Excellent, friendly and patient personal services, excellent location. Breakfast is of excellent quality and plentiful

No good Customer Service for a Diamond member! I ask for a better room, because they gave me a room with a miserable view. I had never such a bad Customer Service before. No Manager on Duty who helps me! Never ever in this Hotel! Shangri-La is a very good Hotel Group but not this Hotel!

The place is not suitable in terms of lack of Islamic restaurants and the hotel is old and old

Amazing hotel and amazing service, was wonderful visit.

My only suggestion is that your morning coffee is warm versus hot. Might seem minor, but coffee in the U.S. is typically preferred really hot and warm coffee is actually kind of disappointing.

We spent a nice week end at Shangri La Kowloon hotel , nice room, professional people , good food ....unfortunately we think we add a regular service for this type of hotel , but nothing wow .
Lobby and mostly Cafe Kool need a "lifting" to be at the level comparing to other new hotels , design . light, furniture, buffet presentation.

I love the Shangri-La Kowloon! I always feel special when I come to this hotel. The staff are amazing and always make me feel comfortable.

Cafe Kool buffet dinner is disgusting. There is nothing nice on offer at all. Zero flavour, dry or greasy, cold and the smallest portions ever. Disgusting!

We have been there a few times to eat at the Chinese restaurant. Amazing and luxurious place. Just go there and have dim sum.

I think it is the best mindset of the service location staff. It is much more perfect than the Macau Conrad,
Of course, the size of the room is several times as big as Macau, but Shangri-La is sure to be satisfied.

As usual, service, food, and my room were top notch. It always seems as though the operations of the hotel are very well organized. The hotel always appears to be very well maintained, clean and thoughtfully organized.

Love the services and amenities. And somehow I am attracted to the fragrance they used at the lobby and common areas. It is both enchanting and refreshing. It gives you a very relaxing mood when u return from a long day of shopping or sightseeing.

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is at one of the designated hotel stops for the airport express shuttle. So getting to and from the airport is a breeze (and cheap). It is literally next to the subway entrance too (although the actual train station is 8-10 mins stroll).

Lovely harbour view, but not exactly facing the high rise buildings of Admiralty/ Central area.

The only down side was the rooms look a bit dated, maybe it is time to refresh the room designs!

After eating Buffet, nine people vomited in three days. Will not go again.

I love the Shangri-La in Hong Kong, service and of course the breakfasts are breathtaking

I joined a staycation plan on the anniversary and stayed for one night. At the beginning, I was worried that it was old. When I arrived, I felt that although the decoration was not new enough, the materials used were of good quality. The old is not important, and the most important thing is to be clean. The problem, the shower liquid is so fragrant and famous, because the hotel is very thoughtful on the anniversary, and sent a champagne and chocolate, the chocolate is very positive, there is nut, and tea, although it was later than we went to the room, but they were all delivered The drink coupon is better than ours, the service is very good, worthy of a 5-star brand

The location is perfect for travellers with family.

Came to eat at Nadaman. One of the best teppanyaki meals and freshest sushi I've had in a long time in HK. Not cheap but worth the money!

We stayed for 2 nights. The lobby is beautiful lovely aroma. We got a beautiful room over looking the water and high rise building. Just out of the world. Rooms are nice and spacious and bathroom too. The reason I gave 1 stars is as my watch(Hermes) and fine jeweler was taken from my suitcase. I know for a fact it was there as I had packed it that morning. I did talk to the front desk and nothing was found. Please do not leave you suitcase open and put your valuable in the safe and or lock your suitcase when ever you leave your room as i left my suitcase open the day we checked-in and stepped out only for dinner. Which should not be the case for 5 star property. Big disappointment.

We continue to enjoy staying at the Kowloon Shangri-La when our schedule allows us!

The Lobby Lounge does not have an usherette that would entice guests to come in sit and unwind, have tea and some snacks or relax and have a drink. The usherettes should foster and invitation to peace and relaxation whilst at the same time, business people can always look to using the lobby lounge as a quiet and decent meeting place to conduct transactions over coffee or wine or cocktails.

Some of the rooms are very noisy, some of the rooms are great. Rooms are very large for Hong Kong and the recent upgrade of the bathrooms got rid of those horrible shower/bath combos. Good breakfast, though pricey

I'm pretty happy with the stay at Kowloon ShangriLa. But i have some suggestions (concerns or just some unforced criticism). Don't blame me as i'm very critical and demanding person.
0.The main reason to choose your hotel was view to the harbour and i liked the photos from your website but in reality it was a bit different.
1. There are old furniture in rooms , Cafe (breakfast) - cupboards etc . It definitely needs to renew. Because price for hotel is pretty high.
2. We've had 1029 room (8th Floor) and we have heard a lot of music noise at night from nearby cafe or club downstairs. It's strange.
3. Anyway it was a nice stay. I liked breakfasts , bed, wifi, view to the harbour and polite and helpful personnel. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel, stunning views and excellent staff

This is the best hotel experience in my career--the best service, the friendliest employees, the best food in the restaurant, and the most comfortable stay. To a person, the entire staff went out of their way to be personally engaged in making my stay terrific. It was terrific.

From the minute we entered the front door, we were greeted with exceptional customer service. Grace was a lovely woman who greeted us and escorted us to our room explaining everything in great detail. Whenever she saw us during our stay she remembered us and greeted us warmly. The staff was efficient, warm and welcoming. The lobby was luxurious!

Five star hotel. The room feels like the view of the harbor view. There is Shang Palace which has been taking Michelin two stars from the basement in 2009 underground. I recommend high lunch in Kamiya.

my room smelt damp and musty, the decor was old and a little shabby. I changed rooms but it was still a little damp smelling, I was disappointed.

Really great stay again at hotel only disappointment was not getting a table in the horizon lounge without having to wait as it would appear at certain times it is over subscribed. Food was a little disappointing compared to previous trip, but in terms of service this is faultless.

The service was so thorough and we felt extremely welcome. Despite getting a fantastic staycation flash deal, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued. Everything was fantastic, with spacious rooms and just the best service I've experienced in Hong Kong. The breakfast in Horizons club: view was fantastic, but the food was below average. The semi buffet has a very limited fruit/appetizers options and then you can order one dish off the menu. First the buffet options, simple and not very exciting but the taste was ok. Then the cooked dish. It looked promising as the menu was diverse. We ordered a soft poached egg with corn beef hash. The egg was way overcooked (yolk was completely solid) and the hash looked and tasted like it was left overnight and microwaved. I also ordered the miso cod- which was ok, but again, tasted and looked like pre-prepared food that was just reheated or cooked and then left in chafing tray for a day. Based on the food that came out of this kitchen, I am definately less likely to visit another restaurant on site. That said, just as with every other section of the hotel, the service was enthusiatic and friendly. I am now a big fan of this brand, and will make it a point to try them out whenever possible.

Had a horizon club room and the lobby concierge didn't seem to understand when I said "horizon club" to her 3 times so we wouldn't have to wait at the lower main check in. However, upon a quick check we were zoomed away to the horizon club for check in.
Despite this minor hickup, everything else was beyond a doubt remarkable, and memorable. From the plushness of the pillows, to the well appointed rooms and washroom amenities. Housekeeping was superb. Location is excellent! Did I mention the view from a full harbour view club room? All around an excellent experience.

Check in was very smooth and the car pick up was a great and enjoyable experience too. Room is clean and tidy. Overall service quality is exvellent and staff is friendly.

From the booking to our departure all staff communications were professional and excellent. Our needs were readily accommodated.

The room and amenities were as described and more than met our expectations.

Overall it was good. Hotel is well maintained though it's an old hotel. The corridor of hotel has a strange smell though I noticed the management try to have some ventilation.

Five-star service. The decoration is relatively old, and the clean enterprise management room is large. The view is good.

The buffet is not so wild, but it's so good to my taste. No rock food is useful.

Breakfast is semi buffet on the top floor. The food quality is good.

It was a very comfortable stay.
I just didn't understand how to use the built-in terminal.

Room was good but a damp smell in the hallway. The staff were attentive. Breakfast was good. The Tapas bar is way overpriced and the quality of the food average.

Excellent hotel in HK. Best customer service experienced from check-in, buffets, lounge service...best breakfast buffet spread ever from cold cuts to Indian vegetarian breakfast. Few steps to East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Toiletries are L'Occitane. Everything you need in the room for charging devices. Super clean. Just perfect!

Great happy hour at the Tapas bar before 7pm, 2 for 1 on great wine!

Brilliant Hotel in Kowloon. Staff are helpful, kind, super friendly. We love their service! The room is super clean and luxury. Breakfast is wonderful. You can enjoy a lot fo kind of foods. Highly recommend to stay and I'd like to come back to this Hotel! Thank you so much.

This is one of the top 3 favorite hotels I have stayed in all over the world. The staff were all kind, friendly and excellent service. There are many kinds of breakfast, and I never got tired of staying for 4 nights. The rooms are clean and have a great design. The comfort is outstanding. If I ever go to Hong Kong, I definitely want to come back here.

Everything is top class, except the lady at check-out could be more friendly, at least with smiles.

Tsim Sha Tsui landmark, old five-star hotel, first-class service, is a high-class hotel.

Booked a table for two in advance. However, a table far from the cafe Kool was assigned to us. This is the only drawback.
The general experience of the stay was very good. We shall come back again.
One suggestion for the staycation package. For those who want to stay more than 1 night, it is better to have other choices for dinner because same meal for 2 or more days is much.

Buffet dinner is inedible and disgusting. Worst buffet I have ever had.

The service overall was very good however your bathrooms need updating. The sink kept clogging and the toilet worked too slow.

It was a five star hotel forty years ago and still is today.

The buffet is full of dishes, and seafood sashimi is available.

Despite the inconvenience we faced during our stay such as not able to patronize the Cafe , the closing of your restaurant, restriction of entrance to hotel, etc, we still received the same consistence good service from the staff at the Horizon Club, front office and the housekeepers.

Lunch Buffet is superb, with a lot of choices, especially seafood, like seafood people pay attention!

The breakfast buffet should be more delicious and abundant since last months.

I booked 2 nights with no cancel policy. However, this hotel didn t allow my family to stay in just one room. They said only 4 people maximum is allowed. I'm with my 4 kids (3 of them are still toddlers!) and my wife. I didn t have any choice but to get an adjacent room which doubled the price of a per night stay. Sure, everything went well as expected due to its high price. It would have been a great stay experience for us, only if one room is good enough as I had insisted. Good location but will not recommend this hotel. I would rather find a hotel that can understand the importance of my hard-earned money.

It was a pleasure experience staying at this 5 stars hotel, which is 30 seconds walking from the TST Mtr station. KSL is a fabulous hotel with excellent food and services. They offer complementary fruit, Chinese tea and coffee maker in the room. Breakfast buffet is continental, it's really good and yummy. Also the famous restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

Great service great view Thermostat for A/C in room was broken and too cold! Breakfast was great buffet. For Ala carte the waiters had difficulty on catering to special orders such as dryer egg omelets, grilling the sausage darker ( came out almost raw)

We were picked up from Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and the pick up was arranged in advance. It was a very heavy rainy day but the driver was there on time and was very helpful. We arrived at the hotel and right away we were welcomed and greeted by the guests relation staff I believe her name was amakow or something close to this.
We were escorted to our room and they did our check-in in the room. She was very professional and sweet and my daughter liked her.
The room was what we booked and requested and looked very clean and tidy. While she was completing the check-in she offered to make us Chinese tea and that was a very nice gesture.
The location of the hotel is fantastic and it is very accessible by the metro, bus, taxi or even just walking.
Breakfast was FANTASTIC and the staff were great. That night we had dinner though room service and it was very good too.
The housekeeping team had done a very good job to keep us very comfortable and met our need every time we had asked for something.
The concierge team were great too. They always had an answer to our question and ticket to the major parks whenever we are for some.
The hotel has a Saloon and I took my daughter there once and the staff were very nice and took good care of her.
Our departure was as great as our check-in and not only at the hotel level but when we arrived at the airport we had a hotel staff member waiting for us there and helped us at the hotel which was great.
Is short, it was a FANTASTIC stay and will come back again
