Exceptional hotel with a very good and cheap restaurant

Super restaurant with quality food and friendly staff at an affordable price

Accommodation and staff are at a high level. The problem is the lack of parking. It happens that a spider takes a car even though the staff re-parks your car so that someone else can get out. The hotel s ski bus goes to the top every hour. It should be more often.

We were in a private apartment within the Royal Chardak, which fulfilled our expectations. The Royal Chardak Spa is great, especially for small children, because it is clean and water is too hot.

Room service was non existent. The hotel is not 5km from the city, it is 6.5km. We had to call everyday just to recieve new towels and have our room cleaned. The restaurant wait time was 45 min + . Do not recommend this hotel/apartment.

Very nice and super clean! The food is excellent and very good! The staff is very warm and professional! Children's pool is phenomenal! A lot of extra kids for kids! We are very happy and recommend this place to everyone, especially to families with children!

Nice apartment complex, large. You need a compass to handle it. Food good, buffet based. Two saunas, steam bath, salt room, two indoor and two outdoor pools - nice to relax. And if you like skiing, then maybe it's better to go further north, since there are certainly 9km to the cable car and the ski center.

Decent accommodation, slightly higher price in relation to quality

We got an apartment for four people for which we get linens and towels only for double bed, while the bed to bed we did not get. Toiletries was also absent. The room actually didn't seem to have been cleaned / saved for us. In addition, they did not meet us at the reception, on the pretext that it was night and there was only one person at the reception without a third shift to clean, which could bring extra bedding. Only after the two-hour scuffle that we purchase bedding and my call safe reception, we managed to get the same.

We came with three small children. At the check-in, we were greeted by a kind girl who took us to a room and then took us through the entire hotel. The content for children is fantastic. Water slides, playroom, animations. Half board food is varied, a large selection of dishes, very tasty. The rooms are comfortable, clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom large. The only drawback is that there is no towel hook or dryer in the bathroom. It is very inconvenient where to dry wet baths and towels after showering or where with a hand towel. The hot water in the shower, when adjusted, alternately turns cold and then hot, so it is very inconvenient to take a shower, especially when you shower children. With the exception of the little things in the bathroom, the general impression is great.

The 5A-43 apartment is quite comfortable and that's ok. But the reason for the rating is as follows:
Upon arriving at the reception, the blonde girl-woman made a mistake. The way she greets guests has nothing to do with kindness.
For 7 days of stay a good part of the staff was kind.
As much as we are fascinated by Kopaonik, we were disappointed by certain behaviors - even in times of crisis.
The restaurant kitchen is excellent and there are no mistakes. The spa center is average, and the disadvantage is that the children's pool is not warmer. The rooms in the apartments are not soundproofed, so as they hear us, so do others.
I can only go to a restaurant there in the future and that's it. We may have expected more but that's our impression.

Extraordinary. Good accommodations, clean flawless, food superb especially Gulas. The staff are kind. Regular transportation to the trail. Simply put, everything is extra.

I'm rating the restaurant. The place looks great, the music is nice and the menu has a big variety of dishes, but the service is horrible and nobody speaks English. Also some things on the menu are overpriced.

Got to this place on an evening to have have a beer. Waited for 15 minutes for a waiter to show up but no one did. Then we asked one to bring us some drinks but he just looked at us and gestured to chill down. Horrible service and poor management.

The best way to lost your car is to go in Kopaonik and park your car at hotel parking . Consider to by a train ticket to return.

Some of the rooms are without normal bed for sleeping (you should open the sofa and sleep on that). From most of the rooms the view is really ugly (you can find the front of you lot of garbage or the wall).
Very high heating in the restaurant so it's not easy to eat, and really no enough space in the restaurant. Food is ok.
They have just one small bar with few uncomfortable tables di front of the elevator (smoking area so no fresh air). .
No space for relax with the friends, where to play some game or to have just relaxing moments..
Spa always pretty full of the people, so impossible to have relax moments. .
Price ok..

Accommodation is excellent..kind staff..spa center great..the only complaint is the water temperature in both pools..I stayed in the apartment 11/61 which is warmly decorated..all recommendations

I like this place very much. It is nice and clean. There is restoraunt, something like a pub, spa centre... Everything you need.

It is not a 4 star hitel. Up to 3. Small but clean rooms, plenty of food, ok staff. In season it does not provide parking spaces for everyone. Priorities are Serbian. Do not take the room near the cellar bodies 5a or 5b, because you cannot sleep. There is noise up to 1-2 at night. Transport to the pits by bus is provided quite often.

The kitchen has no water, the noise of noises like in a cardboard box, the shower is leaking in all directions, the rooms are terribly small, you can barely reach the bed. Extremely nice and quality hotel accommodation. Friendly staff and pleasant stay. Expanding and arranging new accommodation is definitely a recommendation! A good SPA area with a small complaint that the water in the pool is not warm enough and should be raised by several degrees.

That I could give 0. Complete staff is very unpopular and totally unwilling to give any information. Also, their current is critical and very often there is no fuse. The only praise goes to the girl who works at the Lobby Bar.

Excellent food, solid apartments with central view, no elevator in the old part, regular but busy mini bus to Mali Lagoon with its ski resort, small and constantly crowded pool and spa, very friendly staff, parking is constantly crowded. In the beginning of February there are many rumunas, which make an incredible crowd in the restaurant, arrange the order before the start of the meal and it is impossible to find a free chair.
