Not sure why so many negative reviews? Guess negativity is glorified/reported more than the positivity! This is the best caregiving company I have ever personally worked for. They make sure their staff is happy and make sure all of the needs of our clients are met! I've never personally had a client upset with my care and I've always heard clients praise our services!! Highly recommend working for them or having someone cared for by them!

I am a patient of Kathi's agengy. The only reason i was able to go home was because of Kathi. Not only is the agency great but Kathy is too! She has personally helped with my care.

Cathy M I have worked for this company for almost 20 years. I can tell you from first hand experience that Kathi Papa & her office staff are very caring professional people. Kathi gives unprecedented time & effort to ALL her client, their families & her staff. These 4 bad reviews all came in on the same day. Only one is a disgruntled ex employee & the other 3 are her FB friends that have never & I mean NEVER worked for KPI nor have they ever been associated with KPI. I am hopeful that Mrs Papa turns these libelous unfounded reviews over to her attorney. I and several other employees, not to mention thousands of patients & their families..both past & present will testify on behalf of her integrity. This is a complete scam & smear campaign.

Working for Kathi has been an awesome experience! She and her office staff really come through for their employees! I continue to really enjoy providing services to my clients with KPI.. I ve met and worked with wonderful staff and nurses and couldn t ask for a better working experience! Thank you guys so much for everything!

Another crappy agency, i would not recommend this agency. there is zero accountability in the agency from owner or office staff. all they care about is billing not the clients needs. clients needs comes dead last.....

I have had the privilege of working for KPI for the past 2 yrs. I can say it is a pleasure to work for a company that puts the client needs ahead of all else. They make sure that those needs get met. As an employee, I can't say enough positive. They know the value of their employees. They understand the correlation of happy employees make excellent employees. Thank you KPI! Well done!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Kathi and her staff take such good care of my family! Kathi is the nicest and most caring person I know and really has a true passion for her clients. I would highly recommend her and her company!
