The location is very good. There are municipal markets, old shops, large shopping malls and supermarkets nearby. The transportation is convenient and visitors can experience Hong Kong characteristics.
On the day of check-in, I can check in at 2:00 noon, when the queue is long, the counter is full, the customer service manager is professional, try to solve the problem, and queue up for 20 minutes to sit on the room. According to the observation of the guests who are Asians, the only ones who stay in the country are mainlanders and locals.
The room is normal, the toilet is narrow, and the room has half a sea view.

We used for bullet trip of 2 days and 3 days. Smooth from check in to out. If you have a room on the high floor you can't go as far as $ 1 million ... but you can see the scenery there.

Too many mainland Chinese, this hotel is located at a residential area and not suitable for tourists. Residents are disturbed and they stared at us all the time which made me feel very uncomfortable.

A large high rise hotel with twin towers. I stayed on the 47th floor, but once I went to the 41st floor, I had to change to the elevator for the higher floors, which was a bit troublesome. Because there were many guests, I felt that the waiting time for the elevator was too long. The room was big enough. The bathroom was large and there was a separate bathtub. The lighting in the bathroom is bright but the lighting in the room is dark. The nearest station is MTR Binan West Station, but walking distance from Binan Station, there are shops such as Aeon, other shopping centers and markets nearby.

Great service and wonderful rooms. Everything is pristine, and for a very good price at that. Highly recommended if you want a hotel a bit further away from the busy Central!

We stayed here for 6 nights and the hotel is pretty good and clean. It is very well located and the views are breathtaking. The staff are friendly and the lady who does the cleaning is super efficient and pleasent.

Feedback - the food for breakfast is average and the chef is a bit rude. The rooms needed a touch up and some love. The shower curtain is not practical. They need to touch up the roo. And add more lights. Too many switches to switch on and off.

This hotel has the invincible sea view of Lamba, overlooking the Dingjiu Bridge, and the day and night view of Hong Kong Island. Its location is excellent. There are large shopping malls nearby, Tsuen Wan Park, Yang Uk Road Market, shopping is convenient! The area tour, as long as five minutes walk, you can reach the West Rail Line, very convenient!!!

I was very disappointed in this hotel despite the good review the place have. The room given to us was very dirty. Bed stains, lipstick starin on curtain, dust everywhere. Our key kept blanking forcing us having to replace the keys every evening when we come back. Never had I ever written a review this bad for a hotel.
