Very much recommendable. Superb beds and spacious rooms. Washroom high standards and clean.
Not the best place to stay for non-credit card users.
Dining-room breakfast service is very good.
With a solid Wifi, the rooms are large and very clean, without the smell of strong softeners commonly found in the Philippines, as per the review breakfast is the best with a variety of menus. It is very disappointing that the integrated air conditioning in the room is very noisy. Other than that, it is almost perfect. I want to stay here again.
My gf and i stayed in L'fisher chalet for a day and the room has the all the essentials (fresh towels, soap, shampoo, dental kit, hot water) plus a minibar. The room has beautiful furnishings and has adequate plug in sockets and accessible light switches. My only complaint though, is our bed. It has this creak everytime we move. Here are some photos of the room.
They say the Fisher hotel is nicer than the Fisher chalet? I stayed in the hotel, and the mattress is very good so very good rest and sleep Also, the buffet breakfast is awesome!!!? All you can eat and a wide variety of food, love it, mmmm.
Roof top pool was quiet and relaxing when i stayed. :-)
everything is so big and grand and pretty! i love the internal design and the function rooms. the rooms are also very, very pretty. i especially liked their bathrooms -- they were extremely neat when we went there, even though there were many people because there was a conference going on over there.
Nice staff, very good food, first class hotel in bacolod.
Of course ... I can not say anything about accommodation, food, facilities and amenities ...
L'Fisher hotel is one of the best hotels in Bacolod City. Their staff and personnel are always smiling and they're also beautiful. The hotel's location is also accessible to malls. You will not go far looking for a good place to chill because various restaurants and coffee shops are just accross the street.
I highly recommend this hotel to travellers who's looking for comfort and excellent hotel service.
For its price, I've never expected its accommodation to be very good.
Went for their spa. Signature massage is the best one I've ever had. I make time to go here everytime im in the area.
Giving this a 5 star rate because this place really is a 5-star hotel compared to others hotels here in Bacolod. Just prepare your pocket for the price. But the food is really!! PS I love the pizza served in their Chalet. It s price is around 200 peso for one plate with 8 slices.
Always a pleasure to visit. I was there for their Cocoon Spa. It's been 5 years since my last visit, the service was as good as I remember. Their Signature Massage is the best, even compared to massages in Manila or elsewhere. Will definitely clear my schedule to return here should I be in Bacolod again.
This is a five star hotel in Lacson Street. We visited here for a week for a workshop-seminar. Their capiz designs were all elegant.
One thing I didnt like were their food.
Rooms are old and staff are quite unmotivated. Service is mediocre for a hotel that claims to be five-star.
There's also L'Fisher Ecotel beside it. Good for those budgetarians
Correct but noisy and carpeted everywhere. the room as a smell, bathroom need to be renewed... no new and the food at the restaurant is average. the parking is free but at the end of the street. staff is polite but the service should be better for this category.
Courteous staff is a plus. Rooms are spacious and clean. However, hotel lobbies are quite warm. Maybe because it is the middle of sunny season but that is exactly why we need well-performing ACs in the first place. Overall, anyhow, this place is a nice stop.
Preparations of foods are not good, they dont hove proper places in preparing of foods
One of the oldest and upper class hotels in Bacolod. Strategically located at the center of the city provides access to all that you need from nice fine dining restaurants, convenience stores, banks, etc...
Nice atmosphere, good food and lodging. Staff is friendly and helpful
It's just soo comfortable and clean and their buffet is like the best
Very lousy room service! for those who wish to stay in this hotel just dont order room service cause you will starve takes more than 2 hours for the food to arrive. Very Lousy!
Perfect for events as venue. Nice food and cozy hotel. This was rated by Alex the Media Guy. #FrenxiesMedia #FrenxiesTravels #Nworld #AlexMediaGuy #FrenxiesNewsWire
One of the bigger and best hotels in Bacolod. Staff cant cope with lots of people and service is slow but v friendly and accommodating. Walls are thin. Currently under co destruction so the electric saws start up at 8 am.
This place is located in the heart of famous Lacson St. Food is served in 2 restos the Ripples and the Chalet. Nice ambiance and staff are corteous.
Its a very good place to held you big occasion like wedding or even office related seminarsm
One of the best place to stay with when in Bacolod..
It's good that they're making an effort to renovate as the place is quite dated already. I hope they do something about the flies at the buffet area.
Hotel room is good Accomodation is good... food is great but room service forgot to bring spoon and fork ...water pressure is not so good ...breakfast price is expensive if you have excess companion ... but brakfast is great
Superb quality accommodation. One of Bacolod's prominent landmarks.
Limited toiletries--no toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, also no fridge in the room. You can't bring in any food from the outside in your room reason being that "there's a restaurant downstairs". TV was small, rooms are old but it gets the job done. If you only need a place to sleep--this will do okay, otherwise find somewhere else.
Room ancient. Many stains in the carpet. No view. Neither in the evening nor in the morning hot water. Shower head squirts in all directions. Water does not drain ...
Decoy swimming pool is far away ... In the hotel next door ...
Old but still one of the best hotels in the city. Breakfast is still superb. The rooms are little bit dated. Location is great. Service is good.
nice to stay in bacolod city. food yummy @riffle resto.
Respectfully, L Fisher Hotel is not my place and I guess this is the first time I give such a low rate and here is why:
If you get a room in front, all the noise of Lacson avenue will become your unwanted roommate.
If you get a room at the back and it s a Friday or Saturday night, you will suffer the noise of loud speakers of very bad taste music.
I want to enjoy a shower but the water springs all over the place. The hot & cold regulation is problematic but after some time it s okay.
The bathroom is so old that it looks dirty even if it s not.
The mattress is hard. Maybe some people enjoy a hard mattress, unfortunately I prefer a soft one.
The room Panasonic aircon is productive but it also produces so much noise that throughout the night the noise will stick in your ears.
In terms of interior design the hotel has seen better days I m sure and it has never been refurbished so it looks very tired, run down and dated.
The amenities in the bathroom are probably from the cheapest quality available in the market but there are nearby convenience stores so you can buy a proper shampoo, hand wash and Colgate toothpaste/toothbrush.
The towels and linen are clean but overused and that s obvious. The slippers are as slim as a thick tissue but this is fine.
The location of the hotel is in the heart of hearts, ideal for business, unfortunately this comes at a price: noise & congestion during rush hours.
I tried the restaurant and the breakfast and I do not recommend it as I feel the ingredients for the salad are probably the lowest quality available in the public market and so does the eggs, bread and rice.
Now, if you ask the bill, I paid almost $110 a night for a spacious admittedly room with a king size bed, no taste in whatsoever of interior design.
I liked the kindness of the people working at the hotel but I m sorry to say I won t go back.
Fortunately there is a SEDA new hotel nearby and I will certainly prefer it as I travel to Bacolod on business quite frequently.
I m sorry for the people who work at the hotel for my non positive review.
Good vibes, delicious food, happy staff and in the middle of tourist strip.
If you are looking for a good hotel in Bacolod, then there's no other place but L'Fisher. Their lounge is scenic so its a good venue for weddings and debuts. They offer several choices for their breakfast buffet. Staffs are friendly as well. The only downside is that the hotel is already outdated and needs renovations. They are currently renovating though and hopefully it will make the hotel a little beighter and more lively.
Always love the place it's been awhile since I've been to Bacolod but enjoyed it's facilities. So proud that you maintained and enhanced your business.
I have heard and read numerous reports about this particular hotel. Every person has their own individual experiences, and I found some things quite favorable here; as well as some unfavorable. Let's begin with the room itself,.. very clean, spacious and modern with many conveniences. Unfortunately there was no "view" to be taken advantage of in the event you chose to relax on the balcony..( just transformers, power lines and alley ways). The food was good at the breakfast buffet in the morning ( however be alert when booking this room as "included breakfast", applies only for two, and did not include our six year old son. Of course we inquired how much it would be to add our son to the breakfast buffet, and the only option was the adult price...(no option for children?).
The rooftop restaurant was horrible.. we were charged two service fees for the same order! On one occasion the beverage we ordered was brought in a dirty glass and had ants ( of course we sent this back). Service was slow and careless. The only positive with the rooftop restaurant was the "Live Band" and the freshly made brick oven pizza, and the chef was very polite and friendly.
The front desk staff was great, very professional and did their job well, in addition to the porters, security, housekeeping and other service staff. I'm not sure what happened to the food service crew on the rooftop, but they barely deserve even one star.
As far as the servers and staff at the breakfast buffet (main building) they were great,...professional and very helpful.
I would definitely stay here again, however they need to examine that pool top area more closely. Oh, one last thing... I definitely need to mention all the ladies at the rooftop salon.. they were "awesome". My wife and son both got haircuts there... (and the wife.. manicure/pedicure as well). Great pricing and very professional.
Location is practical and food is great! One of the oldest buildings in Bacolod
Every time my family and I travel to Bacolod we have stayed here and have always had a great experience. Fitness room though small has enough for even heavy weightlifting. Pool is cleaned daily and service has been good. Hotel lobby restaurant has a great breakfast buffet and the regular menu is plentiful and of good quality as well.
The hotel was good.
But if you ask for a massage
Take some things
It was the worst
Quite disappointed that no sushi served on that day.
The service is good but they need to upgrade their food
Ambiance was great, food were delicious, people who works at the hotel were very friendly, honest, courteous and accomodating but their wi-fi and electricity usually trip off.
We checked in from the 10th and checked out the 13 feb. 2020 stayed in room 3040...i should say that this hotel is the best in Bacolod.. the staff were very friendly and very helpful...the breakfast buffet was so good and they had so many choices of food...looking forward to come back here and stay...love l'fisher hotel.
Our company has been a long time partner of this hotel as we avail the corporate account. We are confident that our guests are in good hands. Excellent in service and they immediately attend to our queries and concerns. Looking forward for more years of partnership. Would like to personally thank Joyce Tinsay as she managed our account and always ready to extend help even she is out of the office already.
As usual, the breakfast buffet for guests is great. The hotel staff is nice and warm
I've booked the executive room for us. It has two beds (double bed) and paid 500 pesos for the extra bed. It has jacuzzi and living area. The water heater is functioning well and the toilet has a bidet. The swimming pools upstairs are great! The food is average. I love the muffins! Checking in and checking out are fast and hassle-free. This hotel is conveniently located in the city center so transportation won't be a problem. I will defnitely come back.
Please provide a menu for room service. The food was superb.
Though I havem't been here, as passing by and seeing this hotel makes me think that this is a high class hotel, for those rich people this hotel would be great but for me who belonged in between the lower and middle class of society, this hotel would be very expensive.
