L'Fisher Hotel, Bacolod city Review

Nice service. Good room amenities. Quite clean. Hate the aquarium like pool in the main building. Yes, if you swim there, you feel like you are one of the fishes in a giant aquarium. But I love the pool in the Chalet building. A little pricey.

First class service, restaurant food is excellent and the breakfast is included with the stay. Breakfast includes everything you can imagine! There's a casino in the hotel as well. Roof top pool, restaurant, gym and spa although it's really hot in the sun, there are covered areas. The room is very clean, spacious, very good shower with a bathtub and a really big TV, comfortable beds. The hotel is also located close to the mall's and we were able to taxi to Campuestohan for 800p.... I definitely recommend staying in this hotel

A wonderful venue for conventions and other major events

This is one of the older hotels in Bacolod. Unfortunately, they will nickel and dime you as much as they can. Be careful! They will charge you with every little thing they can charge you with.

Really good breakfast buffet. Nice amenities on the top floor. Rooms were clean and very spacious and complete with everything you need from a hotel. The bathrooms were good but felt a little cramped. Only issue is the bed. I had a difficult time sleeping because it was wobbly.

If your plan is only to sleep, then this place will be fine for you. If your plan is more than just sleep, you may want to look for better accommodation.

Nice rooms (at least at the 3rd floor where i stayed). Comfy bed. High pressured showers. Good customer service. And the hotel is near everything. Accross the street you'll find cakea, the cake heaven.

Grand experience, great 10mbps upload and download wifi speeds. Beds are comfortable. Sits in a great location, especially for those looking to check out Bacolod's favorite pastry shops, Felicia's and Calea. 7eleven also right beside. Great food, too.

Bfast coupon was stole from our room and staff are not accomadating when we ask for a replacement. They dont allow us to gets our free bfast eventhough we paid for it. Bfast coupon intentionally stole in our room and they are blaming us instead of investigate their staff first.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Loved the breakfast buffet, the best we had so far. We will definitely book again.

I recommend their Ripples Cafe. They also offer eat all you can with lots of selection.

We had a double deluxe for a 3D2N stay. The room was spacious enough. The staff are accommodating and the breakfast was a fiesta. Indeed, a good value for money.

Very strategically located, it is somehow midway between the heart of Bacolod city and the Airport. It has a restaurant, ballroom, function rooms, a rooftop pool and a casino at he back.

Around the hotel are shops, bank facilities, restaurants, and is just along the main road so you have easy access to public transport. There is a 711 convenience store at its extension / annex building, and just blocks away are souvenir and delicacy shops as well as coffee shops. You have easy access to the public market, cathedral, and the city hall as well as the plaza.

It is ideal for big events as it's ballroom can hold huge crowds. My experience in the hotel was a 5 day national convention of public career executives. It is highly secured and its personnel are cordial and attentive. Reception people are very accommodating, and the head driver of hotel transport is very well versed with the history and dynamics of Bacolod City and Negros.

Great for venue for national convention. Had a great time for pur PCAPI convention.

So far a better hotel to stay in bacolod but one thing this place makes better is its location in the city accessible to most restaurants, malls, shopping and night life. The food is not bad.

Nice view of the bacolod reclamation areas. Visit the chalet restaurant after 5pm or view the sunset. Highly recommended for stress unwinding

My American friend and I went there to try the buffet. We heard that it had an international flare and were very excited to try it.
When we arrived after being greeted warmly, we were told that the buffet breakfast ended at 10 am and it was now 10:30 am.
We however decided to stay because we were informed that there was an All day breakfast menu, Sevice was excellent. My friends food arrived in a timely manner and was hot and delicious. I waited an additional 15 minutes for my order of Eggs Benidict. When it arrived finally all the food was served cold. Eggs, bread and meat.
I found the server and informed her of my cold food. She apologized and returned the food to the kitchen. It came back from the microwave hot dry and rubbery.
Upon leaving I inquired as to who the manager was.
I informed him of the quality of the food. He just apologized and thanked me.
This is a 5 start establishment.
You would at least expect the manager to ask what he could do to make it right, especially after I told him that I'm a food reviewer and that I will post it on Google.

The first tower is dated, the carpet is worn and the room felt a bit old. However the facilities are solid: great working plumbing and faucet, hot water, bath tub, cable tv and bonus for fast WiFi! Go to Tower 2 and they have this magnificent swimming pool on the roof deck. It was a great place to chill, have some pizzas and drinks. This hotel is not cheap but they seem to be leading the standards in hospitality. Finally their breakfast buffet is excellent, great quality food and selection! I'm not sure if there are other hotels on par with L'Fisher but you won't certainly go wrong booking this for weekend escape or staycation!

This is one of the few hotels I've been in Bacolod. Friendly staff, great food, at least when I go for breakfast. The casino comes in handy when you feel the itch of digging down to your pocket for extra change. The top level swimming is great,I like the finger food that I ordered from the friendly staff. The two gentleman singing for the evening guest were amazing singers,I have a chance to chat with them on their break time.

One of the better hotels in Bacolod. Service is good. Staff are always polite and helpful. But the quality of the room, facilities and attention to details feels less than what you'd get in other countries for the price.
There never seems to be discounts here and is always fully booked if you're booking last minute.
Caters to a lot of weddings so this place is always busy.

Staffs are great, very accomodating.
Cleanliness, is ok. Its location is perfect, its near the Capitol Lagoon. A minute or two to Ayala capitol. A walking distance to Calea.

Cons: some of their rooms doesn't have closet.

Simple no fuss hotel, a place to sleep and shower. Good hard beds not too soft to give you back pain.

Rooms are clean and simple. No carpet so good for travelers with allergies.

They have rooms that can accommodate big groups. Only 3 floors and has a L'Sea restaurant on ground floor and RCBC on the side.

And best part is Calea has temporarily relocated here because main building is under renovation.

Food court on the roof is great. Especially the pizza.

This is very old hotel and not worth staying there. Based on the price they have zero services and facilities.
