Service is exceptional! I have stayed twice and it s the same every time. Nothing is too much and staff are thoughtful

Agree with Lou Abel s comments. Very poor quarantine food hurts the rating and discounted the efforts of friendly staff.
I had to choose this hotel because very few hotels in HK accept guests who are under 14 days of quarantine (due to COVID-19, all people who enter into HK from other places are required 14 days quarantine either at home or hotel). As quarantine people are not allowed to leave their room, I selected L-hotel as they have larger room.

Quarantine package is 800HKD per day including 3 meals delivered at room door per day. Indeed not delicious at all. In the second week I had to order room service to survive. However except food everything is fine. I was given a room facing mountain and swimming pool, watching outside made my detained days easier, although can not open the window. When I entered the room the hotel already left a box of water, sanitizer, gloves, and sufficient towels and bed linens in the room. In the 14 days guest needs to do room cleaning by themselves. All guests under quarantine are arranged on the same floor. Normal guests are arranged on other floors, room rate is only 350HKD (without meals), which in my view is a very good deal as the room is much bigger than the most of Island hotels, facility is old but decent. Staffs are friendly, room is a bit humid but it doesn t matter if you only stay couple of days. MTR is only 3 minutes walk, and many buses also go to city Central, East and West directly. If you look for a good value hotel in HK, this is the place.

The rooms are big and clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Free bottles of water provided everyday. Location is convenient as it is near MTR and buses. Taxis are also available. Toiletries such as shampoo, Bath gel, toothbrush etc provided. As well as room slippers.

Terrible service at the buffet! Low quality food with limited amount of choices. Never would I go again.

The scenery is picturesque and pleasant, it is worth seeing.

The location is not in the busy area but the hospitality service is very good.

In the evening, Fiona and other colleagues at the front desk were enthusiastic and active. I was overjoyed. But the hotel facilities are not good enough to bring children, it may not be too suitable

The hotel lobby and guest rooms are standard in design, but they are not lost. The buffet dinner is ok, the breakfast is too simple, like the level of a fast food restaurant. Staff service is very attentive and very thoughtful.
Because it is located in the industrial area, the surrounding environment is not good, it is the factory building and the highway. The gate is located in the inner street. Unfamiliar is not easy to find. The advantage is that it is located in the southern part of Hong Kong Island, close to Aberdeen, Ocean Park, Repulse Bay and Stanley. These are places where tourists like to take cards.

Room is bigger than usual in HK. Front desk is always helpful and friendly. Their price is very good too.

Located close to Hong Kong academy of medicine, upscale area.
Nice to walk around.
Well connected by buses.
The hotel is good, clean and well managed.
A bit costly and difficult to find vegan food in breakfast.

LIS Cafe semi-buffet lunch, although the main course and dessert selection are not many, the quality is good ~

In the old factory area, the traffic is convenient. Walk 15 minutes to Ocean Park. The most inconvenient 7-odd and O K convenience stores will take 10 minutes to find.

Backcity hotel close to Aberdeen harbour. Service and food fine. Location and price considering the location are not benchmark

Due to the renovation of my home, I stayed at the L Hotel for more than three months in May this year. The room is very quiet at 22/F. Every day, I am very comfortable with the beautiful mountain view. It feels like living at home. Thank you very much. L hotel gave me the service and arrangement. At the same time, I would also like to thank the cleaning sister Penny for cleaning, disinfecting and disinfecting my room every day. Every time I see her, she is full of smiles. She works seriously, takes care of and cares for the needs of the guests. She is very considerate. And responsible employees.

Wonderful hotel about 10 minsbwalking distance to MRT station

Although the traffic is not very convenient, if you want to clean the quiet, well-served food, I will pick it up.
