The 4 person room is very large and comfortable, and the 80th floor is very nice!
A fantastic hotel with everything what you need. Its well connected by MRT and buses. The basement of this building is the nina tower bus station and can easily find buses to every location. Also from the airport, catch A31 bus and that directly goes to this hotel. There are malls, streets and everything nearby and easy to get around. The view from the tower two is mesmerizing. Attaching few shots from the room we stayed.
Nina Tower is the tallest building in the New Territories of Hong Kong. It is located at No. 8 Yeung Uk Road, west of Tsuen Wan. It consists of two commercial buildings of 89 and 42 storeys high. The height of the high block is 318.8 meters and the height of the low block is 163.7 meters. . The 30th floor of the high seat is a Grade A office building, and the rest of the floor and the low-story building are all operated by the hotel. It is called the Heart of the Sea Hotel and Conference Center, positioning four to five-star hotels. The roof of the 89th floor of Ruxin Square has placed a hand-printed stone mold left by Gong Ruxin on April 16, 2005 to celebrate the flat-topping ceremony, symbolizing Gong Ruxin's look at the East Chinatown Plaza and most of Kowloon. Also from December 28, 2009, Ruxin Square is the location of Huaying Group Headquarters. [1].
name
The Chinese name of the whole project was taken from the name of the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Huaying Group, Gong Ruxin (died on April 3, 2007). The English name Nina Tower is the English name of Gong Ruxin. The high seat of the building is named after the foreign name Teddy of Gong Ruxin's husband Wang Dehui, and the lower seat is named after his own foreign name Nina. On the 41st floor between the two buildings, there is a transparent sky bridge connection, which means that the couple will not hold hands. [2]
the mall
The mall is three stories high with an area of about 30,000 square meters and has three footbridges. It is connected to the heart of the sea and the hotel and conference center, the MTR West Rail Line, the Tsuen Wan West Station, Wan King Peak and Fuxin Tiandi, Yangwu Road Municipal. Buildings and other buildings. The initial occupancy rate of the mall was low, but the occupancy rate has gradually increased with the occupancy of the hotel. On the second floor of the shopping arcade, there is a 8,000-square-meter fossilized fossil park displaying tree fossils. It is now partially open.
On June 22, 2008, Taoyuan Restaurant and Haihuang JPone had branches in the mall.
From April 7th, 2009, merchants such as Hao Cai V Cuisine and Pacific Coffee entered the mall.
On August 27, 2010, Wellcome entered the mall.
In 2017, it will jointly develop with Quanchenghui Shopping Mall. In the fourth quarter of the same year, it will start renovation of 400 million yuan. It is expected to open in the second quarter of 2019. The situation is similar to that of Popcorn in Tseung Kwan O.
At present, the mall is undergoing major maintenance and all merchants have moved out.
Office building
A total of 17 floors of Grade A office buildings, of which 35-38 floor is the headquarters of Huaying Group; the rest of the office space is mainly occupied by related companies of Huaying Group, as well as technology companies and trading companies; and the only financial institution that rents this building is Bank of Communications.
Hotel
Part of the Ruxin Plaza Hotel is named the Ruxin Seaview Hotel & Conference Center with 1,589 rooms. The hotel has a total of 8 banquet halls located on the 5th, 7th, 11th and 41st floors. Hotel facilities include a business centre and a restaurant.
Great place to stay in hongkong! Great ambience! Comfortable rooms! Cool views from the rooms as well! It even has 3 malls attached to it! So you can go shopping for best and original brands here!
The room is big enough and clean. The sea view room has a good view, but the decoration is rather dated.
Stayed here recently for two nights. This was the 3rd or 4th stay here. I like the view and the high level floor feel. Improvements could be made. Such as cleaning the floor a little more thoroughly. Also bathroom, especially toilet area has a slight odor. The circular shower area is cool however the shower curtain circle diameter is a little too wide so water ends up splashing outside. You'll know what I'm talking about if you clean this room or get this type of room.
Spacious room with beautiful seaview. Fast and good room service.
Can I speak swear? Venting the mood? X you street, the fish smells both
Basically OK, but with five stars to calculate, the room is buried with basic facilities, old , and many hotels have us charger!
The seat is too old and the bathtub cannot be stored
The rooms are not well lit...and pls dont book through booking websites...directly book the rooms through them
Luxury & high level business center. Great place for the fantastic event.
Great price big room not so far from disney resort hongkong
Nice and comfortable and reasonably priced for hong kong. Only down side is that there's no free WiFi
Under the epidemic situation, the price is indeed very affordable. The rooms are very large and the scenery is beautiful. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is not available. The hotel s check-in lobby is on the 41st floor. The 41st floor is also connected to the high and low blocks.
Large and modern rooms with open city & sea view which I really enjoyed. Housekeeping team is nice. But they are too busy that you can never have someone answer the phone at front desk. U always have to queue up (always long queue) at front desk for a small issue like fixing a router but they never touch and fix it. Great facilities, but disappointed services.
The room is big enough, the place is clean, the transportation is convenient, and the price is fair.
Housekeeping very poor rated. When we asked them to make up my room, the house keeper bargained with us that yest they have make up the mattress. And she even wanted us to help her to push the bed with her. To request towels can take 15 minutes. To heat up our food, we were told to go down 7th floor. Imagine from 77th floor, we have to go down 7th floor. And were told in future, they will charge up our food for being warmed up.
Nice rooms, good view, comfortable bedsbeds. Not sure about the location, but there are a few couple of malls near by for food.
Beautiful environment, clean, excellent service and excellent dining.
Passed by there... Drop by for a quick Dim Sum... Stayed here many years back & had some delicious dim sum. Not cheap though...
Sincerely speaking, it is a great value. There is no need to have a room on the 34th floor for four hundred yuan. Although it is not a sea shadow, the scenery is open
quite pricy, food is just average. charge 7 person for tea when one of them is just a 2month baby. and also try to charge extra money for snacks.
The high-rise looks at the sea view, the room is big, the price is actually
Located in the city center of Tsuen Wan. Traffic ambassadors. Pedestrian bridges run through the east, west, south and north of the mall
It was another great experience visiting Hong Kong! The Hotel is connected to the mall and a cultural park that everybody can roam around for free! I even saw some of my Kababayan sitting on a shed having their lunch. Very friendly and peaceful place. Will be back for sure, in God's time!
Good service. Eating in the Chinese restaurant, free valet parking for 3 hours.
5 star rooms, impeccable breakfast, we were located on the 58th floor overlooking the harbor
The room is big enough and the staff has a good service attitude. In addition to the preferential price, the hotel s decoration and facilities are also admired for its views. But the hotel s decoration and facilities...Even the USB plug is not available and there is a doubt...the swimming pool on the ninth floor It s big enough but it s separated from the lounge chair area and the bathers need to walk around. It s really a bit...I hope the hotel can think about the danger when bathers walk with wet feet
It was a high-rise hotel, the view seemed to be good, but the air pollution from China was severe and I could not see the view at all.
Inconvenient because it is necessary to change elevator in the 41st floor.
Although the hotel is considered as 5 star, the rooms do not live up to that standard. The toilets inside the room are dirty and some of its amenities are broken. The bathtub plug was stuck, the door was rotting, etc.
Comparable price with hotels in Kowloon area but much larger. The room that I was in can easily accomodate 4 persons. Distance to the island or Kowloon is not really a problem since there are 2 MRT station nearby, closest being Tsuen Wan West.
The sea view room has a beautiful view, the staff at the counter is cold, and the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved~
Service is good, the housekeeping staff is also very polite, just the room sofa has stains, not too dare to sit other good
Excellent value for money shopping malls around the shopping mall are empty bridges together
Trooooppo casino, has no ATM, file x all, paid breakfast with espresso still to be paid separately
I booked a 4-day room when I made a special offer at the hotel. The room was on the executive floor and it was quieter in the corner.
The room was clean and tidy overall, it was a bit old!
The hotel has a large number of mainland guests. There are many tourist buses parked at night. They also pack their luggage in the lobby, which is very crowded.
Breakfast is a buffet. The tenants charge 78 yuan. It is the same price for friends.
There are many shops around the hotel, it is very convenient for shopping and eating, and it is very close to Xiquanwan Station.
Basically satisfied with this stay.
I love the location. The room we had is very spacious. Good for families. Everything u need is either inside, or a few steps outside the hotel.
The rooms are big but the floor really dirty and we can see water and some left over of the fold in 2 rooms we did call the recption and di chsnge 2 times ,last room was ok ,however the bed is smelly ,few prostitute at the entrance and thats just destroy the image of the L hotel ,only the view is nice and i give 2 stars for that
Conveniently located, the Zhonggang bus stops at a beautiful location and is adjacent to the Liwan Waterfront Park.
The environment is good and the quality of food is first class. Drinking tea, dinner, and networking.
There is no sea view at all! Only the public housing estates in Xianghang Road and Tsing Yi! The lifeguards on duty all put on Bluetooth headsets to enjoy music. How do you hear the call for help to swimming guests?
Large room with reasonable price. You could enjoy the sea view and the room can accommodate a maximum of three guests. $88 per person for breakfast buffet with good quality. Next to Tsuen Wan West railway station which takes only 12 min to Tsim Sha Tsui East. Good accommodation for budget trip in Hong Kong. However the room is relatively dim and the television has poor signal from time to time. With stable Wi-Fi, the tv problem is not a problem at all.
This is a good value hotel for accommodation.
Room condition is good and 7-Eleven is within 5 minutes. However, breakfast is not delicious for the price.
So, on the second day, I ate fried pork and duck at a nearby market of 10 minutes.
Wi-Fi is available only in the lobby for free, and it seems to be a lodging that attracts many packaged tourists.
It's an okay place to stay but the location is superb. Connected to mall so eating out becomes easy. Also close to MTR station.
Self-service quality, good service, free valet parking
awesome everything I like. not very expensive its okay for me. if I go again to hk I will go straight in l'hotel with my family. I spent very good time with my family in la'hotel.good service of all staff
The buffet food is ordinary and there is no special food. If you do n t drink milk tea, it will be gone as soon as you leave, and the scenery is only streets. If you rent a house, you must talk about the beauty, but not as much as that.
If someone is here, my heart will break. This is a human story.
This hotel is more like a 3 star hotel! Room needs maintenance! Uneven hardwood floor! Everyone can get into the elevators going to different floors! Totally unsafe! No in room free wifi! Luckily the SIM cards are cheap in HK. A lot cheaper than the $100 per day rip off charge from the hotel! The worst thing is people in the other rooms open the doors and loudly talking to each other as early as 6AM!. Totally not a pleasant place to stay!
