It's nobodys business who I am so I'm going to keep this anonymous as much as possible. I got hired here over a month ago and it took a month in itself to just get trained in the London area. My team is far from encouraging as well especially to newer employees. This is my first full week actually working for the company and from the first day I've recieved aggressive texts from my managers. I'm new to the company and I hate it. I've been stepped over and ignored. Today I was supposed to get paid as well but I havent been, I defended you when I started out. How can I be passionate and sell something with enthusiasm if every day I get threatened that if I dont suddenly become perfect I will soon lose my job. Heck I don't even think I'll make it to the end of next week. I feel hopeless. I'm getting mixed messages from everywhere. People tell me to take my time and work on improving my pitch but we aren't given that time and people aka the managers I'm looking at you Yogesh constantly threaten me that if I'm not better immediatly or not sick immediatly I will lose my job that I wasnt even fully trained to do. Hopefully you the people read this before you apply and go somewhere else. If I could give you zero stars I would.
