They are clean and neat. I love how they have their clothes sectioned out clearly labeled in each department. It really makes it easy to shop. High quality clothing at a great price oh and don t forget the kohl s cash !

Bought a tank top for my daughter. When she put it on we found it was torn (string loose) we were able to exchange it without any issue. I Always have a great experience with Kohls.
After shopping with my credit card, my wife and I attempted to leave the store. We were stopped at the door and security demanded to search our bags. We were profiled because we were African American shopping in a racist white community.
Employees are masked. There is hand sanitizer for public use at entrances. I had a lovely experience at the Brookfield Kohl's; I always do. Very helpful staff. Thank you.

Never in my life have I had to deal with such a rude and unorganized manager. Scott was so flustered and hyper and all over the place. Received an email my pickup order was ready and yet when I arrived at the store it was another story. Waitng for forever for people to figure out what was up with my order and was treated as if it were my fault that the system was wrong. I dont think I'll be spreading another dime ag this place.
Their Jelwery has no warrenty, I bought a bracelet about 7 months ago and the hook broke, they then told me they couldn't help me.
I love this location. It s a well stocked and displayed store. Associates are very friendly and knowledgeable not to mention memorable. Mark in the jewelry department adjusted my watch after I purchased online. Mark sized it three different times, snug and looser, allowing time to find the perfect fit. So helpful and patient!
Good place for housewares. Being a smaller man, I seldom find clothes that fit me.

Kohl's why in the world did you guys put up Christmas/Holiday decorations in your store in September?? Decorating the store (not just selling mind you) is marketing suicide.
"Christmas decorations 4 months in advance not only cheapened and watered down the actual holiday shopping experience but also tended to override the holidays that should be getting the proper attention. " BEAUTIFULLY SAID I will be avoiding Kohl's like the plague until after thanksgiving when I want to enjoy the holiday season and decorations.

Well...I shop today and I using the extra 25% off in store for my total $50.98 but only take off $1.50 by using that extra 25%off....I call and told them about it but they said their scanner must not read it right...so nothing they do about it. Kind of suck that when you go shop and then the extra 25% doesn't really apply to it. It really should take off $12.74 from the total that I buy the item.
Did not have what I was looking for. No selection of long underwear for men and no selection of stand mixers (just had Kitchen Aid.)
Nice arrange of kitchen necessities. That's all I get. Even so, their kitchen prices are pricey, though the quality is very good. I'm surprised the don't have any kitchen garbage cans. I eventually ended up going back to Target and getting one.
Had to wait for the cashier's to finish checking out employees which could of gone faster. When a cashier finally open they allowed for someone behind me to skip me and didn't say nothing even though she saw what happened. No wonder retail is dying if they do know remember what customer service is.

This review is due to a single experience that we had shopping at this location today, and I felt like I needed to write it to warn any other parents who might be shopping at this location with their children. We took our kids in to see Santa today, and afterwards we needed to pick up a few items. While we were near the children s section, an employee came up to us and our 2-1/2 year old daughter, and commented about the robots we were standing by. She asked our daughter if she liked the robots, and then said Let me see if I can try and get you one. My husband and I thought this was odd, but maybe they were doing some sort of giveaway drawing or something you had to sign up for, so we didn t say anything, and then our daughter didn t respond, so then the employee asked our daughter, do you like Frozen? , which of course our daughter loves, and then the employee said, do you want a doll? Let me show you these over here and proceeded to take us to a nearby Frozen doll display area. My husband and I looked at each other wondering if they were giving away free dolls or something? She then kneeled down next to our daughter, showing her the different Elsa and Anna dolls, asking which one she wanted. Mind you, these were not free dolls, nor were they cheap. My daughter chose one of the Anna dolls and the employee smiled and quickly walked away, leaving us with a daughter who on a normal day would have been extremely excited expecting that she now owned this doll and was going to be taking it home. Luckily for us, we had just visited Santa, and she was excited over the free Play-Doh she had received from him, and we were able to distract her with that and put the doll back on the shelf. We were so shocked and couldn t believe it had actually happened, as it all happened fairly quickly, and didn t catch the employee s name. Some parents may not be able to afford random expensive toys for their children while out running errands, and employees tricking kids into wanting something as if it were free and then walking away made me sick to my stomach. It is a screwed up thing to do to a child.
A few years ago, I phoned this store inquiring about bras, because I require an unusually large size... the stuck up cow commented that I should get breast reduction surgery. So I will never set foot near this store.

Really great finds at Kohl's. They have lots of name brand clothes, shoes and undergarments on sale. Everything ranges from kids to adult in both genders. Plus little nic-naks at great prices too. The store is well organized. Sale signs are clearly displayed. Hard to miss anything. They do run out of certain sizes for shoes and clothes because of the demand. That can be very disappointing.
Had an Amazon return and online purchase pick up. In and out in 3 minutes, easy peasy! Staff member was super pleasant!
Who doesn't love Kohl's? The aisles are pretty tight here but clean. Love to use my 30% off coupon or Kohl's cash!
