Everything was wonderful! Nice and clean accommodation, delicious and varied food, friendly and smiling staff. Good spa for children and adults, hot water in the pools.

This complex lacks sports facilities, and a children's playroom in the open, and everything else that goes into the daily offer is still high.

The hotel as a hotel is more than correct, but the attitude of the staff towards the "ordinary" guests is zero.

Music from the bar next to the apartment started around 21h, and while I write this, I continue to crack - say a celebration. Since even after asking the waiters and 127 calls to the reception, which nobody responded, the music was not impressed, I had to dress completely and from the bed I went out to the reception. By the way, the music was shaking and heard in the half of the hotel. At the reception I was first told that they "did not hear a single call," and after insisting that the hotel manager / director be summoned, I received the answer that the celebration would last "only until 2 in the morning"? since it's a private party, and if I do not like it, then I'll come tomorrow after 8 to talk to the manager.

Pleasant ambience, friendly staff. It is necessary to tidy up the surroundings of the complex itself. It is ugly to look at the surrounding construction site from the terrace where you should relax and enjoy the view of the forest.

First Day Holiday 2019 - Horror! Broken chairs in the apartment, TVs without antenna cable, on urging to get around, the reception answers that APT is private and they can not do anything! Restaurant without enough space, sometimes there is an hour to get rid of everything, a swimming pool for children up to 12 years is barely half m deep in deep children is prohibited entrance even with parents, the chairs and towels are never enough! Parking is just a story for yourself! Win a positive impression only for a couple of smiling maidens

Simply fantastic. Massive hotel complex that offers everything to make guests happy. Starting from friendly and good service, two restaurants, bars, pubs, fitness and spa center, hotel shop and hair salon, organized transportation to the center and back, renting E. Bicycles, a large parking lot and I don't know what else .... Praise everyone

Recommended squid and veal mushroom soup. Their cakes are bad.

Fireplace hall bass to enjoy in the evening. There is little rain for people with small children, there are many steps to the spa. Everything else is commendable.

Very nice hotel with professional and friendly staff. SPA is exceptional, nice pools, clean and beautiful. Children area and content are very good, playroom, animators... Food is served well and very tasty with lot of local stuff. Overall, one night stay for me but very pleasant. Highly recommended.

They offer all kind of facilities but it's kind of weird because it's all mixed up so you need to go through authentic labyrinths to reach your destination, even have to go outside to be able to enter again?!

you do not come to this hotel if you want to sleep and rest !!! the pub works at night for a long time with loud music ..there are no working hours..I guess while there are guests..and if you get a room above the pub..there is no sleep for you either..no for your child !!! and you came on vacation! below average spa center with cold water in the jacuzzi ... small saunas, salt room miniature..miniature pool..so too expensive spa center for what it offers..parking "hotel" in the mud (not concreted !!! not lit at night. ..what are we talking about..and the apartment 50 euros a day and more..to get your things out of the mud and darkness..horror to put it mildly)

The hotel policy clearly states that traveling with the same number of people is more expensive if one of those guests is a child (10 years old).

Without any logic or professional treatment or sense, they are losing guests with one child, offering the same room cheaper to a group without a child - and this is a hotel with a special place for children pool etc...?!?!?!?!

The accommodation conditions are very ok! The location is far from the party (5.5km), you depend on the hotel bus (where there is a terrible mess) to get to the center. The reception is always crowded, unqualified staff (Does not know the right thing to do left) . Spa center, indoor temperature max. 23C, water in basins max 19C

One of the best hotels on Kopaonik. The staff as well as the hotel itself and the atmosphere at the hotel is very friendly. The rooms and all other rooms are very clean. The hotel is a short distance from the center of Kopaonik and the ski resort itself but it is a good thing that you can use the transportation of the hotel, all recommendations.

Good hotel, staff kindly just from Autumn offers weak wyda. The only reason we chose the chardakas is the indoor pool with slides for kids, which doesn't work during the fall obviously.

The balconies are a great place to relax and enjoy. Beautiful accommodation with a phenomenal atmosphere in restaurants. You can enjoy one of the best spas in Serbia. I definitely recommend it for young people, younger married couples as well as for adults !!!

The SPA is complete, the massages are excellent and cheap, the piston is great ... The children are independent, they have a lot of content.

Very beautiful location and not far from the ski resort. Very good conditions and acceptable prices.

A good place for winter and summer holidays. Clean apartments, spa pools are not included in the price. We took it with breakfast, but you can cook it yourself.

Service, staff, food, hygiene, spa ... everything is at the highest level, really all praise. Hotel adapted for families with children, which is a huge plus on my part (spa for children with slides, salt room and a well-equipped playroom for children of all ages).
If I need to single out something less well, it's a problem with parking, although I have to admit that the staff solves it in record time.
All in all, we will be back.

THIS PLACE MUST BE VISITED. The friendly staff welcomes you, the rooms are very nice and clean, comfortable. Spa very cozy ... swimming pool, children's pool, saunas, Russian, Finnish and Turkish bath. Salt room. MASSAGE, excellent and friendly top therapist .. EXCELLENT. Restaurant ... very diverse and delicious food prepared with love. Swedish what, 'a la carte' too. Friendly and friendly waiters.
Whoever has not visited this place so far should afford a ROYAL treatment.

The apartments and rooms are beautiful. The food is excellent. Every evening there are special programs for children. I'm very pleased. The hotel itself arranges transportation to the ski resort, they have their own buses.

Complete service in one place. A quality and tidy accommodation, a restaurant with rich menu and excellent food. The richest spa center with separate work for children, cafes, gardens, outdoor pools ....
All that's needed for a weekend to escape from the duties and the ruined city.

Worst staff, rude employees. Wanted to have a dinner at this place, we were 5 peoples and when we got inside the first server didn't even ask us what we want and he dismissed us very rude just with a hand sign. Very rude and unprofessionally.
