Some of the rooms are without normal bed for sleep...

Some of the rooms are without normal bed for sleeping (you should open the sofa and sleep on that). From most of the rooms the view is really ugly (you can find the front of you lot of garbage or the wall).
Very high heating in the restaurant so it's not easy to eat, and really no enough space in the restaurant. Food is ok.
They have just one small bar with few uncomfortable tables di front of the elevator (smoking area so no fresh air). .
No space for relax with the friends, where to play some game or to have just relaxing moments..
Spa always pretty full of the people, so impossible to have relax moments. .
Price ok..
Around the place no nice space for walking. .
