All of the staff at desk, doors, business center, restaurant & housekeeping were so incredible, friendly, informative & engaging. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. My only complaint was the restaurant per person fee the night of Typhoon Maghkut. It was over $600 HKD & there was no where else open to eat. I felt that that one night there could have been some other menu options instead of such price gouging. I refused to pay that price so I went to bed without dinner.
