A 2 * Michelin restaurant located on Annecy Lake. Staff rather welcoming, especially the sommeliers. Cuisine consistent with the site description, work of local products. The horizon menu is interesting and well developed, it measures the amount of work needed to produce it. However, my opinion is that you never take off for the trip every time promised before tasting the dishes. Admittedly, it's good, well done, technically irreproachable but it lacks an identity to this kitchen. Strange flat, the chef was unpleasant, not a word and was not interested in our comments, absorbed by the tables of regular guests. A first time, but probably a last one too. Many good restaurants await us in the region.
