A welcoming and quiet place with an exceptional view.

Nice, cosy set of apartments and a hotel with SPA, good for families with kids, not far from the center. Good food and hospitality, overall better impression then expected

We are at the moment in apartment 47 (06.01.2019. - 13.01.2019). More and less nothing is as promised. We didn't get what we paid for. There are not 2 TV but only one. Although we paid two room apartment we got one room and kitchen. In dining room during the meals there are not free tables. We have to wait somebody to stand up and leave to get service. Opposite situation is that (if you are lucky to have free table) somebody is waiting next to you on your neck and desperately wait you to finish.
Transport to skiing (by ski bus) is unbelievable. Bus is never on time. When it comes, there is now enough place even for standing. Yesterday there were more 120 passengers in 100 passenger capacity bus. First of all it was extremely unsafe for us in bus but we didn't have a choice.
When we have arrived in apartment it was not heated... TV didn't worked. We had to by batteries for remote controller.
At the end i have to admit that SPA center is the light at the end of tunnel. It is only what looks like as it described on internet. Without it i would give one star.

After 3 years from the initial visit, lottery service, friendly staff and Spa center service are very noticeable where half of the facilities and rooms are out of service. If you are staying with half board for any drink you will have to pay extra, which means that you do not get even a glass of water.

The hotel's divan has everything. It has a hairdresser, a shop, a swimming pool, a fitness room, a sauna, a spa, a ski ... As for the apartments, it's great, the most modern radio, corner set, in the TOALET and in the hallway of the sensor light and in the TOALET is also a warm floor. bus! They keep the keys, I do not have the words, I have SKI PASS. I recommend it to everyone

Internet in the apartment is unusable for all 6 days.

Nice place .My studio has a kitchenette which is very usfull. My friends room's are also very well arranged , one of them has also a chemine. Every hour there is a bus to the slopes. Only one negative think I wish to mention: the personal does not speak English or just a few speak other language then Serbian.

THERE IS a hiding place, a swimming pool for adults, a water park for little ones, a spa, a massage, a bar, apartments and all the ahahs

Satisfied with the complete service. The rooms are medium sized, warm, changing towels daily. They have a bus (free) that goes to the center and back. The food is great, varied daily. Spa the same for praise. :)

Very nice area, fresh air, good food, perfect for people who love nature. Accommodation is very good too, friendly staff, for fair prices.

All praise, rooms, food, ski room, everything is at the top level for an affordable price. Breakfast and dinner plentiful and delicious.

Clean 0. Only one detail- when entering the apartment the beds were unfurnished and the bedding was dirty in some places smaller traces of blood on the bedding and hair. When we made the remark the receptionist said "it's happening". For the money that charges shame, and we went through without apology. Only the ski bus is perfectly organized and accurate. So much.

The hotel is very well organized (every day clean rooms and changing sandwiches, transportation to the ski resort goes right on time ...). The staff is very kind. For lovers of food you will enjoy in an excellent and varied selection of dishes.
Especially, I emphasize the ski area where your shoes and shoes are warmed up and is located on the small lake track.
What makes Royal Cards known is a great Spa (now a children's pool is set aside so that adults can enjoy in the warm in the warm pool and the area with various saunas).
In the evening you can enjoy in the pub!

It seems that a suit makes a man in the King's verandas. The waiter skipped us twice because we were casually dressed. And I don't know how to get dressed after a whole day of skiing ?! Thanks for skipping us, it was a pleasure to get up and go to another restaurant.

The hotel consists of apartments with all conditions for preparing food. In addition, there is a self-service restaurant (buffet). Very affordable prices for conditions on Kopaonik. Pool and SPA center available throughout the winter season. A la card restaurant and separate beer pub with club music for evening entertainment.

Hotel part Kraljevi ardaka, excellent accommodation, restaurant, excellent, various food, good cooks, excellent spa. But the most important thing and above all at every step, from the reception, wonderful girls in the children's playroom (greetings to Miljana), waiters, spa, staff who try to please you and make your stay pass and remain in your fond memories. We were 7 half board, and we will be happy to come again. What bothers and spoils the moments of rest are some unarticulated, up-and-coming, pickpockets from the guests, but that is an inevitability, to which people who deal with this business and we who find ourselves at the same time with such freaks are doomed. Greetings to the entire staff and all the best, see you next time ps. Organized walking tours, set benches on the promenade with beautiful views, live music while drinking before bed, facilities for children, everything designed so that your vacation is fulfilled just under their slogan ... Enjoying the heights, for real hedonists and more , the center of Kopaonik and some surrounding parts are irritatingly dirty in the garbage, while the verandas, even in this very important segment, are again the bright spot of Kopaonik

Family apartment complex with a great spa for adults and a fun area with slides in a separate spa for children.

I was in private apartment in Kraljevi ardaci complex. Nice accommodation. If you didn't payed for BB or HB, skip the hotels restoran and visit their a la cart restaurant.
There are couple of their busses to drive people to ski slopes. When one bus gets over crowded, then set another one. But you never know should you wait for seconde or try to squeeze in over crowded one.

Clean, quiet hotel, not so far from ski resort, food ok, great spa. It is pretty difficult to navigate trough hotel corridors.

Good accommodation but hard to find parking in front of.

Excellent spa, for both adults and for children. . Any praise for the food as well as the entire staff. Transportation to the center, which is located some five kilometers good works. Hot recommendation and we will be back again.

I stayed at the apartments. The rooms are fairly small. The shuttles to the ski resort were always full at prime hours. Other than that spa was good. Breakfast was ok. The rooms were heated well. Wi fi was perfect eventho the hotel was full.

Level service, accommodate very good. The food is great, the choice of dishes also. You are sorry to simply repeat the meal you ate the previous day. Spa and wellness good. There is room, but with the peak season it is possible that someone will stand. The price may be higher but when it comes down it takes away, because even with a little more distance from the center, they also offer satellite transportation to the trails. What parking is currently up there might be a better option.

Their restaurant is a bit crowded and the staff isn't too professional. It's also very loud...
The parking space for the size of this hotel is too small (some people come just for the spa and restaurant), during evenings you barely find a free spot (although this is a general issue with most hotels around here)

King ardaci is a great complex on Kopaonik. It is very urban and spacious with various interesting things such as a pub, specialty cafes and restaurants, a spa, an indoor and outdoor pool with a jacuzzi, a children's playroom, a hairdresser ...

There are no juices in the juice machine at dinner and therefore four stars

An excellent place is quite cheap for the service it provides. There is a spa center for two restaurants, beer waiters are great especially Dragan, who works at the top restaurant. The heating is excellent service phenomenal. I have the only complaint on my way to the track. In the morning, it's too big an ass.
