When we scheduled our appointment with Nathalie, she told us that we wouldn't require a loaner vehicle due to the recall replacement taking only 1 hour. My husband arrives and that is not the case. He waited 45 minutes outside for Chris, the manager to find him a loaner. You should educate your staff better. To make matters worse, he was offered a LYFT to go back home? How was it our fault? He didn't arrive in a LYFT. Truly disappointed.
