A wonderful place but the staff is under any criticism

Only the children's pool deserves this hotel to get 4 stars. All 3 stars left.

"Work in progress" light is steel active, but excellent place. If it becomes better, wonut mind.

I was expecting homemade ham and not buying it for that price

Awesome hotel.
There are also rooms and apartments.
The food is excellent, for dinner there are always 3 types of meat, full of fruits even in winter.
Strawberries spoiled us 1.

For children there is a playroom with a labyrinth and lots of toys. There is an xbox for older kids.
In the spa zone there are 2 sections, for children there are 2 basics and slides (a real mini water park).
Separate bass and 3 saunas for adults.

2 skibuses are taken up the mountain every hour.

The reception is open 24/7.
WiFi is available everywhere.

We are accommodated in apartments not in the hotel. The apartment itself does not look bad but it is very, very dirty. Upon entering the first impression is great, but when you pay attention a little horror. , the floor as if it hadn't been wiped for 2 months, full of hair, dust ...
The corner sofa in the living room is ripe to change, when you sit down you fall into it. The internet exists but it doesn't exist, it's probably overloaded. Don't count on a free net.

Spa Center is charged separately, regardless of the fact that you are a guest !! They have a trick to give guests a 15% discount that costs 1700 dinars for an adult and children from 2 years pay 1000 dinars.

I am satisfied with the hotel service. Friendly staff, nice suite, delicious food, spa pool. Prices quite decent compared to others on Kopaonik. Organized transportation from the hotel to the center. Offering walking tours accompanied by guides.

Phenomenal Spa Center! A special swimming pool for children with slides, a game room and a cafe next door. To complete winter caroling, swim in a flooded pool while the snow falls outside. I recommend from the heart.

Not so many people in the summertime. Poolside with slide only for us. I love that. Bring warm clothes.

While taking a shower, the glass was broken and fell on me. When I asked for help from the reception, the first response was that you had to pay 100 euros before the glass provided. a business that has lost its humanity

Hotel adapted for families with children. The service is top notch, the food is excellent, clean ... The apartment contains absolutely everything you may need during your stay.

Fantastic restaurant !! Soup with mushrooms is something completely different and unusual, and everything else we tried was preukusno and fresh.

You can get a room facing the wall from all windows. Helpful and nice staff. Reluctant and shamish waiters. They add to the bills frequently. The spa is ok. Restaurant food good. Breakfast - a disaster. I do not recommend.

To be honest the position of this place is not that good. You had to go with the shuttle to and from the slopes but you had to walk at least 5 min from the point where they were leaving you, to the slopes. And it was really difficult to walk with the boots and skies on your back...
This place has max 3 stars. I was very disappointed that we received a room with 2 extendable sofas VERY OLD ones but we wanted to sleep together so we barely had space to sleep in 1 sofa... I don't know who can think to add 2 separate sofas in the same room instead of adding a simple bed... At least the rooms are clean and it was quiet. The parking is not that big and if you don't find a space it's difficult to park on the street because it's very narrow and uphill.

Watch out for the older waiter in the a la carte restaurant at the entrance to the hotel - he is extremely rude and unpleasent. Part of the hotel is still under construction and the building works carry on 7days/week so you are woken up everyday at 6:30 am. But it has a good potential, and when the works are finished and they hire better staff it can be a very nice hotel.

Great place to stay! Great service for a reasonable price

It is secluded from ski resort centre, about 5.5 km, we were in private apartment located in hotel, and it had everything you need for your stay. Ski bus is organized every hour, although 9:30 bus gets really crowded so it is best to go earlier. Spa gets kinda discriminating, as prices differ if you are hotel guest , or you are in private apartment (which is located in hotel building) as guests pay 15 % less(they are calling it discount), but hey you are not here for spa. Nearby is small store, which is not heavily stocked,best way to purchase everything beforehand. Overall if you don't mind those hickups, traffic included, you will have awesome days at the snow.

The higher the price in relation to quality, it is obligatory to ask which square is the apartment before you book. I have been accommodating with them for several years, and every time I disagree!

Delicious homemade food, friendly staff, helpful. The only drawback is that the restaurant is separated by separate stairs from individual rooms, which is not convenient with a baby and a stroller

The spa facilities at kraljevi are wonderful and reasonably priced. Food is good too. There are no no smoking rooms and room maintenance is sometimes a bit lacking. Overall I'd still stay here again.

Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff, great food, great SPA center.

Turns out, the hotel policy apparently states that traveling with the same number of people is more expensive if one of those guests is a child (10 years old).

Without any logic or professional treatment or sense, they are losing guests with one child, offering the same room cheaper to a group without a child - and this is a hotel with a special place for children pool etc...?!?!?!?!
Complete lack of understanding how a business is run.

The accommodation deserves three stars. Service barely one. They received more guests than they could serve. There is no parking, waiting for breakfast at the table for 30 minutes ....

The place is beautiful, the service is very nice, the food is delicious. We recommend definitely to visit.

Its safe!

Parking is a problem, as it is everywhere on Kopaonik. Sound insulation, between rooms does not exist. I am satisfied with the hygiene in the room and the hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food is great. They have their own bus, which runs on the track.
All in all, regardless of the shortcomings I mentioned, I would come back and be their guest again, because that s exactly how I felt as a welcome guest.
