A very convenient hotel for any event requiring an early morning departure from ATL.

I stayed at the Springhill suites for 3 days and 2 nights. The rooms are better than any I have stayed at, and are worth their cost. If you ever needed anything, one call to the front desk completely resolved the issue. The hotel also provided complementary breakfast every day.

Only stayed one night bc our plane was delayed and Delta gave us a room but we had a good time.

Great staff, and located so conveniently to the airport with the sky train.

Over charged credit card back to back. Took 5 days to refund. Received nothen for inconvenience for having to borrow monies for my next stay in different city and hotel. Co. Slogan is they treat you the way they want to be treated. How would Marriott like their mother to be homeless for a couple of nights. Very sad. Marriott would not EVEN approve for 1 (one) free night at their many locations. Inhumane!

Very clean and pretty rooms. AC works well. Comfortable temps. Pool was closed. Delicious continental breakfast with good coffee. Management encourages going green as far as towels and linens sre concerned which is almost impossible due to lack of hooks or bars to hang more than one towel at a time. Also, no close outlets to bed to charge phones and tablets.only reasons I did not give 5 stars. But there is a convenient outlet at work desk with office chair.

We have business classes right by the airport several times a year and we greatly appreciate how close Springhill Suites is. For us, as long as the hotel is clean and team members and friendly/helpful, that's all we personally needed.

Their customer service shined in a call we made to them today. We had to make a last minute change in our Springhill plans yesterday (at our layover to ATL, our flights got cancelled and we couldn't get on a flight for 2 days making us miss our classes altogether, so turned around and went home) and let them know as soon as we could that afternoon/evening. Called back today and talked to Jesse (manager) and he was kind enough to reverse the charges for us. Thank you, Jesse! Will definitely be back several times later this year.

This Springhill Suites was my first experience with this part of Marriott and I have to say it exceeded every single expectation of what a hotel could be, especially at the price I found.

For the same price of a comfort inn or Hampton, Springhill provided an incredibly spacious room that is beautifully designed, comfortable and quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and a joy to interact with.

The hotel is an easy and effortless 3 minute train ride from the airport on the free Sky Train. From there it s an elevator ride and you re basically at the hotel.

I can t say enough good things about my stay stay and experience with this hotel.

Clean but dated. Redeeming factor was the included breakfast which would have been extra any where else. Located a short train ride from airport via the airport train.

SpringHill Suites has a brand and it is hard to mess with. Many of them are cookie cutter and one in the same. Not this one. The staff is attentive and goes over the top to remember who you are. The most distinguishing thing is that they had a cooler of fruit infused ice water downstairs 24/7. This helps during Atlanta's hot summers. Can't say enough about how great that was after a long day.

Quick access to airport for arrivin/departing flights

the room was very nice and clean. i loved the breakfast options. the healthier options along with the oatmeal bar helped me make better choices during my visit.

High quality 7 hr stay on layover. Love the rooms quick light rail access to the airport and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Location is fantastic (connected by tram with airport) but the room seemed mediocre. The bathroom was tiny. The beds were clean but the carpet had holes worn in some spots.

There was a bug on my pillow it looked like lice and the manager/receptionist was very rude about the whole situation. I wrote a letter to corporate and never heard back from them. This is terrible customer service and I was treated poorly. I don t understand how this place stays in business.

Very pleased with this hotel! Everything was great - the room was clean and very well appointed (mobility- accessible) with a separate bathroom and shower which is fantastic for multiple guests. The hot breakfast is EXCELLENT. Better than most included hotel breakfasts we've had with this brand hotel (fresh fruit, real eggs, bacon, a variety of fresh bread and sweets.) The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Ample parking ($15) including multiple handicap spots. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Noisy AC and weird that the toilet and shower were in their own rooms

Nice hotel with easy access to the skytrain to the ATL airport. If you search for food near the hotel you don't get any results. Don't be fooled, there is a Marriott and Renaissance right there with restaurants.

Located on airport property and minutes to the terminal by tram, this hotel provides modern amenities and a reasonable price. The rooms were clean, bright, and geared for energy efficiency. Your room key inserted into a recepacle on the wall powers up the room to allow you to turn on lights and the air conditioner. Rooms are spacious with sitting area separate from bedroom and kitchen. The closet room is abundant and the toilet and sink is separate from the shower with sink.

Okay place really dirty carpets and furniture in our room

Breakfast was decent but there is no restaurant or bar in the hotel (there are two other Marriott properties within steps of the front door that they will direct you to). The pantry was well stocked with items to buy and the rooms were clean.

The onoy thing they lacked was a shuttle from the airport, but it might be because they're recent.

Attended Spring Hill Suites for a work meeting. The meeting room was clean and set up perfectly. Lunch and beverages were good.

The hotel and the staff were great. It lived up to the hype.

If you miss a flight for a delay with delta this is an option that you get to spend the night is good and comfortable.

Really nice hotel, 2 minutes from the airport (inside just need to use the Skytrain). The room really good and comfortable and the breakfast has everything you need with good food ingredients.

Don t arrive late cause you ll get your reservation cancelled... never again

Stuck in Atlanta because of weather at my destination, I had to find a place that was close and reasonably priced. SpringHill Suites is one stop along the train to the rental cars and is very close to the train exit. The hotel was clean and new. The room was equally nice. Breakfast was enough to make the morning easy and coffee was available all morning, which was nice. Everybody I met from the staff was kind and when I first called with questions, they took time to explain to me when I first didn't understand. Made an unexpected inconvenience into a relaxing and pleasant night.

The rooms were nice and clean.. I had extra charges on my credit card that dropped off a few days later.. I m not sure why

I made a reservation at this property and found out that it was closed and my reservation had been canceled without any notice. It's really fun to try to find a hotel on NYE with a family of 5 on no notice. I am extremely frustrated that Marriott continues to permit people to make reservations at a closed property.

Well, it s clean and very convenient when you have an early flight. The staff is friendly, but don t expect much beyond that. No coffee available in the lobby before 6; no amenities in the evening. Decent restaurants and bars at the two other hotels nearby.

Not a lot of food or drinks nearby but really great location near the airport. No "room service" but the breakfast was good.

Took the bar exam staying here. Being across the street made for an awesome lunch break. Desk for cramming, free breakfast, consistent Wi-Fi.

You can ride the train from the airport and walk to the convention center.

Rooms are very clean bath and shower are separate so might be good when a couple is staying together or family. Breakfast is great.

New hotel on the tram line to the car rental facility. My room was clean and I heard no noise from the airport. I only wish they had a jacuzzi pool to relax in. If you park your car there then expect a parking fee. The breakfast was a typical Springhill breakfast. Be prepared for the huge visitors tax that will be tacked onto your visit. One real positive aspect of the bedroom was the multiple electrical outlets on the night stands.

Came in a bad mood after missing our flight. Wasn't here long but people were friendly and the rooms were big and clean

Nice hotel and clean with polite and professional staff. Room is very nice on 5th floor 209 per night. Only issue was a real bad smell in the room and had to get the staff to spray some stuff in the room to make it smell nice. Unfortunately that only lasted about 20 min and then the bad smell came back. Only a one night stay so put up with the smell.

Room was decent. Fairly good breakfast buffet. Could hear noise from the hall.

Had a one night stay. I really enjoyed the layout of the hotel room not your standard hotel room design. Continental breakfast is a nice touch, the other Marriott across the street does not have continental breakfast. I'm attending a convention across the street so everything is in walking distance.

Great stay! Clean and convenient. The tram to the airport is right outside this hotel making it very easy to go to and from.

I stay here every time I visit my family from California. The staff is always polite and helpful. The common areas are always clean and the rooms are always spotless.

It's right by the airport but the rooms sound proof. You would never know. It's a very comfortable stay and good location.

My stay on August 5th, 2016 started out with a lukewarm welcome in the lobby. I was greeted with some sort of yellow food splattered on the wall and painting of my hotel room, but other than that it seemed relatively clean. After an uncomfortably warm and cold night, I woke up to find that someone had broken the windows of over 45 cars, my rental car included, in the parking lot that they CHARGE you to park in. I'm not sure what I was paying to park for, obviously not for security.

Suites are great. Great location. Breakfast included with stay. Microwave and sofabed surface wasn't clean both times I stayed there though. No excuse for that since rooms are very expensive.

Spacious rooms, very clean and tidy. The staff very friendly and smiling all the time.
