Pass in the afternoon. Very long service, the girl who served us was very kind but had no sense of service. Not even the basics. Really a shame because the place is superb and the chef lets hope for something else.

As always everything is perfect and the cuisine is worth a look. A small remark, however, to charge 15 euros for a Tesla recharge, (real cost 4 euros) seems petty to me in the face of an invoice of 900 euros including room.

Quite disappointing. Evening planned for a long time for a group of 14. It was necessary to pour harres. To choose a common menu from the 2 menus offered. Little flexibility. Little choice. For a price far exceeding the quality. This lack of commercialism could harm this new home. No one from the group will come back. Too bad the setting is magical.
Disappointed! If the 49 menu included a glass of wine, and if you don't add anything else, there would be no complaints. But we added to this menu two glasses of champagne, three glasses of wine (not the most expensive, far from it) and two double espressos. Total, almost 93 per head! And, frankly, it's not worth them! 1) The order takes place 40 minutes after our arrival. 2) the champagne stings terribly .... too bad at 20 per (small) flute ... 3) the glasses of wine are really not full ... 4) noisy environment, placed next to a table of six bawling Englishmen (sorry)
6) after two hours at the table, we had to move around to pay the bill, which was not happening ...
That said the food is excellent, but you get "murdered" on the drinks, and the service leaves something to be desired. At 186 for two, I can't recommend it.

Very beautiful setting but cuisine without originality on the axis of the trip between lake and mountain which did not convince us. Lots of herbs, plants - trendy - but tasteless and without exclusive products. The main course is a rack of lamb that must weigh 25 grams ... and staff must be notified when you want water or bread ... which is unacceptable for a table at this price (count 800 euros for 2 ...). The cheese board is one of the smallest I've seen for a star restaurant, only offering 7-8 different varieties. The food / wine pairing is suitable ... We stayed until the end ... Our neighbors at the table left before the end of the meal. We do not recommend.

Full of pretentious wannabies. How can you make the staff pick up the leaves from the terrace with their hands on their knees. It is uncomfortable to watch and must be humiliating for the staff. Everyone seems to be so stressed and you can feel it as you come through the door. Preferred Abbaye atmosphere.
