I've been working for Kognitive for almost 5 years now. After going through the growing pains, the company has matured into one of the best work environments I have ever experienced. There has been such a huge shift in company culture and values. Management provides constant positive reinforcement to their teams; there is a commitment to staff development on all levels; and an overall commitment to changing the lives of their employees in a positive way.
