They don't care about their disabled customers, no handicap carts. Lost a long term customer.

They have good prices and always have coupons. I wouldn't buy anything full price.

Con's are they always have an associate walking around asking people to sign up for their credit card. This lady asks me every time I'm in here and sometimes more than once. I have a kohls charge card... Then they ask you again when you check out. This place would be 5 stars if they stopped asking every time.

Great selection, clean store, kind and helpful associates. Would have given 5 stars except that the aisles are too narrow to push a cart through which is frustrating when trying to shop.

The lady in shoes was awesome! She helped me with an online order & it was so easy!

I LOVE this place! I am not one for shopping for clothes but this Kohls always has those hard to find perfect pants. Staff is always friendly. It's nice to see co workers enjoy their work as well as each other. The Kohls cash is always a nice touch. I love being able to use it in my shopping and cannot wait to try out their app for more savings. Can't find what you need? Just ask. They are always there to help.

The prices are very reasonable and the staff is knowledgeable and professional. The quality of the goods is adequate for the price, and the parking is ample.

Nice store but, I Wish they would carry ball gown dresses.

Not a fan anymore...they have forgotten how they got where they are, or why customers are so important.

Clothing store, kind of hard to get excited about that.

Can never find anything suitable for my needs. Few times I've shopped there, I feel like a fish out of water. My wife can't get enough of the coupon gimmicks. I dislike that. That says it all.

Don't go with out a coupon. Seriously, if you don't have one you must live under a rock.

Clean store, not too busy, good selection, cashier was excellent.

I was in the hospital with a flesh eating bacteria . I called kohls customer service they said explain what happened and they will accept it my Kohl's cash. They wouldn't horrible customer service stay away

Shopping at Kohl's was fantastic today. I LOVE the way all of the Vera Wang sizes are ALL consolidated in one area. The PLUS sizes are all together with the average sizes.

Excellent customer service lot better in Boston Store and Yonkers

The aisles are kind of tight and sometimes it is quite difficult to find help. However, the store is very clean and and the prices are good.

Kohls is Kohls, if you have been in one you have been in most of them.

They took out there accessories department so they could have a makeup counter. I went looking for stockings/nylons and literally they had 1 sad tiny rack and that was it. Ended up going to Target.

I go to other Kohl's, but for whatever reason I always get the best selection at this specific Kohl's.

We had a pleasant shopping experience just now. Store was nicely decorated, ready to get around. Decent checkout experience. Well probably come again during the holidays.

Rude employees who would rather talk about hospital visits than saying hi or helping a customer. However, they did say hi to the man walking past by. I didn t know you were getting paid to stand around and talk about personal lives instead of being friendly and talking to customers. I guess what I learned working in a customer service environment is different than how these Kohl s employees were trained.

I like Kohls because the style of clothing matches what I like - comfort and casual dressy..

My shopping experience was okay.. didn't really find what I was seeking but I found some items for my son. One cashier on oneside and still couldn't call for back up as there were ppl waiting in line as I was waiting but someone on the floor saw and assisted but still waiting when it was a slow night then have a cashier step it up then move so slow to cash someone out.

Found everything I went for. I asked for gift receipts for each item prior to purchase but didn't receive any. I forgot to double check until I was home. Now I'll have to go back because the clerk was a dolt.

This store seems to have abetter style of clothes selection than other stores that I have been to.

Their new amazon store for returns is super convenient and fast.

Good products for good prices. But my complaint is I had to visit 4 different kohl s to find the swimsuit I wanted because they didn t have it any of the other ones.

2nd time there very expensive don't have much of a selection for the thick ladies.
