I sleep here for about two weeks and the place is very good, the room is cleaned everyday and provide all the need for water, shampoo etc. Don't know the price because is up my client but that's secondary. Gently personal, much kindly. Nothing bad to say

The room is very big, but...sparsely populated within a hundred miles

The environment is quiet and comfortable, the food style is too much but the price is popular.

Nice and quite hotel. However it is not very convenience if you are taking pubic transportation.

Swimming pool, nice fitness room! Good helpful staff, spacious rooms and comfy beds. Nice view! Shower curtain in my room was moldy though and smelled bad.

It's located at bottom of HK but it's close to MTR station and Ocean Park. There are nice restaurants around here!

Very happy with our stay at this hotel.
Excellent affordable rate, very clean hotel and very spacious considering Hong Kong average hotel room size.
Received a complimentary upgrade to level 31 with mountain views.
Will definitely return to this hotel in the near future when in Hong Kong.
Short bus ride from outside hotel takes you to Stanley plaza and Stanley markets.
Couldn t ask for much more thank you for the excellent service also.

I went to the p3 restaurant for dinner. It was a semi-buffet for lunch. The price was reasonable and the service was good. The food was delicious, but the temperature of the food was not right. The hot food was not hot. The cold food was not cold and the water was out. The food was not chosen. If you visit soon, you can still, the diners in the area are too repetitive, get tired, and have room for improvement.

The room is big enough and the environment is comfortable. There is a B Duck theme.

Nice gym and swimming area. Spacious room and washrooms. Lift lobby needs more light, it s too dark.

Just for this swimming pool, so bring the children to live, and promise not to be disappointed~

Hotel was great. Rooms are clean with great bathrooms. Good views from the city view room, Ocean Park not far away. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to MTR station about 5 minutes train ride to Admiralty, Central Hong Kong. However, limited dining options nearby. Hotel cafe (quite nice) is really the only place to have a meal in the area. But quick MTR ride to Central or South Horizons will provide some more dining options.

Also swimming pool seemed to be closed every time I wanted to swim even when the wether was calm and clear ouside. The staff determine this by the HK weather observation site and whenever there is any weather warning in place you will find the pool closed. I was quite frustrated seeing it closed everytime I went to use it, and especially when there was a T1 warning in place which basically means nothing.

The service attitude is bad, completely ignore the feelings of the guests, not recommended.

Good environment, reasonable price, open view, clean room

Locate opposite to Wing Chuk Hing recreation ground, plenty of buses to communicate around town. MTR Station just a short walk away. Service staff was brilliant and helpful. Cost of the hotel was reasonable. Ambience was good with a good mixture of guests. Food offered inside the bar and restaurant also good quality. Room was clean and tidy daily. Definitely worth staying.

The atmosphere of cheap materials is scattered everywhere, and the most prominent place in the lobby is the seasonal hydrangea, or fake flowers, which saves money. The bed is very hard, the pillow is inelastic, and it is flat. The hanger is the kind of anti-theft pattern. The shower head can't be taken down and the water pressure is very small. There is a piece of mold on the wall, the sound insulation is very poor, and the sound of the toilet is next door. Can hear. 0 marks.

We come here to celebrate birthday lunch and it is great place as you can have privacy room for 2 person only and this semi buffet have enough options and buffet part is fine but don t expect too much with this price range.

In the dust room I asked for mercy, then when I ordered a taxi with the hotel it was just wrong, first I ordered a taxi to Mong, how come it was even taken to the north point and the taxi driver said that the hotel told me that to the north point,
second, I ordered 1 jumbo taxi for Novotel Citygate they said there was, when I arrived, I was given 2 regular taxis and delivered to Citygate Mall again, the driver said that the hotel told the destination of Citygate Mall. Very disappointing

This semi-buffet is a bit of food. There are 6 main dishes for you to choose from. The amount of fish is very good and the rice is buried. The sheep rack and the steak are all delicious. The sashimi sushi is made immediately. positive

Service and facilities are good, it may be due to Chinese New Year, the nearby stores are not open

Big room (for hong kong) nice pool and great views. Location is a bit industrial but it's close to the MTR and on the island so it's all good.

If you want to visit places in southern part of HK Island, this hotel is very convenient, and cheap too. It even positions itself as a Geopark hotel. I m not sure how it works but it says so. B Duck decorations are temporary though.
One thing to note is that the room we stayed in smelled of cigarettes. I m fine with that but wife said it s very smelly.

A fantastic inexpensive hotel. Ask for (pay extra) a facing room. Otherwise, be warned, the rooms can be a little noisy. Location, with a MTR station nearby, is excellent.

L'hotel is a brand with many mid-range hotels in Hong Kong, only to stay twice on Island South. The location is located in the southern part of Hong Kong Island, which is not very advantageous, but there is no difficulty to get there because there is a direct bus to Central and a free hotel shuttle service. Best of all, the MTR Island South Line was connected several years ago, giving better access. Value for money is very good, but it's hard to find a clean room in Hong Kong that's about the size of this room. There are views of the harbor and the mountains, but the view is not very good. It's also a good thing to have a large outdoor pool, though I've never used it.

It was OK. The room was clean but really dark. They should install some lights. The location is not the best for going downtown, but taxis and busses are available. Breakfast was really below average and not at all western like advertised.

Because the price is low, I stayed for 2 nights in a city view room on the 18th floor. I heard that the mountain view room is good. You can try it next time.
The receptionist was very polite. The room fee was prepaid by my husband. He only checked in on the second day of work. The credit card was also settled. I was afraid that the check-in information did not match. I didn t know that I had to give a deposit of 1000 and did not bring so much cash. Only 800. Hong Kong Now that someone has money, I only have mobile payment and EPS. Without my own credit card, the hotel does not accept his card. He knew that I didn t bring cash, so he offered to say 500. He was grateful for his help. If I were to go to the bank to withdraw money, I would definitely leave. I was afraid of trouble, so I wouldn t go again even if I paid. .
Because the vicinity of the hotel is too remote, it is a bit popular to walk to the MTR station. I also used 80 yuan for the taxi in Central, so I was afraid that the car would have to go around.
I heard that there is no buffet, which reduces our chances of eating in the hotel. The fitness and swimming pool are also opened, but we stayed in the hotel only for sleep, and we didn't plan to have fun with people.
The big bed is made up of 2 beds, which is nothing.
But there is one point to pay attention to. The windows are transparent, not single-sided reflective glass. You will see other residents walking around without clothes. Girls should be careful and don't just be ignorant.

I went on a mode tour, but it's a bit far from the city, but it's so nice. The building is clean and the bathroom is so nice.
The trip was good, but the hotel is the best

Stop by for dinner at the cafe in this hotel. The food is ok; the Singaporean fried noodles is good and can t go wrong.

A bit led down by the chicken breast salad as the portion is a bit tiny; and the slow cook chicken breast shouldn t be a trap but alas, the taste and quality failed miserably.

Although there are not many styles of the dinner buffet, everything is good, and the desserts are not wrong, the sex and goods ratio is high, and it is worth going.
There are a lot of parking meters on the ramp at the entrance, convenient for slag trucks

Room ok, small bath / shower. A bit noise of traffic even on the 23th floor. Food is universal but more for Asian people.

Very disappointing. Not a 4 star hotel in many regards.

1. Pool is closed til next year (it's 26 degrees at the moment) - this was not stated clearly at the time of booking and it was a big reason why we chose to stay here. Staff is inhospitable and not understanding.. simply offering us a late check out on the last day - not relevant or useful.. That's the best you can do?
2. Unprofessional. Gym staff taking a nap/sleeping on gym equipment at 10:30am whilst people are using the facility. Makes guest feel uncomfortable
3. Room requires maintenance. Upon check-in i found the door light (sensor operated) just turning on and off every 20 seconds by itself.. they sent a maintenance man up which simply told me he will turn it off and he even said it's a common issue. If so please attend to these issues before housing guests in these rooms.

4. Front desk's language (English) skills are minimal.

5. Internet is slow!!!

The only upside is the large size of these rooms. Also house keeping does a great job. Friendly greetings from the house keeper and she keeps the room very clean.

It is exaggerated to hear the joys and laughter and excitement from Ocean Park. The hotel is located near the subway and the price is great. A big family like to go to the Ocean Park to play, it is first class. One thing to note, the air conditioning in the room has a little taste.

Rooms are big and clean, price is cheaper than usual, MTR station is around 10 mins walk away.

Five minutes bus to Aberdeen. Bus and minibus in front to Stanley, peak, Shatin and Causeway. Transit station 5 min walk. Exercise room I love the best, facing hillside wilderness, well attended by staff, excellent equipment, something you don't see in other 4star hotels worldwide.

Breakfast too crowded for the amount of service. Lines on coffee machine. Room key reader did not work and even with temps around 26c pool is closed.

Convenient transportation, good breakfast. The fly in the ointment is that the bathroom has no conditioner, skin lotion. No jacuzzi in the pool

Traveling in the geographical location is quite convenient, the hotel environment is OK, the facilities in the rooms are worn out by old furniture, and there is no restaurant in the hotel.

The front desk was very helpful and shou LD d be rated 5 stars. The food in the restaurants can be improved but services were good.

Spacious room.....500m to MRT....Just in front of the exit door for bus stop ....Perfect!
