On Saturday July 27, we booked lunch at chef Jean Sulpice's 1903 bistro in Talloires. An authentic moment of pleasure. The crayfish gratin Jean Sulpice style is a synthesis of flavor, taste and texture. The rest of the meal was of an irreproachable quality and offered value for money hard to imagine. The wines were simple and pleasant.
Chef Jean Sulpice gave us the pleasure of giving us a moment at the end of our meal. His availability and simplicity won us over. The man is of great elegance which deserves to be highlighted. We will come back for the pleasure of savoring his work and his achievements, but this time in the gourmet restaurant.
Going through Talloires with chef Jean Sulpice is a real chance to appreciate.
