The visit is impeccably organized. The guide explains the production process
in a pleasant and interesting way. It offers the proof of flavors, fragrances, in the various stages of processing and responds to every curiosity. He accompanies us through a train in various cellars, describing the method of storage and classification of barriques. The final tasting is like a revelation and you can better appreciate the final product.

The best visit out of the big names in the town of Cognac! Very detailed and beautiful visit followed by a taste of very good cognacs and a small amuse bouche made by the house chef to perfectly match the Cognac. Seems like every detail was thought about and even though they are one of the biggest they seem to notice all the small details

Fascinating process, patience(up to 100 years aging!, and persistence make a consistently special drinking experience. Great company history and educational opportunity. We didn't go as "REMY drinkers...but were glad we went!

The visit ended up being exclusive, and with much learning. The most interesting thing was to know that brandy should not be heated.

Nice to visit and see how do the best cognacs. In general, the town is small, but very cute. Almost all the famous cognac houses here.

I found this place to be very informative about the products made, and the history of the region. It goes a long way to understanding the value of the drink. The tasting at the end was great, with food pairing very nice.

Superb place full of history. I loved the visit and the tasting but it would have been good to leave the possibility of tasting the Cognacs over 10 years old even if it meant paying an additional fee.

20 for a visit to 3 cellars, very expensive for very little.

Very nice visit that plunges you into centuries of tradition and know-how. A listening guide and full of good advice who tries to answer all questions.

Have you purchased the RM VSOP in the cheaply made bottle with its equally cheap stopper in very tacky black and red colours?!

I know they want to maximize profits but I m not throwing serious money away on a super tacky bottle that looks like it s made in Africa or Mexico.

There are plenty of other decent companies who don t try to cheat their customers and are proud to put their product in decent bottles.

I really felt cheated when I opened the box and looked at the tacky bottle with its hideous cork stopper. There are wine companies out there that use real glass stoppers. What s this company s excuse? They hired some flunky designer and took advice from a loser MBA student about cutting corners?

I made the mistake of giving them one last chance. Never again! What a disappointment.
