No TV signal for 4 night. Internet poooor or no internet at all. If you are not a hotel guest then you can't use hotel bus even if you want to pay. Not satisfied at all.

For the first time in the king's cards and pleased. The reception itself at the reception (beautiful and lovely girl of long black hair) who took us to our apartments and explained what awaits us nicely in Spa Arrangement. I'm very glad and next year I will come here.

A wonderful place, in a quiet area, affordable prices for what they have to offer, through booking can be found even more affordable. Breakfast, dinner ok. The spa is nice, the water is a bit cooler. They have transportation for their guests to the top (center) and back. The rooms are warm, you adjust the temperature yourself. Massages are pleasant.

We've been to this 4 year location and it was great. This year, however, it was not as good. Disappointing in many ways in the first place you have to wait for 30 minutes to catch a meal at restored, personally speaking English only when they want, the buses do not respect the program, insufficient parking places, the first evening of accommodation I wanted to close the door to the shower cabin and break I was in the recipe to tell them what happened and they seem to know the problem they said it's ok they come to clean and put another door but until we left we did not happen than did the clean and good job I paid the door 90

The food is freshly prepared and delicious, the accommodation is good with a lot of fun for younger children ... the spa with pool is quite solid .... the only complaint goes to the younger staff in the restaurant who need to learn how to approach and address guests ... all the rest contributed to the phenomenal spending of the extended weekend ... recommendations.

We were in the summer for seven days .. The hotel is perfect for a holiday ... it's a bit farther from the center of Kopaonik, but if it doesn't bother everyone else everything is perfect..from the staff to the staff ... and the prices are affordable ... considering what luxury offer ... we were apartment two separate rooms ..all clean, WIFI perfect, cable, friendly staff SPA flawless, both pools clean, saunas, salt rooms ... you feel like you are somewhere in the high class abroad's just that the price is not such a ... Our recommendation when you want a beautiful, luxurious and affordable holiday years ago on the mountain ...

Excellent service, big sized tasty portions of food and the best part.... A proper separated non smoking area which is rare on Kopaonik. Our new favorite place for the family, had enough of nicotine filled restaurants!

Place is excellent for weekends and winter. Staff is friendly and place is very clean. Rooms are one of the best I have been into. Food is quite cheap for turistic zone and pleantiful.

Clean, nice view, great staff, food too, air spa but problem with the elevator, it is not there and everything is in cascades. Do not accidentally take children in wheelchairs.

Bravo, a great complex with even better service. A small town in a cottage settlement!

Extremely natural and friendly staff. All recommendations for holidays with children. After only a few hours, the child had communication with everyone with full confidence. Nice organization, transport to the ski resort. The food is delicious. The only small complaint is parking, but I believe that will be solved one day.

From the reservation to the realization, everything was very professional and helpful. At the price of the room, we got an apartment with a kitchen because we came with a baby, although they also offered us to prepare baby food. A cot with a comfortable mattress was waiting for us in the room. The apartment is very nice, new and clean. The food is perfect. High quality food and beautifully prepared food. The dinner offer included veal under the sac, rump steak, chicken, hake fillet, pork, pasta ... delicious cakes. The husband does not use dairy products and his choice of food is generally quite limited, but this was not the case here. From the kitchen they gave us fresh veal for the baby and offered to cook what they needed. The spa is quite informative for both children and adults, clean .. The staff is very nice and everything we asked, everything is possible and everyone tried to really relax. And we are. We really rested.
The only small complaint would be the parking lot, which is not concreted, so in bad weather, things should be taken out in the mud and darkness. It is a bit confusing and you can't walk out of the apartment in a wheelchair because of the stairs between the building where the reception is and the building where the spa is and the apartments in which we were accommodated. But all that is a small objection. All in all, we are very pleased and will come again.

Rooms are clean, the food is good, they have buses from the hotel to the ski center, so that is all that is good. The bad things are the following: not enough parking places, some of the "parking" places are on the road, and that is not normal. The staff speaks English only when they want, and that is not ok at all. the rooms are really small, broken beds in some rooms. The staff said that we can pay in euro, on the booking is stated that you can pay in euro, but when we wanted to pay in euro later, they said that they do not accept euro. They responded with "ask booking" when we said that it says it can be paid in euro. So, the staff is really bad. They look like they hate all the strangers, and with the Serbian people they are really kind. Big dislike for that. that's why I gave 3 stars, some good things, but some bad things also.

You have dropped 2 stars. 30 degrees in the room. The air did not work. In the restaurant only the buffet option. When they told us there was a letter. Many stairs to go from one place to another. The empty pool. Advertise pool I would not go back for free.

Nice hotel. Has excellent spa. Food is great, service as well. Nevertheless hotel restaurant is too small and during peak season guests have to wait in a que for 15-20min. Also, hotel location is a bit far from ski center.

Well conceived concept, a mountain hotel. Rooms comfortable and equipped enough.

Staff barely speaks English.
Prices increase every year, the quality of the services decrease.
The buses to and from the hotel are overcrowded and the drivers do not speak English either.
All the signs and other info are only in Serbian (i.e. bus schedule)
Overall not a very pleasant experience.

The food is exceptional, the head chef, I think her name is Stefana ... a young girl, but at the height of the task, all praise ... so much delicious food ... fantastic food ...
The animations for the kids are great. They are quite family-oriented with their contents.
As for the location ... it is 5 kilometers away from the center of Kopaonik, a nice walk if there was a sidewalk along the entire length of the road, but several times during the day the bus takes guests to the center and back ... again ... well organized. Rooms are tidied up daily.
At the pool you have pool towels, and bathrobes and slippers, shampoos and baths are in the room.
There is also a playroom for children, well equipped ...
The whole complex is clean and tidy.

I read the comments before leaving, thought a bit and as I wrote at the beginning, I stayed 2 times in a short period, which is more than a good recommendation ...
