Beautiful gourmet restaurant. The renovation of Father Bise's hostel is a success. The modernization of the place agrees with that of Jean Sulpice's cuisine. Local cuisine, with a focus on the lake, flavor associations that work well without being unnecessarily complex. The hotel team is discreet and efficient. Very good pace in the dishes with the very end of the meal taken in terrace on the lake. I will go back there. The value for money is at the rendezvous for me

We ate at the hostel, super nice setting on a terrsse overlooking the beautiful bay of Talloires, very well prepared dishes, tasty with a beautiful presentation. Staff, attentive and attentive.

Great hotel and food at the bistro excellent food is very good and very good value perfect price I highly recommend and the rooms are perfect! ! We will return it is on !! Thanks to the couple Sulpice and all their team.

Good welcome, beautiful setting, excellent lunch in 1903, with the family and then swimming.

Surprise evening for a couple. The setting is exceptional, especially for dinner and breakfast on the lakeside terrace with the sun. The plates are top notch, with mixtures of flavors that cannot be found. Disappointment for the room, which was plagued with noise from the parking lot and from the Bistro, when we had asked for silence. Finally no special attention for my wife's birthday, too bad.

As for the 1903, I would say that the view from the terrace is beautiful.
The restoration is twice too expensive.
Not very tasty, small amount, looks like Frozen cooking.

The setting is simply idyllic and although the food, for my taste, is nothing exceptional I highly recommend this place.

It has sadly closed. Or should I say it has new owners and will be open later in the year I think. I went about 5 or 6 times and was never disappointed!! Expensive and had an old school classy feel about it. Great food of course.

My first restaurant of this standard and there is much to say about it! This is the first time that I have eaten so well. Smiling and warm welcome from the staff. A small downside for the cloakroom system, perhaps set up numbers so that the staff can find their way more quickly and clearly. Idyllic setting.
For the meal, at the beginning you might think that the size of the dishes means that you will still be hungry at the end and well no, quite the contrary! I ate my fill! The dishes are presented by "narrators" who with each dish made me travel and discover the chef's culinary compositions! A feast for the eyes, my elms, the imagination and the palate !!! Thank you again to the whole team!

We were regulars at the restaurant Jean Sulpice Val Thorens, and the chef is perfectly suited to this new setting: the kitchen is beautiful, but there is no choice a la carte. The frame, therefore, is beautiful; the exterior decoration very pleasant. On the hotel, the rooms, the service, everything is perfect, last but not least the service.

Wonderful place. I had dineer at the terrace. Workers attend you inmediatly. Food is amazing and delicious.
Wish to come back.

There is a beautiful restaurant and Episley right next to the landing. I got a lunch because I could leave Tullo Ires coming flight after 14 o'clock on the first ship from Annecy. Beautiful village, beautiful food. Michelin 2 stars, it was a really great experience! I want to visit again.

We just came for a drink and enjoy the amazing surroundings. The staff welcomed us as if we were longtime guests. It's truly pleasent.

The best hostel in Lake Annecy !! an institution !! Very expensive but correct rates for a star! Recommended

I booked this property on the advice of a friend. Admittedly the view is absolutely splendid and the room very correct (a little noisy of or "the correct") but we were disappointed by the services of the establishment:
- We first waited 1:15 for our welcome cocktail .... the servers seemed overwhelmed while the terrace was not full ...
- We had reserved at the gourmet restaurant for the evening but we did not know that it was impossible to order from the menu .... we had to choose 6 or 8 courses or nothing! we were therefore redirected to the bistro and the experience was lousy. Installed near the kitchens (to noise and passing by), we ate a "classic" meal but very expensive for the quality offered. The price / quality ratio is very bad.
- We thought we would make up for it at breakfast (30 euros / person) and one more disappointment: no fresh fruit salad (fruit on a platter), ordinary scrambled eggs .... just one kind of white bread (no special breads) ) ... in short expensive for what is offered.
- Finally, we asked to rent the electric pedal boats that were offered in the room but the reception did not know what it was ... we were offered electric bikes (35 euros for 2 hours per bike so more expensive than 'Around...). we were therefore rented a little further ...

All in all a really bad experience that we will not do again and we do not wish anyone to invest so much money for such a disappointing experience ....

We and other groups coming from the beach of Talloire, wanting to have a drink on the terrace, were turned away at the entrance because "the terrace is complete" ... Big lie since the terrace was almost empty (attested by the Photo). Next time, at least be polite to tell the truth.

Place 5 * no other can have a similar placement ... no desire to take off from this terrace! Original menu, unique 6 or 8 course menu at 200 or 240 .
A little more choice would be welcome!

A timeless place. I had a snack there. Although expensive, the setting, the quality of the service and the work of the cakes are worth every penny. I will come back to test the overnight stay.

Very nice establishment.Aperitif taken in the living room with a bullet overlooking the lake. Home of quality, perfect service with good explanations on dishes, exchanges with waiters and waitresses.

Perfect, well deserves the stars.
We even attended the photo of the brigade that in a good atmosphere. We were able to exchange a few words with the chef and his wife. Recommended for real gourmets.

Service very present, but quality dishes not related to the price. It is possible to find better for a lot less money.

The reservation of a table is coming soon but in any case the place is magical since Jean Sulpice settled down. Can we have lunch and take a ride with their sublime Pedalo, without having slept there ... I don't know but I will ask! Following the next issue at the end of July!

Beautiful terrace and great views, but really a disappointing and minimalist kitchen and lack of style of the chef who does his round table with his dirty kitchen apron .... lack of class Value for money not justified. That's a shame

Good meal. The prices of the menus are in agreement with the quality of the products. The prices of drinks seem excessive to me. Too bad a little attention was planned for the birthday meal.

An exceptional dinner served by a pleasant and efficient team. Everything is good, it is difficult to say what we preferred ... The menu is presented as a trip and showcases the lake products, seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs ... Food pairing allows to discover the Savoie wines of Italy and Switzerland.

We have already done a lot of restaurants, stars 1,2 and 3 as well as the most classic. But Father Bise's inn is really above the lot, whether it be the hotel, the service or the cuisine, we are really on top. A caring staff, an arctic char that still haunts me and a superb platter of picking

Second experience of the cuisine of J Sulpice, everything was perfect, the welcome service, an effective presence but not too much, the dishes the wines everything was perfect.
The only complaint I would make is the reservation, we had 4 meus "family home" dishes and wines with gift vouchers paid more than 10 months ago and the hostess on the phone insisted on having a credit card imprint .... for the extra. It's a bit too much !! In the same way the confirmation email is a little "dry" insisting especially on the conditions of cancellation! Too bad but you still have to go.

An idyllic place, fabulous dishes accompanied by wines in total adequacy. A paradise for gourmets and gourmets. We had a memorable time. Thank you to Chef Sulpice for his mastery and to the whole team for this magnificent work and result.

I had a great time in this beautiful place. The food was delicious and the staff was lovely. The setting is relaxing, calm and chic. I highly recommend it !
