The services of this hotel are not at the level of the 4 stars it has, especially during peak periods. The information you need will be given incomplete, English is extremely limited, parking has few places. I recommend to be careful where you leave your car, in case you do not find available space in the parking lot, because the hotel car parks are not friendly and the police is problematic. They take the numbers from the cars parked on the street (it is not known whether the police or the parking lots, anyway they are all hand in hand). Corruption is in bloom. An alternative parking offered by the hotel is 1 km away and costs 10euro / day. Otherwise, the food is very good, it is very clean, with the spa area well developed and spacious. With great care, enjoyable fun if you arrive in Serbia, Kopaonic.

Cozy accommodation, overall complex is really nice. The breakfast and dinner food is great, they have plenty of choices and they taste very tasty. What they have a problem with is just parking.

Excellent! We arrived on Friday and spent great weekend. It can serve anybody's needs, from great food, SPA to spacious and comfort beds. Great choice!

A place to go all year long. To the center of Kopaonik I would not recommend walking on foot, but the hotel has enough interesting contents. They even have a free shuttle service to the center. Child animation, I do not know if it's always there, it's perfectly organized. From the greater part of the hotel to the spa and swimming pool can be reached by elevator and through indoors, so you do not have to change. Private rooms can be rented, or owned by the hotel, and have the same status. We were in a private room, the bathroom has underfloor heating. Do not forget that it's cold on June and June. At 1500 meters, the air is not as thin as in the center.

The hotel is exceptional. The rooms are nice, tastefully furnished and clean. We were not in the apartments. Wellness one of the best we have been to. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The buffet has a fantastic selection of food, all fresh, high quality, varied, adapted to all tastes and desires. In winter, skiers have the opportunity to be transported by ski buses to the starting trail and back, of course. The hotel's ski slope is at the bottom of the Jezero trail, from where it can start the entire trail system. Warm recommendation for accommodation on Kopaonik.

The restaurant and Swedish were a very bad, unprofessional attitude of the waiters towards the diners who paid for dinner (overestimated for that level of quality), with the service charge in the middle of the evening!

Spa is a special story - followed by the image of one of the best in Serbia, and half of the content did not work (float spa, tepidarium ...). The spa is full of children in the afternoon, although their entry is not supposedly allowed, and their parents allow them to go in and out of the sauna every 2 minutes. Skipping out to the afternoon and weekends.

The party was organized on Friday evening for several hours, and music was heard throughout the hotel.

A lot of disappointment, we booked an apartment on the second floor, and we got some kind of cumez from the room in the hotel, which looks to the wall and the land distant perhaps a meter-two of the windows. We turned to the reception, which had no solution, saying that all of their rooms were like that, we asked that we talk to some superiors, but this is obviously not a practice. Certainly the cardans will not see us anymore.

The apartments are in fact the property of individuals who are rented out here and are not uniformly furnished in large apartments. There is no adequate number of facilities for all four chairs, and the apartment for six persons is similar to dishes. The apartment is cleaned every two days which is unusual and is not said on the site. The pro forma invoice does not state that the residence tax and some hotel insurance are not included, so we have an inconvenience when leaving.
Would you recommend it to anyone? I do not know!

Friendly staff, great food, cleanliness at an enviable level, rooms in the hotel small but sufficient, lots of space and shelves, SPA is clean, you get towels, slippers, bathrobe .. transport to the center .. they thought of everything. Congratulations! A clean five from me!

A new hotel, a little expensive like the whole of Kop, can do better

It is difficult to find words of praise for everything that a person experiences during their stay, what to emphasize: accommodation, food, kindness of employees at every step, care for guests ... etc. For all of the above, it is enough to say: come and convince yes, you will not regret the money and time invested!

An excellent hotel for families with children due to the great spa center with slides for the youngest (the water is always warm) as well as adult work where children are denied access. 15 minutes drive by a hotel bus to Malo jezero where there are hotel skiing so you do not have to wear skis every day, and you also do not want to think about where to park your car. In other words, the daily parking ticket is 500 din. The hotel is clean, the staff is ready to meet you for everything and the food is more than good. I hope I'll be able to come again. Recommendation in any case.

Poor service, hair that is broken would not replace, the reception girls very unkind, in the apartment for 4 persons small boiler-there is not enough hot water to bathe all .... waiters in the restaurant rude, Serbian tourists not only by the view citizens to get their money, this year .... horrible !!!!

The disagreement on this issue is the poor knowledge and assumption of staff that anyone who wants to use a service needs to know everything about it (it is probable that it examines other users of services, instead of the management endeavoring to provide more details ...)
Pansions food is solid, with this suggestion that clean vegetables (without meat or fish, boiled, roasted etc.) are very poorly represented - from 20 to 25 different offers, only one dish is vegetable.
A-la-Card service is great.
Guests can use the shuttle to the ski resort in the hotel organization.
Despite the objections (which are minimal and, I believe, correct), a warm recommendation if you want to spend a nice time in the winter.

Only one word - magnificently. All recommendations for families with primary school children. Great food especially for dinner, a variety of different types of meat, and especially fish. Great spa. Everything is clean and neat. Go and experience this hospitality.

Worst accommodation .. we waited all day for transportation and freezing to -10 degrees Celsius, when after only 2 hours the bus came only the most crazed and the most careless who beat for the place came, awful ... In the end we didn't even go to the track due to disorganization transportation .. It is not worth it to go in winter, also there is no parking for hotel guests, everything is uncleaned .. Never again here ..

Grade A place. Been so many places, so many countries, and all I can say is no one will take care of you like this, for this price. Simply, you must visit and see what's going on here for your self. This is my 2nd summer here, been in apartmants and hotel rooms. Both are good, only thing is that hotel rooms ofer more for your dollar, even tho it seems to be less room here then in the apartmant. It's not on top of the mountain but they got mini bus and a van that runs every hour or so, u get a schedule so you can easily plan out your free round trip to the top of the mountain and back. If you was to pay taxi it would cost 10 to 12 bucks plus 1.50 to enter the national park, at Kings place you get that all for free and I'm telling you it's worth it. Who is staying 7 days or more knows what it means to have free ride every day and no national park tolway fee. They got 3 nice pools, from what I see they are building 4th pool. Water is nice, not cold. Spa is good, all kind of saunas and other stuff. Most important thing is that staff is good and on top of their game. Like I was sayin I'm happy with this place and service they provide here.

Very beautiful hotel, prices are outstanding and the food very good. I would give it 4/5, considering that at the moment I think there is a lot of construction going on around the hotel that disturbs the otherwise relaxed experience.

An oasis to escape from the city, and yet there are numerous amenities for both children and adults. It is wonderful in both winter and summer months.

Everything is great, both the hotel and the food and staff. It's just a little far. But the hotel bus runs to the center.

I must say that the hotel met my expectations. Given the size of the hotel (the hotel is large) the service is excellent. Everything seems organized and decent.
However, the kitchen is in the first place ... Grade 10 !!!
There are other hotels in the area that are even here and there similar in price, but the Cardaci are two spears above. Safe!
When I go again I will go to the same hotel!

Organized free shuttle service to the skiers every hour and they have their own ski resort where you can leave your ski equipment or rent it if you do not have one.
Massages are good and more than fair prices.
There are shops within the complex.
They accept cards as a payment method.
WiFi is correct in rooms with a problem from 17 to 22h when it is extremely slow due to the large number of users and the low flow for that number, which can be solved by the optical network MTS to make guests happy.
CRITICISM
SPA center great but with a huge lack of total chaos where one does not know who drinks and who pays and even the children just walk and go in the saunas.
It is a disadvantage that if you call the known reception numbers very often and for a long time no one answers and after 10pm there is no one to answer the call until the morning hours.
The bathrooms, especially the shower cubicles, are poorly equipped with a luggage rack so let's say you have to hold the shower in your hand because there are no holders and you have nowhere to put anything because there are at least 2 shelves.
The laundry room is very noisy.
Fireplace where the fireplace does not work.
Electricians service a water heater and do not even have an instrument to check voltage, current, resistance or even an alumina. So first they change the heater and then the thermostat even though only the thermostat was defective more than obvious. Technical support is weak and slow to unite with those who should be answering rather than reporting from the front desk.

More than a magical place! An enviable level of kindness of its staff. Rooms comfortable, clean, modern design. Spa is certainly one of the best in this part of Serbia! Therapists-Maja and her colleague are more than professional and a complete massage program is for every recommendation! !!
