This company is garbage. By far the worst experience I've ever had working with a company. Management is very unprofessional. I subcontracted with this garbage company. I warn any and all independent contractors DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. I'm still owed $750 of my pay that has been with held from me. I tried reaching out to a woman named Theresa out of the PA branch and she had the gentleman that took the call tell me that,"it's not my problem you never received pay, take that up with AEX". Crazy cause she's management. I had to try and contact her because the so called manager Craig never stepped up and fixed or looked into what was going on. Two weeks back my check for a days work of $150 was held. After a week of being lied to by manager Craig and his puppet Betsy I grew tired of the run around so I went over their heads and contacted Theresa. Theresa told me the truth of why my check was held. The company randomly charged me for not coming in on two certain days that I wasn't about to make. The $150 was the cost of finding another driver so they say. The pay week after I made $350 for five days of work which was another scam. They deducted double the fees. I was being charged $40 a week for an insurance they said was needed incase I was hurt. I also was being charged $30 a week for Admin. Fees. $37.50 for the use of the scanner they provided,and another $30 for so called Gas surcharge. With a total of $137.50 taken from my check every week. The pay week after my check was held I was charged double the fees for a total of $197.50. Which left me with a check of $350. AEX charged me for two weeks of fees. Crazy scam. They said there wasn't enough money to take from, the week I had the check for one days work, so AEX just took it out of the next pay to come. That same week I handed in scanner and everything that was given to me,i quite. My last check I was told will be sent to me after 30 days. I'm owed $750 and something tells me I won't be receiving it no time soon. I'm so discussed with this company. I regret contracting with them. Bunch of weed smoking liars both Craig and Betsy. I should of reported her when she offered to "smoke me up" on some weed. So unprofessional. These people are by far the worst. BEWARE.

This place should be investigated for their rip off practices. You pay for everything. Drug test ,background Motor vehicle. They pay you very little money but want a lot of work from you. It s too much on you but they get all the money and you take all the risk. Than once you end your time the hit you with charge back fees. Anything to take money off someone else. Not worth you time or efforts. Shady business
