Terrible, just like the previous comments, worse pasta restaurant ever !!! More than an hour and a half waiting for the food and when they brought everything terribly bad, I do not recommend this place to anyone, apart from the whole restaurant as such it is not cozy at all, worse than a fast food restaurant.
They make awesome pasta!!!! All other negative reviews are haters.
Very delicious food, the chicken parm was outstanding i had with their vodka sauce and couldnt complain, this is one of the few places you can find canolis i would reccomend if you like pasta, great sauces and awesome deserts
Me and my family went for lunch at this resturant. We've been wanting to come for a while. Our experience was great. They attended us pretty fast and were very pleseant when serving us. We did infact enjoyed the food. We all left satified and happy with the place.
My dad was always joking about the first timers 10% off. And the sever was very kind and friendly in returned.
We will be back pretty soon.
HORRIBLE! I waited over an hour for nasty food that was overpriced. I paid $17 for pasta that smelled like sweaty old sneakers, "gourmet" salad that was just iceberg lettuce and one tomato, and a small piece of old bread that was drenched in olive oil. The only good thing about my meal was the chocolate piece of cake. Do not even bother with this place.
I've been coming here since before I was born (my mother used to come here when she was pregnant) and I've always considered the food to be great and an immense value. I recommend giving it a shot. In 20+ years I have very rarely been disappointed. FYI their Fettuccini Carbonara is to die for.
Pasta was overcooked to the point of being soft and mushy. The lobster bisque was gelatenous an unedible and a peice of pork from another dish found it's way into the baked ziti. The "salad" was 5 leaves of iceberg lettuce, a thin slice of old tomato and a a tired slice of pickle... Don't eat here, ever.

Food was ok. But for such a highly known restaurant food is poor. Tiramisu yea ok it was sponge cake with light light coffee which im still looking to taste and icecream nothing to the original italian they claim. You get better tasteing food and cheeper at olive garden. Sorry thats just my opinion. Wont be eating there again.

Prices are a little high but I've always had a good meal. Try the special spinach pasta.
I have been eating at The Pasta Factory for as long as they have been in business. I LOVE their food. That being said, I ordered food from them tonight at 8:05 (it is now 9:44). When you call it prompts you to order via their online service. I waited a full hour before calling. At that point, I got automated texts telling me to order online, hang up's and then after finally speaking to an employee, I was told they were super busy with "too many orders" and that my food was on the way. That was at 9:10.
The owner does not pay the employees and the kitchen is filthy.. they should be closed down permanently!!!!!!!!!!!... they have no shame and are inhumane with their employees..
Pricey for Quality of food that was put on the table. Had to return the lasagna because it was watery and tasted very Cuban style. there are literally chunks of meat in their meat sauce as there would be in beef stew. Definitely not Italian cooking. Chicken parmesan was good but the white sauce tasted as if out of a jar. Disappointing.

This place is the worst restaurant i have ever stepped foot in my life!! You drive by and see the name "PASTA FACTORY" first thing that comes 2 your head ahhhh some good old italian pasta..... WROOOONG this is more like a CUBAN SWEAT SHOP FACTORY First off that place is a hole in a wall the waiters don't speak english and when i tried speaking spanish to them they they were either high on weed or something because he couldn't get $h*t right they completely messed up my order... first off i told him i what i wanted, he came back 2 times to confirm what i told him was right..... it took them 10 min. to bring us our drinks (not to mention the soda tasted flat) we were suppose to get garlic bread and literally had to ask 4 times for them to bring us some damn bread.... our food was brought to us 1 hour later ((( Im dead ass serious 1 hour!!!))) for a damn chicken parmesan.... not to mention the pasta was cold and tasted like crap...
Went to this place after driving by it a million times and boy am I glad I went! The pasta was fresh and well made, the sauces were good! We had a red sangria that was well made as well. What really took it over the top for me were two thing, one was service friendly atentive and very accommodating! The other was dessert! My lord their selection is amazing and incredibly delicious must try the Mud Pie! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to well preppared italian meal in a friendly atmosphere.
Fatal, the bad food, the entrance behind is degrading, Italian food nothing ,, the lasagna horrible as cannelloni, rather than pasta factory seems to be frozen ,, a salad without any grace, superdemorated food, also of pity and face ,,; I sincerely consider that it is a lack of respect for the client, I recommend anyone to go.
Great food. Kid Friendly! The freshly made pasta can also be ordered and taken home uncooked to cook later. The raviolis are great!
This comment does not go to the place, I recommend it is very rich food, now, the man who answers the phone, Jessy told my wife that the delibery was taking an hour and a half, I arrive half an hour late, my wife called and This man tells him the driver had left half an hour ago, I called the driver and he told me that he had just left, in fact the food was very very hot, so the driver was right, and this Jessy delayed me the delibery 2 hours because he felt like it, or because he was not doing his job properly, it is disrespectful to have these people in a place of such respect, I prefer to be told look at the food is going to leave now because there was no driver, but this individual preferred to blame the poor man for being late. That guy is disrespectful and inept. That it shouldn't be there, if not washing cars maybe it's a little better. My name is Deivy.
Simply delicious. Vast menu, good costumer service, really good food. All the entrees come with a complimentary tomato fettucine (which makes a pretty huge portion). They make the pasta daily, and we could see the kitchen while havingour complimentary salad as an appetizer. The only thing is we would have felt more comfortable if the kooks wore some kind of cap or bonnet or something to keep their hair off the food... It didn't happen to us, but that's the kind of thing they can't control. Really good!
Do not eat here, worst place ever. My family and I came here and ended up sick two days with a upset stomach. We came near to closing time and the food was expensive and horrible.

Homemade pastas. Great food, not expensive and offers free seconds on some pasta dishes. A must on your list.
I've been coming here since 1985, and never had a bad meal here. I took my wife here on one of our first dates here. And my son grew up eating here. If I want pasta, this has always been and always will be my first choice.

Used to be a good place back in the 80's 90's when the old man was always there, I guess he is long gone. They had great salad and pasta, now cheap portions and poor quality food. Would not recommend. Used to a good place.

WAITED AN ENTIRE HOUR FOR FOOD. THERE WERE ONLY THREE OFHER TABLES HOW DO YOU TAKE SO LONG TO SERVE MEDICRE FOOD? IVE HAD FROZEN PASTA BETTER THAN THE NASTY FOOD YOUR KITCHEN HAS SERVED. No one came out to apologize. No one cared. We ordered a pitcher of sangria a and not only was it done but the ice melted we got there at 7 and left at 9 for overpriced pasta. Pick somewhere else to eat. Pasta is definitely not made fresh, which is hard to believe when your restaurant's name has pasta and factory in it. Pasta machines are there for show only, didn't see one speck of flour on any of them. Save your money and buy some dried pasta and a jar of sauce and eat at home. The waiters are also very creepy...
For years it was my chosen place to eat "homemade" pasta, but the last time I went with a coupon of Groupon and they treated me terrible, apart from charging me tips for the value of the coupon, according to the employee that is not included and had to pay it obligatorily . Since then I'm not going ... and I doubt he'll go again. Unfortunate the service you have.

I really didnt want a give star because I had worst experience ever. The food was nasty and it took an hour for the food to come. I will not recommend the restaurant to any friends or family member. The people that came well after me ate way before me.

The pasta carbonara is delicious and so tasteful, the baked cheese makes it even better. The chicken fettuccine is really good, has flavour. There's also salad with your meal. Services is excellent. Coming back!
