Excellent, my fifth stay! It is a small but cozy hotel. Some might find it a bit dated and not as convenient as the other hotels but as for me it is just perfect and the staff are super nice, helpful and accommodating.

Warmest service from Sammy upon check in. Very attentive and friendly service. Housekeeper was very meticulous and caring to clean up the room and very detailed arrangement for my beauty products. That s an extra plus point for the housekeeping service.

With the opening of the subway (MRT) to Central / Hong Kong station, the connection is definitely better; future station can be reached quickly on foot.

Deepwaterbay can be reached by bus number 73 or 573 in R. Stanley in 5 minutes.

Rooms are ok size for Hong Kong, no room service, but there is a restaurant.

The price is cheap, and there are many buffets at night.

Nice hotel with good amenities and reasonable sized rooms. About a 10 min walk from the MTR station through an older part of town. Pool and gym facilities were clean and well kept. Pool has a deep end, a fountain, and a wading area for little kids. Service was great and we felt well looked after. It's a bit far from the main districts, but with the MTR, it doesn't take too long to travel there.

A few years ago, I was very good at service, but I was too poor at home.

Location is not so convenient from the rest of HK (though it is a 20 minute walk from Ocean Park) and there are very few restaurants in the neighborhood. Couldn't find a convenient store but discovered a gas station about 10 minute walk away. Rooms are acceptable and big for HK. Staff is nice and friendly. I wouldn't stay here again unless I was going to Ocean Park.

When we reach there, the drop off place is actually not the lobby but there's staff there to bring us up to the Lobby immediately without us asking for what to do next.

I"m putting a very high expectation to this hotel as the review has been quite good, so far the check-in process went smoothly.

When I read through the review, there was one review mention of well maintain room, wondering what defined "well maintain"?
Maybe, because the cleanliness is there even the place is no new ? and aircond sound is loud.

At night which luckily not midnight, out of the sudden, the alarm rang.
immediately we called front desk to check on what happened, but was informed that still checking for the reason. Good thing is fire engine reach just after a few minutes, to check on the condition of the room which triggered the alarm.

I didn't visit the pool or gym but there's a common area at the lobby which is well designed, like a living room.
There are desktops connected with Wifi for in house guest to use for free; a large tables, where you can work, eat or gather there for dinner if you are there in a small group.
Free coffee from semi auto coffee machine is available there, which is way much better than hotel which provide instant coffee sachet in room.

This common area has changed our mind to continue stay for another night here after alarm incident.

Breakfast is decent, a good enough breakfast buffet.
Staff who is doing the cleaning is very efficient as there are many people there for breakfast but they are able to clean up the table in no time.

I will definitely revisit this place.

Overall provide good customer service, only that they might want to upkeep their facility, like aircond or the light of the room. As the light of the room has making the room looks aging.

Another of Hong Kong s older hotels but with requisite large rooms and surprisingly friendly and welcoming staff. 5 min walk to the MTR station. Don t miss the charming new pedestrian trail next to the old waterway leading to Aberdeen Harbour

The porters in the parking lot are great, they are experts in transportation and directions.

Uber works very well in HK we were even lucky enough to travel in a BMW 5 series. Taxis and limos are also very close at hand. from the parking lot

The Hotel is very close to the water park and the train. The breakfast buffet is very complete, children do not pay, the gym is very complete and the pool has a section for children. Internet is included and you have a coffee machine and printer on the reception floor.

Nice hotel considering very close location to 41, Heung Yip. LHotel should include more options in breakfast. Moisturizer & shaving kit are not provided in the bathroom of hotel's best room. Rooms are compact but have everything.

The location, traffic, and current CP are extremely high, so it s nice to live a little leisurely, abandon the customs, and be quiet and scared.

Take a stroll along the Xiangye Trail to replenish supplies near the Aberdeen Center. There is Aberdeen sampan sightseeing on the way, and it is cool to go out to sea when you have time.

1. Pokfulam Reservoir (and nearby Bethany Church),
Itinerary: Take a taxi from the hotel to Bethany Church, then to Pokfulam Reservoir; or walk from the hotel to the bus stop of Nanlong Road Cooked Food Market, take bus No. 71 and get off at Pokfulam Village Station (Vocational Training School)

2. Aberdeen Reservoir
Itinerary: Take a taxi from the hotel to the entrance of Aberdeen Reservoir Road in Yuguang Village.

Just had a snack at the restaurant's bar late one night (after the restaurant closed). French fries and water. Other guest had beer, and another couple had a late meal.

Convenient for its proximity to MTR, clean and quiet. Get early at breakfast or it may it be easy to find a seat.
