I was fortunate to have stayed on the Horizon Circle level where most needs are accounted for. The staff is friendly and professional. The lounge serving breakfast, tea and cocktails provided an excellent view of Victoria Harbor. My room was spacious, clean and well appointed, however when I return I ll ask for a harbor view as my room faced the building next door which was very close. We were very close to a major subway station making getting around anywhere very easy. All in all a wonderful experience leaving a desire to return.
