The three meals my party ordered were excellent. They were chicken marsala, shrimp scampi, and chicken oreganata. Large portions, we'll prepared, delicious. Excellent service. I removed one star because they charged for refills of iced tea! I find that very unclassy for an otherwise fine restaurant. It's in the same class as giving you the check in the middle of the meal (they didn't did that). It should be so indicated on the menu or, when we ordered "refills" the waiter should have advised us then. 95% of good restaurants don't do that. When I mentioned it they did refund it but they need to either reveal it or change it.Let me be clear, based on the food quality I still highly recommend this place and plan to return.

Great food, friendly atmosphere. Went for lunch with my office, ordered pasta with scallops and shrimp. scallops were plump and practically fell apart, shrimp were tender and juicy. Love this place, definitely recommend giving it a taste...

We have been to Franco's Metro a few times now. The food is great and the staff is very courteous. The management really knows how to run a restaurant. And the chef is fantastic. I recommend any of the pasta dishes, especially the linguini with clams!

Delicious, beautiful restaurant. Dont be fooled because it is in a shopping mall. This place is one of the best restaurants i have been to.

Only been here twice, but each time I went the food and service was great.

We had a lovely dinner with good food, good wine ( I heard, a very delicious Bellini) and with a very nice attentive waiter who just picked up on the birthday girl and brought dessert with a candle and song....impressive......

Pizza was not even on par with fast, delivery places

It has a quick sit down enjoy your slice side and a nicer setting to enjoy a risotto or paella.... ive catered using their food and its amazing. I strongly recommend this place if you're in the area.

My favorite local place! Everything is excellent. Great food, service, and prices. The dining room and bar are sophisticated enough to impress on date night, but casual enough for date night. A separate space for eat-in our take-out pizza is super casual. Love this place!

First time order but not the last. Franco s delivered our 3 meat pizza. Smelled wonderful and the taste, was amazing. Generous toppings of sausage, pepperoni & meatball. Sauce like my Nonna made. Real mozzarella. Delivery man was very nice. Thanks Franco s. Can t wait to try other dishes. Stupendo. Yummy yummy. And no dishes to wash!

Terrible experience. Very slow service we ordered two pastas and had to wait about 40 minutes even though there were not much ppl inside. Also the food was not tasty at all. Avoid at all cost

Franco is a very inviting place to eat. Rather it be a Saturday night without the kids or just a fast meal after a long day at work ,kids late baseball games. You can always walk in and feel at home. The owner is a pleasure ,waiters are helpful and the bartender is a doll. The chicken Louis is my favorite and I always feel satisfied. Married to a Sicilian who knows his Italian food loves the place,which his pallet is costumed to old style mama,s cooking. I recommend it highly

This is must go place for anybody who wants eat Italian food. They make a food from the bottom of their heart. I order 7 pie of pizza for the kids, delivery guy was really kind and the pizza was really fresh and delicious. kids really enjoyed their pizza! I highly recommend this place.

First time at this place. The pizza was so good and the service was wonderful. All the servers helped each other out putting the customer first which was nice to see. Excellent team work. I can't wait to go back and try the entries. They looked delicious.

Ordered a 16inch cheese pizza and it tasted like something you get from NYC for $1 a slice. Cheap greasy "mozzarella cheese". Stanky tomato sauce. I even got two 1 liter cokes from the fridge and when I got home they were flat and tasted weird. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I ve been coming here for years and have never gotten a bad meal. The service is always great too. I love that they have different specials almost everyday and they are always FANTASTIC!!

An added bonus is that they have done a lot of charity work for the surrounding towns for years & just donated a ton of food to Holy Name Hospital at the start of the pandemic. The owners truly care about the families that they serve.

Food is quite good. Service is fine, not much ambiance nor elegance, however nice setting inside...not what you d expect to find in a strip mall.

The taste of the food in this place is phenomenal! I personally love it! Work at a nearby school and have ordered different things from the menu and they never disappoint. I love their garlic knots and chicken parm! I would definitely eat here everyday! Keep it up

Have been going to Franco's for years and have had many very good meals there. Unfortunately last night's meal was sub par. The crab cakes were barely cooked through and the fettuccine pasta was mushy and stuck together. The 3 stars is for the accommodating staff.

Food is great, especially the pastas. Gets pretty crowded on weekend nights.

I was there this evening for dinner with a friend. They had several specials celebrating Jersey tomato week, I chose the spaghetti puttanesca made with fresh tomatoes. Now I've had puttanesca many times, I make it myself. But I have never had puttanesca made with Spanish olives and canned black olives. Italian olives are always used. I was extremely disappointed because the Spanish olives, with pimentos no less, completely changed the taste of the dish. You should really know better.

Loved this place! my girlfriend and I needed a place to meet and I googled best restaurants in fort Lee. Franco's came up with great reviews and let me tell you it didnt disappoint! the food was great and Leo our waiter/ bartender was very knowledgeable with his wine selections and the foods to pair it with. The restaurant is located within a plaza so from the outside it doesnt look like much and right next to it they have a pizzeria. Inside it was cozy and had a very homey feel to it. the staff was overall very friendly and welcoming. Leo thank you for my surprise birthday cannoli! overall great place and food, I definitely recommend Franco's and I would go back.

It's always good at Franco's. Wine, food and service were excellent. Love their Linguini and White Clam Sauce.

About 3 weeks ago, I ordered a pasta dish during lunch hours. The dish comes with chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and chopped onions. I asked for no bacon. I ended up paying $20 (according to their menu, I should have only been charged $15), and I only got the pasta, which I noticed AFTER I drove back to work. There was no chicken, even though I had asked for 'no bacon.' When I called to let them know what happened, they said they'd refund me the whole $20 because they really messed up the order. Three weeks later, and no refund. It's unfortunate, because their staff should know when they're charging 'Lunch Hour' prices and when they're charging 'Dinner' prices. That's also pretty crazy to have to pay 2 different prices for the same dish depending on when you order. If it can be $15 between 11-4pm, I'm sure it can be $15 between 4-10pm. Honestly, I wasn't even looking for a full refund when I called, but when the lady offered a full refund, I said, 'Wow, that's really great customer service.' Would've been nice since the order did get screwed up, but, I guess not.

One of many good pizza places in Fort Lee. I wish they had a 4.5 star because it can't say it's the best but every place has there good dishes and bad dishes but for a plain slice in my opinion that's a place to go
