The Customer Service department is very friendly. However, I had to check out in one of the regular lines and the associate was not friendly. Acted as if I was interrupting her. There was another associate talking with her when I walked up. No greeting or anything. Also need to mention that associates need to stop using their saliva when trying to open the plastic bags. It's very disgusting. Use a wet paper towel or something.

The shopping area in the store was very clean. The checkout clerk had ZERO personality.
Needed to order items to be shipped to North Dakota. Got a wonderful young clerk and she walked me through the process. Made my day so much easier. Other clerks happy and friendly and this was at the end of Black Friday.

A disappointing recent customer service experience at this specific Kohl's. I found a nice dress shirt on Google search saying Kohl's Brookfield carried it for $12. So I went in, found the shirt, and took it to the cashier. He rang it up (with a 15% off coupon) for $20. When I asked why the price was different, he explained that Kohl's has an online price and an in-store price. (Yes, most stores these days do.) I asked why you can't simply price match the online advertised price? He said you have to go through "the process" (meaning check out online, wait 2 hours for an employee to find the shirt that I am holding in my hand, wait for them to email me, and then pick it up). I have never heard of a more un-friendly process in my life! So we drove 1 mile down the road and bought a similar shirt at Target, and yes they price matched their online listing! In a world where department stores are closing by the hundreds, you would think these "processes" would be updated.

Everyone was very friendly. The place was very well organized and I had no problem finding the things I needed. There were a lot of stand out employees but to name some were Cody, Jalina, Eli, Scott, etc. They had lots of variety and great customer service.
