Rooms are clean, the food is good, they have buses from the hotel to the ski center, so that is all that is good. The bad things are the following: not enough parking places, some of the "parking" places are on the road, and that is not normal. The staff speaks English only when they want, and that is not ok at all. the rooms are really small, broken beds in some rooms. The staff said that we can pay in euro, on the booking is stated that you can pay in euro, but when we wanted to pay in euro later, they said that they do not accept euro. They responded with "ask booking" when we said that it says it can be paid in euro. So, the staff is really bad. They look like they hate all the strangers, and with the Serbian people they are really kind. Big dislike for that. that's why I gave 3 stars, some good things, but some bad things also.
