The super place just doesn't have a toboggan run for children.

A beautiful place, a wonderful SPA center, we could reduce the prices, but Kopaonik is that.

Rooms are decent, but the restaurant is very small considering the number of guests. Food could be better. It is positive that the staff is very kind.

Value for money. Rooms are quite big and nicely decorated but are showing signs of wear and tear. Spa Centre is having a lot of facilities. Pool is very large, only problem is that there is nothing happening in the neighborhood. You need 10 minutes drive to the centre. We were also very pleasantly surprised that the outings are organised for us. Food is divine, there is choice of 5 or 6 meals every time and there is always national option included.

Clean, tidy, staff friendly, apartments beautiful, for every recommendation.

Had dinner at their restaurant, the service was fast and polite, the food was plentiful and tasty. Prices were on spot for Kopaonik.

Maybe not the biggest hotel on the mountain and not in the Center but the best experience I had so far in the Summer season! The staff is very friendly and polite, food is excellent and what s most important - they organize amazing tours every day - so you can actually experience the Mountain!! They also have few marked walking paths around the hotel for individual walking/exploring tours....
We had really amazing and relaxing time at the spa!
There are a lot kids activities and they have animators as well!
Not to mention that every time we go there we meet a lot of new friends - simply people there get so relaxed and there is some nice friendly aura in the place....
Will come again definitely! Warm recommendations!

A large hotel with many amenities, but it does not excel at the meal chapter if you choose a package with the meal included. The SPA and relaxation area is OK but the water in the swimming pool and jacuzzi is a bit cold. The rooms are of many kinds, newer and older, more spacious and some small. It's kind of like the lottery you get. It is generally not bad and the staff is friendly.

One of the best hotel facilities on Kopaonik. All words except praise are superfluous!

Not bad, but it's not all part of the hotel and they seem to rent it out instead of the owner, so it's all a matter of luck. Our apartment was OK, warm, spacious and comfortable, but without a door in the shower and with some creepy neighbors who turned music up to the board every night. Eventually, at midnight, someone came and turned them off, but by then, hell ... Food is ok, it pays off, wellness is expensive, I guess it is dz for the guests of the hotel, so that there is no crowds ... There is no water, he says we some neighbor that it was the third time in a week, but it arrived quickly. Close to a decent shop ...

Warm, clean, great food, friendly staff, wonderful SPA center with
cold water in swimming pools. I have been with them 3x in 13 months, the spa is getting colder and there are more and more guests. A year ago I was looking forward to going to the SPA, now my morale is because of the children who also complain that they have cold water in the pool- ENGLISH JOBS!

It would be a higher grade, but at the moment, everything is under construction, so it's a bit crowded

A fresh mountain development on Kopaonik, lots of apartments, restaurants, shops, indoor/outdoor pools... Brilliant.

The apartment was good. Everything else is not good. Very big parking problems. It's hard to find a patking place, and when you find it, you'll be parked somewhere behind the car, so you'll have to wait hours for it to move to get out of the parking lot. You are condemned to transport to the center by bus that is overcrowded. Staff at the reception could be more pleasant. Unequal treatment of guests from hotels and apartments. Internet connection is very weak, practically useless. I had higher expectations because I spent the previous years in lower-class apartments and there were no such discomfort and we felt more comfortable.

Entering a restaurant with shoes full of snow is ok, but with clean ski boots is not. The guy had the attitude "we dont care, we have more than enough people staying, we are making a lot of profit, so we can afford to be rude to one group of people"

A place for real hedonists with style. Warm recommendation for parents with small children because of the good daily program intended just for them. Phenomenal Spa within the complex is something that makes this place special. for children. The variety of food offered for breakfast and dinner will satisfy even the most picky eaters, and there is always a restaurant with an interesting menu. The hotel is located on the beautiful side of Kopaonik, the view is beautiful and there is always the opportunity for a nice walk. if you get bored of bathing. The rooms are nice, comfortable, the beds are too comfortable, I don't remember ever sleeping so sweetly and peacefully.

Great place to spend a weekend or maybe the whole week on magnificent Kopaonik mountain. They are trying very hard to maintain high level of service and I hope they'll make it in the future. Very friendly staff, the spa area is small and perfect for the place like this one. Keep it up, guys!

In my opinion, we used the Spa Center and the restaurant, without any complaints, really nice and tasty. See you soon.

Great hotel, friendly staff, although we were not guests of the hotel, we were only interested in the spa, they offered us a tour through the hotel and explained everything nicely. The spa is great, spacious has everything you need for a great spa, so with all the praise. Otherwise, the hotel is still being upgraded so that the cr has more capacity than now.

Solid accommodation, but far from the center of Kopaonik. The buses only run for an hour, so they are full and that completely spoils the general impression. If you go with your car, of course, you will not be able to park

The good:
Excellent food
Ok rooms
A few bars available onsite, plenty of options for evening time
SPA/ playground/small shop available
Possibility to store your ski gear next to the slopes for free.

The bad:
Not enough parking places, during peak season you will end blocking someone, which could ruin your ski day, if you get a call while on the slope.
Restaurant undersized compared to no. of rooms => be prepared to fight for your table every breakfast/dinner (awful !)
Far from slopes. There is a free sky bus, but it is overcrowded during first/last rides. And the schedule is not always kept. Better be 15 mins early than sorry...

If only ski is what you're aiming at, probably it is a good price/kilometer. For an overall good experience, I would check more.

Excellent accommodation, all clean, has its own ski slope on the path Little lake, bus transport to the ski resort ... It has its own shop with basic supplies, nice view. The right place for a vacation ... Friendly staff both in the apartments and in the ski resort ... In the ski resort the staff are fast, organized and friendly ...

They didn't allow us to enter the restaurant for breakfast with ski boots, and they are located in the ski resort! Worst service ever! They didn't even deserve this one star...

I would also give the fifth star if the staff was a little more accommodating, a little cold approach. Hotel neat, clean, plenty of facilities.

Heavy commercial. The other thing is what I expected. We are in a private apartment which is great. But the whole complex does not. Little traffic, cars on the sidewalks have to walk on the road. The wall is abnormal, up on the paths of Kopaonik there are buzzers. Meaningless ...
The air is beautiful, the blueberries too. The Progressives will destroy Kopaonik. Logically, kinta just kinta.

Great place for value for money.
Too expensive Kopaonik is the right measure.
The only downside, when the cable car stops working, going to the center is a 20-minute walk

Neat, clean. All in one place. From the spa center, through restaurants, cafes, shops, restaurants, entertainment for children. Free bus transportation goes every day for an hour to the center of Kopaonik.

Kindly personal. Excellent SPA and large kids pool. Rooms and food are decent.
