Simple lunch at the brewery, 1903. Beautiful setting, very nice and good plates. And the visit of Mr Jean Sulpice. Himself!

A 2 * Michelin restaurant located on Annecy Lake. Staff rather welcoming, especially the sommeliers. Cuisine consistent with the site description, work of local products. The horizon menu is interesting and well developed, it measures the amount of work needed to produce it. However, my opinion is that you never take off for the trip every time promised before tasting the dishes. Admittedly, it's good, well done, technically irreproachable but it lacks an identity to this kitchen. Strange flat, the chef was unpleasant, not a word and was not interested in our comments, absorbed by the tables of regular guests. A first time, but probably a last one too. Many good restaurants await us in the region.

In a word: exceptional !!! the staff and Mrs. Bise are very very hospitable.We always enjoy coming to see you.

We just had a drink on the terrace, we were very disappointed, slow service even though the terrace is not full at all.

I ask for the menu, they bring me the wine list then I order a Viennese chocolate, I am told that they do not make it .... in an establishment of this fame no whipped cream available for a Viennese chocolate yet it 'is basic ... we also asked for an ashtray on the terrace which never arrived, yet the waitress walked past us so many times without giving us a look. To finish on the note we are billed for Viennese chocolates so we drink simple chocolates.

It s really expensive to pay for what it is coffee at 4 euros chocolate 8 euros !!!!!! I am okay with the restaurant being famous that I have no doubts but our coffees and chocolate tasted like something basic so the price is not worth avoiding if you just want a drink.

A few small details to be fine-tuned but overall performance flawless, very great work.

Two for dinner in mid September on beautiful Lake Annecy. Talloires is a lovely quiet village. This restaurant is in a perfect setting. The food is outstanding, as was the informal but attentive service. Schedule at 7PM, relax, let the food come and enjoy the view and your partner. Paradise!

Fabulous ! During my stay in Talloires this summer 2020, I was able to test the bar terrace, the bistro and the restaurant several times. The bar terrace is fantastic in good weather. Magnificent view, impeccable service and affordable meals. The restaurant is just amazing. Chef Jean Sulpice takes us on a journey of mountain discovery and unparalleled creativity. The wines recommended to me were delicious. I had a memorable evening.

A takeout order was placed on Friday May 8 and Friday May 15. Both meals were super nice a nice taste trip. We recommend it. Many thanks to the chef and the whole team.

On Saturday July 27, we booked lunch at chef Jean Sulpice's 1903 bistro in Talloires. An authentic moment of pleasure. The crayfish gratin Jean Sulpice style is a synthesis of flavor, taste and texture. The rest of the meal was of an irreproachable quality and offered value for money hard to imagine. The wines were simple and pleasant.
Chef Jean Sulpice gave us the pleasure of giving us a moment at the end of our meal. His availability and simplicity won us over. The man is of great elegance which deserves to be highlighted. We will come back for the pleasure of savoring his work and his achievements, but this time in the gourmet restaurant.
Going through Talloires with chef Jean Sulpice is a real chance to appreciate.

Coming here is a privilege, there is no doubt. The place offers one of the most beautiful views in the region. The majestic mountains, the emerald lake with silver reflections are before us. Even before looking at the map, we are already happy to be here. We take an aperitif one meter from the water, the view of Duingt castle adds a little more visual pleasure. The beer that I asked for very cold is not cold enough. The second was better. They bring us very pleasant appetizers twice. But we were not provided with towels. However, there is a very large team, many employees follow one another throughout your stay. The service is therefore very fast. Everyone has been kind and helpful. The waiters and waitresses are not stuck and adapt to each customer, this is important.
The dining room is pleasant and sober. Lots of space between tables. There is carpet, this is not what we prefer but it is true that the sound atmosphere is more subdued.
As there are large windows everyone can enjoy a beautiful view. The dishes will follow one another and make us discover some new flavors. Everything is very good and the happiness continues. The dressings are often inventive even if they lack a little color for our taste. The cheese cart gives us the choice among many varieties. Not all equal in terms of refining. Beaufort was bland as well as 2-3 others. The waitress advised us to taste in a certain order to have a good progression in taste. Unfortunately his advice was irrelevant.
We were offered to have coffee and sweets on the terrace, it was very pleasant.
When we left, no one informed the valet-parking so that we could recover our vehicle quickly. Departing customers should be given the same attention as new arrivals.
Our general opinion, good value for money. If you are lucky enough to be able to come, do not hesitate ...

Few days ago, I eat at there Bistro side for lunch. Simple but nice decor, friendly and professional service. The food selection was great, presentation of the food was very nice and tested wonderful. I can only recommend this place.

Magic by the beauty of the place, top staff but a bit expensive. A real luxury to be savored.

We had dinner for my birthday and tasted the wonderful cuisine of Jean Sulpice, a feast for the eyes and taste buds ... a journey of meaning and flavors.
The whole team is passionate, welcoming and professional while being "simple" I mean friendly which is not the case in some gourmet restaurants or we are afraid to move and breathe!
Bravo and very nice road for the resumption of this institution that is this Inn for over 100 years.

We had an exceptional time, a kitchen with lots of flavors and wonderful products.
The service was perfect with a special mention for this young chef Jeanne who for his young age has passed on the values of this beautiful house and his passion for this profession.

Notice only on the bar. The place is magnificent and the service at the top. But the prohibitive prices. 25 or 26 for a cocktail or a glass of champagne !! We pay for the place. One way to select the clientele without a doubt.
