Great food, accomodating staffs, comfy beds and super cool aircon. Will definitely comeback

Thanks for hosting our family wedding reception. It wasn't incredibly organized. Important a/v equipment aren't available, even for rent (projector, certain cords). The food was good and the parking and those helping with parking were very accommodating.

Place is nice, but not that good considering parking is a little bit far.

I love this place, the view and all... Very comfy place to stay and relax and for gatherings also...I love the foods of course

I love this place. I love the food. The staffs are very accomodating. They also have Free wifi and free charging stations. They accept credit/debit card for payment.

As usual, Im rating this accordingly as it is presented. This is a very good 2-3 star hotel. Big pool, spacious establishment. Room I had was clean. Comfortable beds. good a/c, hot shower. Staff are really friendly and polite. To top it off, room rate is really affordable. Only complaint I have is that the ala carte menu is only available after 10am. So if the offerings in the buffet (included in room rate) isnt to your liking, then you'd have to wait, or go out to eat. Highly recommended. Will definitely be coming back here.

Complete amenities; from convention, swimming pool, seminar hall, GYM, hotel, function rooms, bar, cafe, spa, facial clinic, parking, recreational venue for team, and hotel. If you're in Zamboanga city, you must visit this place. Friendly and attentive staff. Overall, best hotel in town. You get More than what you paid for.

Affordable hotel that has all the necessities that we needed during our stay in Zamboanga City.

Very nice place to visit and any occasion to celebrate.

I have eaten better sizzling food somewhere else. Orders takes more than 45 mins. to arrive.

Very clean place. By that time we only stayed here at the lobby and in their cafe. But the experience is good.

The place offers variety of activities for children and young people. Their pool is, perhaps the biggest compared to other hotels in the city. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. My only problem is the food. They don't have consistency in the quality of food they serve.

Cozy but waiters are not at close watch with customers they pretend not to mind custumers call.

No wifi inside the rooms. Poor or slow response by staff. If you order meals to be delivered to your room, they charge you service. The toilet the moment I checked in was not flushed. Yucks!

Most of all, foods are very satisfying.

I had a great stay here during our seminar/workshop. The food was great, the environment, the facilities were in good condition and the staff are very accommodating.

Has a pool, although open until 9pm only. People at the tables are all looking at the pool, as if they're watching a show. Has a gym that's open until 10pm only. Breakfast is just not good. The tocino is drowning in red food color and doesn't taste like tocino at all. The corned beef set is dry and scanty. Room is clean but smells funny, like you will end up "high" due to the smell of rugby. Towels are old and not absorbent at all. You will end up asking for a replacement as it will be soaking wet once you use it. Hot water in the shower is simply not there.

Excellent value for money... food is delicious and very affordable. Prompt transportation assistance when I have to bring my husband to the nearest hospital because of severe abdominal pain dawntime during our stay... staff are on time to answer requests.

Highly recommended to friends who would like to have a pleasant stay in Zamboanga city.

air conditioning is not working properly (temperature is not even reaching to cold levels), lack of electric outlets to plug and charge electric devices (phones,tablets etc.), room amenities are not fully ready as guests enter the room (bathroom towels are nowhere to be found).

Edit: The broken AC was just an issue for 1 room (the room that we were given). We were transferred to another room after we complained.

A decent place stay to stay when you're in Zamboanga City... They have affordable rooms where you and your friends, families can stay... Feel safer and just a few minutes from two malls the City Mall and KCC Zamboanga..

Hotel was okay but the staff are very unhelpful. During my stay, I (together with two others) was assigned at probably the farthest room of the hotel which was at their new building. Unknowingly, one of my roommates took the key to our room and forgot to leave it with the receptionists when she left. When I asked for the key card, receptionist said they didn t have it. When I asked her who had it, she just shrugged. When I asked if I could have another keycard instead, she flat out declined. When I asked if there s any way we can open the door, she just said I had to find who has the keycard. So I did. But I couldn t find my third roommate as she was out of vicinity. So I asked another hotel staff to find someone who can open my hotel room for me while I waited outside my room. Again, it was the farthest room from the hotel. When another hotel staff came and brought a keycard, I asked him if he could help me find the keycard or better yet give me another keycard. He said I d have to ask reception. I asked him if he could do it for me since we were already at my room and it would be difficult for me to walk all the way back to reception because of my sciatica. He left with a distasteful look on his face. Later on, my friends whom he met along the hallway told me that the staff was grumbling about why I asked for a keycard from him. Nobody from the hotel ever came back to provide feedback or resolution.
