Worked there for a year. Didn t get paid twice around 600$ for travel expneses. Worst experience ever.

One of the best platform to enhance your marketing skills and communication skills. I have been working in the company since 2 months and I have improved a lot. You get paid good if you work smartly. They give you as many hours as you want. One of the best jobs if you really want to build a solid resume. The company respects the employees and really understand the academic priorities.

Rude and impossible to get a hold of when tho need something from them. Very poor customer service. Say they will do something and dont follow through. Horrible horrible horrible

An amazing working environment with the freedom of setting your own availability to work. People are very friendly and specially the team manager who keeps motivating and encouraging you to not just work but have fun while working.

This is a pyramid scheme scam that targets students in debt, what you wont know is that they wont pay you. Be aware.

If you want a fun yet challenging company to work for this is it . They ensure your success with ongoing traing and support. With how hectic life can be I appreciate the ability to flex my hours . Pay is very lucrative and so rewarding.

I have been working with Kognitive Marketing for 8 months. It is my first job in Canada (London Ontario ), and I found it an excellent place to start, knowing Canada, travel to different places, to have fun, getting experience, meeting with a lot of people, and you're paid on the top of that.

You re only as good as your last pay check to them. If your sales slip, they fire you. It s all about numbers, culture here doesn t exist.

Hey everyone, I would like to share my experience of working in Kognitive marketing as a Team Leader. I started this job as my first sales job 2 months back and I was very nervous and not confident enough that I can do this on my first shift but the constant motivation which I got from my manager ( Mr. Khawar Siddiqui (Raza)) and all the team members of GTE team has helped me achieve the 100 sales mark in a very short time period. The best thing I like about working with this company is that they always motivate you to do more and help you in maintaining that constant positive attitude.It was one of the best decisions of my life to join Kognitive marketing.

A company where efforts are rewarded and there is a lot more opportunities for growth. No cap on earning, one can earn more as per the hard work has been put. It gives opportunity to meet new people and talk to them. You are free to choose your own schedule anytime which makes it a lot more convenient to work. It s been 7 months that I am with kognitive and I have been through a big change in my life. Worst company ever, if there were an option to negatively rate, I d done so.
I am an ex employee and the company bailed out on paying me the expenses I did for the company operation. These people are exploiting international students with aggressive sales targets, leveraging the paperwork they provide for PR.
Every good review here is fake and forced as they enticed staff with contest to post reviews.
I only survived 1.5 yrs because of my immediate senior, my manager, who I guess was also stuck due to her PR. The pay is terrible, training program at office is useless and pressure prevails at every level, coming straight down from President. Demotion is also common here, manager demoted to team lead, account manager demoted to field trainer after years of service.
Poor and uneducated top level management/HR. Practically every manager is Indian/Immigrant because no native would get exploited by their hands.
Bunch of heartless people, fooling staff and customers and running the biggest scam which can shut down any minute.
Don t waste a minute selling credit cards and putting major chunk of commissions into their pockets. They lack gratitude and respect for human resource.
