L'Fisher Hotel, Bacolod city Review

Right in the city centre. 10 min walk to the recently opened Ayala Mall.

Disappointed. The front desk staff were busy reviewing clients's accounts in the computer while I was waiting for them to finish their business. They didn't even acknowledge my presence. I could wait but at least they should acknowledge their guest and tell them to wait for a couple of minutes, if such is the case.
The room is nice and beds are clean. The furniture looks old and the seat cushion needs replacement. Not sure if it was the carpet or the curtains, but I've been sneezing a lot during the first couple of hours inside the room. The bathroom tiles need some cleaning. The grout has dark spots, either dirt or mold. The grout around the soap holder is peeled off and looks dirty. The same thing with the edge of the bathtub.

We could have stayed for a couple of nights more. But with the price and what we were getting, we took a chance in another hotel.

We stayed in a hotel in Cagayan de Oro and paid less money for a room way way lot better than L Fisher.
Disappointed.

Everytime i go to bacolod i stayed in this hotel.the service and location is good.the last time i cheked in, i had to demand a change room because of bed bug infestation.

It was okay. You get what you pay for. It was very cheap. 1 pillow on the bed. Old aircon unit. No bidet in the toilet. And they only assign 1 keycard per room.

A must try hotel whether for business or pleasure. Hospitality at it's best right in the center of Bacolod City.

One of the most expensive hotels in Bacolod but when you look at it even form the outside it's architecture is just so-so. So why the high price is beyond me. Only two stars to trim down the hype.

The place was very comfortable. Near shopping & restaurant. No problem with public transport. Good housekeeping & clean bathroom.

City hallmark. Big rooms and a lot of activities and. Keeps the city alive.

This review is for the seafood buffet during Fridays. Excellent service from the restaurant staff and very good buffet selection.

Good for conferences. Hotel has complete amenities for business event and give a formal vibe for national conferences. Also acceasible and near to tourist pasalubong centers.

One of the best hotel in Bacolod. The hotel exactly on the highway. Very good hotel at affordable rates. Rooms are good.

The best hotel place I've been. The food was superb. Accomodation was excellent especially the staffs in the gym.

Clean room with basic soap, shampoo & conditioner. Wheelchair guest friendly facilities in the room. No hairdryer, iron or ironing board. Comes with buffet breakfast with limited but satisfying choices. Accessible to several places to eat local favorites such as Calea & Felicias.

Courteous staff, sufficient parking, good food priced reasonably big rooms clean.....

This hotel is one of the more popular hotels in Bacolod City. I've been to this place these past many years - to attend events, functions, celebrations, as well as to dine, sleep, and meet friends over cups of coffee..

The hotel room is quiet, cozy, and clean. The staff are very good. Their food in their Ripples restaurant is alright. The prices of the rooms and food are very reasonable.

Location wise, the hotel is very accessible, as it is located in the main street of Bacolod - Lacson Street, considered the food strip alley of the city with a lot of restaurants serving good food, including cake and pastry shops.

All in all, the hotel is very good for visitors.

L'Fisher Hotel is one of the oldest and best hotels in Bacolod City and they have renovated their deluxe rooms to be at par with national brands. By far, L'Fisher offers the best breakfast buffet selection among Bacolod hotels. Its Ripples restaurant also offers very good buffet every weekend and you can enjoy grilling your own meat at the Yakiniku room. The roofdeck has a pool and offers a nice view of the city.

Hotel is well maintained. The service is great. Be aware that the hotel is hosting a lot of events such as weddings and parties. This might impact your sleep as you may hear the music or the people cheering. Nevertheless, the breakfast is amazing!

This place has a Shataf/water gun in the toilet. If you are a person from the middle eats or south Asia you will know the importance of it. Be careful, each room is meant for 2 people even though 3 beds may be shown. If you have 4 people they will charge you for 2 extra people per room.

Their poolside workers (swimming coaches of children) were staring at us all the time, which made me insecure. Couldn't feel comfortable enough to swim with my wife.

Their shower is either boiling hot or freezing cold, so you have to check the shower before you settle in the room or else you might need to change your room.

Right smack in the middle of where the happenings in Bacolod City. A hotel where the go-to places are easily accessible. Not to mention a decent breakfast buffet

This is our home away from home. Staff do everything they possibly can to make our stay a wonderful experience. Breakfast buffet is amazing and the roof top pool is brilliant.

L Fisher is the top hotel in Bacolod. And if you dont know they have a great rooftop pool and resto that serves pizza using the traditional oven! A must try when you visit!

Though the roofdeck view and pool is nice, rooms need to be fixed. The shower's hot water is not consistent. It gets cold after a minute or two. Frustrating when taking a bath. Aircon can't fully cool the room. They had to replace the whole aircom during my stay. In room dining takes too long! The food is okay though. Internet isn't that fast. Pillows are not firm. The design of the bathroom is not well thought of. When you shower the water goes through that weird hole in the wall.

Good to chill at the roof deck with pool,music and beer

The room is clean. There is no bathtub, only a shower. There is a safe in the room. It is a safe where you can set your own number. Unfortunately, there is no refrigerator. If you get off on the 1st floor, there is a 7-Eleven next door, so all you have to do is buy what you drink.

City's premier hotel but with international hotel popping up, they need to up their game, start with the decor.

Clean and a very practical place to stay in . Easy to find place to eat and to take a ride.
