Deeply disappointing, expensive Italian restaurant.

The hotel environment is very good looking to the Metropark buffet restaurant ok a lot of food and food to help you immediately, good service attitude, convenient transportation.

While having staycation offer, this is one of the best experience with amazing service they give.

We've been frequent guests to the KsL since 2005 and to date it's still 100% rating,"good service,good food,good accommodation,what else can you ask for? Keep up the good work !

Lovey place, It was a rainy afternoon in Hong Kong, and I decided to spend my day here, first some bubbles by the fountain reading a book , then went to the Tapas bar for drinks and food, a really lovely place and the perfect place to spend the day, the staff here are very attentive, I would recommend a day out here and I shall now be a recurring visitor, top marks for you all.

Everything is perfect and my spouse and kids love the hotel. The lady housekeeper on the 10th floor is superb as well, keep fulfilling our request just to make my sons at ease. Will book ShangriLa again our next Hong Kong visit. *double thumbs up*

When I arrived on the first day, it felt pretty good. But at about 7:30 the next morning, when I asked the service staff in the lobby to have a tea restaurant, the attitude was not very good, and the direction was not clear. I have lived in Hong Kong for more than ten years and I will not get lost. After that, I asked other things on the third day. I still felt that I lacked the attitude that the waiter should have. On the other hand, I would like to praise the guards who were at the elevator in the lobby at about 10:30 on October 31. He stopped a Chinese woman who was not living in a hotel but wanted to go upstairs with me. Of course. The lady s purpose of going upstairs does not have to be said here.

I stayed with Kowloon Shangri-La for 3 nights last weekend. One day I left the Do-Not-Disturb sign on without calling the hotel to clean my room. When I got back in the evening, I called for housekeeping and went out for a swim. About 40 mins later when finished my swim and came back to my room, the cleaning lady had even arrived! I called the front desk again to ask if they had forgotten to notify their housekeeper staff, the door bell finally started ringing. I was soaking wet from head to toe and the lady seemed to not have noticed or perhaps she was used to taking her time. I waited for her to put down the towels (on my luggage!!!) and watched her walked out of the room for 3 minutes without a word. I didn't know how long it would take her to finish her work so I locked the door and had no cleaning done that day. Not worth paying top price for such lousy service, that's my advice.

Still in a very good shape as an old landmark in kowloon side, spacious room, excellent service.

Overall an excellent experience - Horizon Harbour view room was fantastic. A surberb hotel in an excellent location central for all key attractions and points of interest.

Only downside was concierge booked a trip to Lantau Island on a day that turned out to be a public holiday so some of the elements were cancelled and the place was packed with locals.

A five-star hotel in the Tsim Sha Tsui area, with different food outlets. Excellent service.

Pool small and TV picture quality poor. Fresh milk for tea unavailable. Leave greater variety of teabags such as chamomile, mint etc. Provide small milk rather than milk powder. Breakfast on Horizon floor crowded and limited buffet. Hot breakfast meal very good and complimentary tea kind gesture.

We found an animals and pet inside our bathroom and no compensation, nothing this is terrible for a 5 stars hotel

Lobsters are fresh and fresh, and they are constantly supplied.

I asked for a room on a high floor but I was given a room on the 11th floor and I did not get any newspapers in the morning

First time in HK and a it staying in Shangri-La made it a memorable experience

The location is very good, very close to the MTR East Tsim Sha Tsui Station. The Executive Lounge is beautifully decorated and the lights in Victoria Harbour are particularly beautiful at night!

Really Excellent staff... seems every single one has initiative, kind and helpful.....normally there's an odd one out.... cant find any here.... every staff that we met was excellent... good job to the front office team, and those ever hardworking concierge, bell boys at the front entrance of the hotel and definitely the housekeeping

The Shangri-La Hotel on Hong Kong Island has a good interior and a good view, but the Shangri-La Hotel in Kowloon has a more authentic taste and a delicious food.

There are a lot of standard food supplies and desserts.

That was a wonderful hotel experience. There s nothing that needs improvement.

I have been a guest in ShangriLa Kowloon for over 30 years and enjoy staying there as much today as in the past - it is a true home away from home!

This place is lovely. Stay the night or just visit for afternoon tea. I visited for the latter, so I can t comment on the rooms. The food was delicious and not overpriced. I will be back.

The room was a bit dated and the swimming pool has too much chemical which made my silver bracelet turn black. The breakfast at the lounge was excellent. Overall a very good experience. Thanks.

They have a very good food.
They are friendly and good service. The hotel have a good location.It is easy to work around in the day or at night. The hotel is very quiet and very clean.

Went to the Shang for afternoon tea, and had a pleasant experience. The service was a bit slow, but the tea was excellent and well-prepared. The lobby seating area was also very nice for meeting friends and hanging out.

The hotel is old and needs renovation. The rooms have odors. But the service and prices are quite decent, five-star.

The service is top markotop! The restaurant told me which one contained pork ... the meeting room gave the HK river view ... the menu was good ...

All of the staff at desk, doors, business center, restaurant & housekeeping were so incredible, friendly, informative & engaging. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. My only complaint was the restaurant per person fee the night of Typhoon Maghkut. It was over $600 HKD & there was no where else open to eat. I felt that that one night there could have been some other menu options instead of such price gouging. I refused to pay that price so I went to bed without dinner.

The food is very good, the style is very much, about 5 bar counters, some connected, the dessert style is relatively small, an L-shaped bar (less than the Royal Taiping Hotel, but more refined), eat more than 80% of the style food, both It has its own characteristics and taste, and it won't be because the same chicken tastes.
Desserts also have their own characteristics, and some models are placed at two ends, so it is repeated. Each one is very beautiful and tastes very good. When cutting a cake with a fork, it seems to cut the mousse, without any resistance, and the fluffy feeling is super high. Very beautiful property with amazing view from the window. Staff is very friendly. Good food. Great location, so many places are at the walking distance from the hotel. Overall an excellent experience.

The family have a good experience at Hotel Shangrilla for the service, food and others thing.

It was a wonderful stay. Above all, with the smiles and voices of the staff, it seemed like we have been staying here for a long time.
Also, the Concierge staff at Horizon Club were kind enough to take consultations with me, and I was able to spend my heart with peace of mind.
Furthermore, I think that it is outsourcing, but the massage received by the couple was very comfortable, and instead of recovering from fatigue with the caring treatment of the masseur, I became better than when I came.
The couple agreed that they would like to return to this hotel again. thank you for helping me.

I was fortunate to have stayed on the Horizon Circle level where most needs are accounted for. The staff is friendly and professional. The lounge serving breakfast, tea and cocktails provided an excellent view of Victoria Harbor. My room was spacious, clean and well appointed, however when I return I ll ask for a harbor view as my room faced the building next door which was very close. We were very close to a major subway station making getting around anywhere very easy. All in all a wonderful experience leaving a desire to return.

Signature Tiramisu is unbeatable. Staffs are nice and helpful, other dishes are also great. They are also doing 5 courses dinner promotion at only $5xx per person, great value for money!

Fourth year staying at the Shangri-La, it's superb, that's why we also come back. So nice seeing Edward, a great employee you have!

The Chinese restaurant here has very nice environment and quiet. Got nice traditional dim sum but quite expensive as it is a five star hotel.
