However, the Staffs were highly unprofessional and rude , they won t let you extend your check out irrespective of your situation( as my Wife fell ill on the day of the check out so requested them to extend my check out by 2 pm as against 12 but these guys didn t agree.

As part of the Nina Tower, owned by Chinachem Group, L'hotel Nina offer a wide range of dinning options such as buffet, afternoon-tea, and specified purpose dinning. Definitely, it is a good place for accommodation by China's traveller, where they can take airport bus and cross-boundary bus to district of Gunagdong Province easily. In case of rainly weather, the fully covered walkway allow them to go to the MTR station and adjacent shopping mall easily.

Excellent service. Enjoyed it much better than staying in Kowloon. The rooms are very clean and presentation was nice. Adequate fitness room that was clean and functional for most exercises. Excellent presentation at breakfast buffet, very busy so get in early! Great location for Tsuem Wan, a less touristy location to enjoy what hong kong has to offer. Rooms were spacious and had excellent views of water and surroundings. If I come back to Hong Kong again, I would look to stay here in future.
