Don't get the fact that you have to pay for your parking at their own lot though...

Great food and atmosphere. The goat cheese tart was an amazing dish and set very high expectations for the main course. Got the Cassoulet for the main course and the duck was a bit too dry, but the dish was good nonetheless.

Had a fantastic meal here. I love the cheesemonger! So fun to learn about the different types of cheese. I had the duck confit for dinner & it was cooked perfectly. The sweet potato puree and cabbage paired with the duck was delicious as well.

Hands down, my favorite restaurant in CLE. The service is always attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The cheese service is legendary, a must. The food is high quality and expertly prepared. I highly recommend any seafood or fish dish on the menu.

Took my wife here for our anniversary. Cheese board was amazing. Seared scallops were the best I've ever had in my life! Melted in my mouth. The onion soup was also the best I've ever had. The homemade mustard is unmatched. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the food and was helpful with recommendations. The only problem we had was that our appetizer was delivered to the wrong table and we still would've been charged for it if I didn't point out the error. Seemed like the people that actually bring out the food (they are not your waiter/waitress) were confused as to which tables to serve. They almost gave our dessert to another table as well.

One of the city's gems! Super sophisticated menu and flavor palate. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, romantic lunch/dinner/ect. The atmosphere can be very packed at times, so if you are claustrophobic I do not recommend. But if you want an uptown, upscale experience, I DO recommend. The only part I would like to point out to anyone that is not a "foodie"... The menu is hard to read and you probably don't know what you are ordering, but the best part is, anything you order is delicious!

I've been to Lucky's Cafe a couple of times now - for breakfast!Later I discovered that Guy Fieri had visited Lucky's on an episode of "Diner's, Drive-Ins, and Dives," and that Cleveland area Iron Chef Michael Symon had raved about their Cheddar Biscuits and sausage gravy on an episode of the Food Network's: "The Best Thing I Ever Ate." I can see why!

We have eaten many times over the years, and while at times not completely satisfied with certain dishes we have always enjoyed the ambiance and service. Tonight was an exception. We started with the charcuterie Plate and the Assuette De Fromages, each of which were very enjoyable. My son wanted to have the Bouillabaisse for two so I decided to join him. What a mistake. the lobster tail was so over done I could not get it out of its shell, the one scallop sliced in two seemed under done. I won't go on about the rest of it. Needless to say it was a big disappointment. This in no way will stop us from going to this fine restaurant, but if you truly enjoy seafood stay way away from the Bouillabasse. By the way it's the most expensive item on the menu

Fine dining, white tablecloth, outdoor seating area is amazing in summer! Primarily French - charcuterie is definitely worth trying. Not a lot of vegan options but they will work with you. Good service, pleasant staff.

Lol. I feel like anyone who gives this place a good review is paid. I'm not a picky eater, I'm easy going and never leave bad reviews but I truly couldn't say 1 good thing about this place. Wish I would've went to McDonald's instead. Never go here, ever.

RODENTS. Mice were extremely bold for a Cleveland establishment. Ran across my husband's foot twice. Server ignored the fact that we, and a neighboring table, saw Stuart Little and his friend multiple times. Food was good, but lack of consideration for the pests was a major turn off. If you are squirmish don't dine here.

Well educated and versed f.o.h. staff. I've eaten at few places that I can say the food was great. Even rarer is the occasion when I can leave and not only say that but, also say i had a great time. All thanks to a great kitchen staff and a great serving staff. My kudos and my hat's off to this place.

5 stars. I literally proposed to my wife here. It s that good. Great cocktails, and they can make it a very romantic evening if you call ahead with your reservation. Indulge in their wild savory French toast, split the frisbee salad with your sweetie and delight in their perfect soft egg topping, and try the specials or just go with the duck. Walking distance from the art museum(s) and the orchestra for that extra classy date night meal.

I recommend coming early to get parking. This place get packed fast. And making a reservation ya best. There is a paid parking lot I front but getting street parking also works. The mushroom soup to start was hot, cheesy and well paired with French bread. The pork chop was well sized. . The trout in the moose were also very tasty.

Nice French restaurant and bar. It is decently expensive, but not as much as I thought before going. The atmosphere is really nice; low lighting, intimate seating, many different rooms. It is a different experience every time you go (if you sit in different sections if the restaurant). Kind of odd to walk in basically right into the kitchen, but I kind of like that.

We had a fabulous experience bringing friends from out of town who were thoroughly impressed with the food, wine and service. From the escargot and salads to the duck confit and chicken confit, it was a wonderful time.

This is my favorite restaurant in the area. The good is prepared extremely well. Not too fussy..just right. I've dined here many times and always loved everything. One of my favorites is the salad with lardons and a poached egg on top. All of the chicken dishes are delicious. Or you are a fan of mussels, they're very fresh and prepared well.

Terrible service.. waited over an hour and thirty mins to get entree while tables that came 40 mins later got their food. Waitress never came and offered anything. Food was okay when it came, thought it would be much better. I have had better service at Applebee's. Manager and other staff were good, will never return or recomend.

This is a delightful restaurant. I always enjoy their food. The atmosphere is sophisticated. Food great and creative. Service excellent. My only drawbacks are that it's small sort of close tables and a bit lacking of privacy but the other side is that it's a bit of a see and be seen place. There is a dedicated lot adjacent. Enjoy.

I haven't had much French food, but tried to order dishes that may challenge the palate. We started off with the escargot which was excellent. The snails themselves have an earthy flavor that they married with a rich butter sauce, complete with roasted fennel and buttery homemade breadcrumbs baked in a small cast iron dish. The lemon wedge is perfect to cut through the fattiness, and house made bread is perfect for soaking up the butter sauce.

Braised leeks fresh, light, fantastic. The cassoulet was amazing, although I could have been ok with less of the one fennel sausage. It was good. Just not the biggest fan of fennel. The caramel... Love the berries in it.

Great visit again. I know I'll return.

Good food. A little humid inside during July. Went a few times for a late dinner during my business trip to Cleveland. Chicken thigh is not chicken breast. One night after dinner I had Napolitano, other day wanted chocolate mousse and got Napolitano again which was perfect, just not what I wanted this time.

Cool

We recently celebrated our anniversary here. The service was excellent. I'm not a fancy person, so I didn't recognize several of the dishes, but the wait staff was 100% willing to explain what everything was and make recommendations. One of the first times I haven't felt like I'm being treated like a bumpkin in an upscale restaurant. 10/10, would recommend!

Still love this place! For the level of service and quality of food we received, I think L'Albatros is quite affordable, especially for lunch. Although, I think return trips will be in the evening, just because of the Fromagie.

I love this place! They have the best burger-caramelized onions and Bearnaise sauce. French Onion soup is excellent as well. The service is EXCELLENT -you never have to ask for anything; water and bread are always being offered.
