product support is absolutely horrible!!! they will lie to you and put the blame on someone else. stay away from kioti as a customer or dealer!!! buy ir sell kubota!!!

My review has changed from one star to five. 8-18-20 I got a new tractor Nx4510hst! Very happy after a long long wait. Hang in there folks. Things will get better . I originally wanted a 25 hp, but no availability . After watching many videos on utube I came to the conclusion that more hp was most likely my best bet for finding a Kioti before it snows. It worked out, and now I'm very happy.

Cool tractor warehouse. Not a public store to shop. Factory warehouse.

Constant breakdowns. Never can use it. Had 3 or 4 ignition switches., fan belt snapped, etc etc. Has less than 100 hours

Kioti is a great company who treats there dealers and customers with respect.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They do not stand behind their products. Please pay a little bit more and buy John Deere, New Holland, Kubota, they stand behind their products, unlike Kioti. Lesson learned the hard way. NEVER BUY KIOTI.

We bought a new CK3510 with a loader attachment, in Dec.2015, 4 yrs 3mos. 150 hrs, and the dealer calls that the clutch is shot, no grinding, No smell. Kioti refuses any assistance saying we must have abused the tractor. We sent 3 emails , 2 phone calls no response. There's no way this tractor was abused, 150 hrs is barely over breaking it in. They claim they have had no problems or complaints with the clutch, I found several going back as far as 2007. DON'T BUY KIOTI, they will not stand behind their trctors.

Excellent service, they take care of us even without a date or previous notice.

This is the most disappointing tractor i have ever owned ! DEALERS canot get parts I have waited for a water pump for 2 months and still no response I wouldn't recommend buying a kioti tractor im hauling my to the recycling center for junk tomorrow morning

2 questions.

1. Why are Kioti products built so poorly? Reviews and feedback everywhere of how unreliable they are

2. Why does it take over 4 hours to get loaded? we have log books ya know

I will be up front I did not purchase from them due a really odd gentleman that bought brand new NX6010, immediately traded it for a Kubota. It had now hours still had the floor protector in place.

Wanted to comment that I went there with the intention of buying a tractor. I had to sell my used tractor first before purchasing. They went above and beyond my expectations in trying to show me the tractors. They stayed way past the clock to assist in all my questions. Far more than I have experienced at other tractor dealers including my much larger John Deere dealer. I hope in the future I can provide them some business on implements I will be needing.

I would whole heatedly recommend them if your interested in Kioti.

This has been the absolute worst experience I ve ever had!!! Our bolts fell off of the tire within 30 days of us having the tractor.. kioti is refusing to answer any phone calls.. been dealing with this for 3 weeks!! Please strongly reconsider using this company!

Our family purchased our Kioti tractor brand new at Carolina Outdoor Tractors in Aiken SC less than 3 years ago. We had no problems with it up until this past winter/spring when the tractor began shutting off during run time. My husband and his brother took the tractor to Shoemaker Irrigation Supply for maintenance and an inspection since they were having problems with it. After several weeks, they said the tractor was fixed and we brought it home. It immediately began shutting off as soon as it was turned on. Frustrated, they loaded the tractor back up and hauled it back Shoemaker Irrigation Supply. Once again, they had the tractor for several weeks, and finally stated it was fixed. We brought it home and it continued to shut off just as it was before. We have since taken the tractor back to the store THREE times. Each time they may have the tractor there for several weeks to over a month. A couple of weeks ago we brought the tractor home for the 3rd time, and although it will run longer times now, it still shuts off. All the while, we have continued to pay payments on a tractor that is totally useless to us and Kioti has stated that all they can do is continue to take it back to our local dealer to get it fixed. They are unable to fix it, but yet they are not willing to replace or trade in the tractor either. The service at Shoemaker Irrigation Supply is extremely lacking and they are unwilling to resolve the problems we have with the tractor that was sold to us. This is a tractor less than 3 years old with only 190 hours that we have financed for 28,000! At this point, we are irate. We would never recommend anyone to purchase a Kioti tractor. Our family is on 44 acres of land and we are in desperate need of a tractor that will actually function.

My parents have been farming for over 50 years. When they downsized they purchased a Kioti from their local dealer. With only approximately 150 hrs of use over the last 4 years the clutch gave out. After dealer review it was determined the clutch was burned up. The tractor use did it not warrant a burned up clutch. Kioti customer service has been terrible and they have done nothing to stand behind their product. I would never recommend Kioti. Please do research before you buy a tractor.

Great tractor built with quality components and built to last! Built heavier duty than Kubota, John Deere, and pretty much any other tractor out there! Sad to see a few poor reviews against Kioti when most of them are actually the dealer's problem not Kioti's.

Some of the workers are mean people that include the manager there

We had a blast visiting the big tractor robot for my son's birthday! That thing is pretty awesome. Maybe they will add some sounds/talking and movement that would really get the kids and adults too

If you value your time do not load here.

Edit: 2 years later I was lured back with $6 a mile load, much better then 2 years ago, I can notice they were trying to get guys loaded then when I originally made this original review.

Just bought my first piece of equipment form Kioti. I have been wating now 6 weeks for a light and a grill for my new tractor. I called the corporate office and was given a load of garbage on why my parts are on back order.

I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a Kioti tractor take into consideration the availability of parts. It is unacceptable to pay the amount of money I did for my equipment and have to wait a extend period of time for parts. Especially parts that should be on the shelf. The excuse given is there coming from Korea. It's incredibly odd that Hyundai, Kia, and Daewoo all have a footprint here in the us and all are based out of Korea and all have no problems with getting parts to there customers. Maby Kioti should get some advice from them.
