Very well arranged, and Jos is still building aloft !!! Helpful to all staff, clean and cultural and helpful !!!

Good:
- A wide selection of food, where most of the dishes are really tasty, without trying something that I would say is not good
- The rooms are new and clean
- The SPA center is big and one of the better ones I've been to
- The staff in the SPA center and restaurant is extremely friendly and professional

Bad:
- Lack of parking spaces
- People work at the reception, do the work without trying to be kind and helpful (all other employees are very helpful and kind)
- It is often loud in the SPA center. I suggest putting warnings to keep people quiet
- It is allowed to drink drinks from glass cups in the jacuzzi which is part of the pool
- The temperature of the outdoor pools is 21-22 degrees C

Kraljevi ardaci is a great accommodation if you are staying on Kopaonik. A large number of apartments that are very nicely arranged and the hotel "Kraljev ardak" within which there is a Spa center, free for hotel guests, and if you stay in one of the apartments you still have to pay. The spa center is excellent and has 2 saunas, Turkish bathroom, salt room, 3 swimming pools and a pool with slides for children.There is also a cafe where you can order drinks or food.The whole complex of apartments is beautiful and within it there is a small shop, hairdresser, restaurant, and near a larger shop.

Great breakfast. Friendly staff at the reception, while the staff at the restaurant left a smile and nice demeanor at home. The apartment we were in was nice and comfortable, only the hygiene could be a shade higher.

The food is great. There are always parking spaces and I want pigs to go for a nice stay

The food is good. They do not have balconies in the hotel. It is good but during our stay the outdoor pool did not work and they renovated the yard. They are 6 km away from the center of Kopaonik.

Not enough parking space, unkind at the reception .... disappointed

Very clean, nice food, very bad organization. Not enough employees, so they can't achieve, even though they are polite but too busy. I have my own insurance but they insisted that we have to pay theirs. Than, I got some kind of breathing issue while there and asked for help and they just told me that I have to go to another hotel and pay 100 euros just to see me and plus if I need some researches done. So be careful, try not to get sick. On the good side is that they have a lot of things to do for children and grown ups to have fun. Enjoy your stay...

Images and reality have nothing to do with each other. The lady at the reception is uninformed. Insufficient parking space. Insufficient places to sit at a restaurant. Room swamped and drenched completely.
Only the pool and the spa are a bit positive.

Great rooms, food varied and delicious in the boarding house restaurant, as well as in the a la carte restaurant top quality.
The spa is great not to say perfect pleasure and all praise!

Very nice place, it is a bit far away from the slopes but they provide transportation and place near the slopes where you can live your ski equipment. Very professional!

Very nice apartments. However a lot of apartments have private owners which have contracts with the hotel menagment about season renting. Due to this often if you make a reservation on some of the sites or turist agency you won't get the apartment you saw. The biggest problem is parking lot. The Spa center with the pool is the biggest advantage this apart hotel have.

It s a pitty that such a place has such stupid policy regarding entering the restaurant in ski boots. It s a ski-resort, what do you expect...

Great hotel, service, friendly staff, animation for children every night, walking tours ... I was with three children this summer and we enjoyed. Spa excellent, separate area for children, swimming pool with slides and playroom. All recommendations.

Restaurant Kraljevi ardaci is a nice place, the service is good but slow at lunch time. Plenty of space few people. Food is a trio of nothing special. Prices standard for Kopaonik.

So far the best experience on Kopaonik. Everything is new, service on a high level, rooms are equipped with taste. Bus connection works perfectly.

I stayed here a couple of years ago and it was enjoyable. Now I have come to the wellness center and unfortunately, I have no words of praise. For 3000 dinars you can get an evening ticket in, for example, the most modern Slovenian wellness center, while it is too high a price for a cold pool and two saunas. The worst impression is left by the choice of the guest, without any wellness culture. They enter saunas without towels, shout in the relax zone, whole families have discussions, while employees do not react to that. Clearly with no greater degree of greed than the mentioned guests. COVID measures do not exist.

The most beautiful building on Kopaonik, everything is perfectly done !!!

Really nice hotel allocated some 10 min from the ski slopes (transfer goes every 10 min from the Hotel).
Nice SPA area with indoor and outdoor pool.
Nice restaurant and pub as well.
They had a good conference area as well (did not try the conference area, but It looked like a good place to host company meetings / kick offs).
We stayed in apartment 4008, and it was really good with a "Nordic design" and a nice fireplace to chill in front in the evening.

Nice and pleasant place, outdoor and indoor pool, spa. Kindly staff, great food. A pub with a very pleasant ambience, a national restaurant also with a pleasant ambience.

Food is ok, prices are ok, the hotel is nice, the rooms are nice but small and without any sound insulation, the spa is cold

Food, though 100. Wellness, but the tools (hourglass, thermometer) don't work. The first morning I went to the recycle with a bug list, but only 1 repairs a day (missing bathrobe, hot water praying, inoperative drain in the shower) made new calls. All the same, the value for money is great!

Nice apartments. We stayed during the winter. The pool is expensive.

The investment is of high quality - some attention to detail
Sinful of people's attitude:
- nor the slur in the parking,
- nor did they open before all the rooms were ready,
- the attitude of people who have great socialist reminders (do not bother them, apologize instead of solutions - with which they disagree, prefer to violate the law)
-the Serbian bakery is extremely tasty and indescribable - unfortunately here is the exception, poorly cooked without any taste
