I have been in Kognitive since last 3 Years started as a Entry level Representative in Windsor, but gave me a chance to grow into the management for Barrie now. Being a Manager i had a chance to give my team leads to show their skills to grow and now we have 3 more managers into Kognitive world from Barrie region.
