Switched to the Knab bank from the start in 2014 and have not regretted a second to date.
A physical bank is so 2013 and everything can be arranged quickly and easily online.
7.50 in fixed costs, but you have an indefinite number of bills and cards and a credit card. You can give each account its own name, which is useful if you want to save for certain things. I give a 10 to the customer service because there is quick contact both by telephone and chat if necessary.
You can enter data so that you have a beautiful financial (future) picture for yourself.
The Knab mobile app works really well
Now that Knab has teamed up with Aegon bank, I hope that they will continue to provide the same service and that you as a customer will not become a number like with the large banks!
In short, very satisfied and keep it up! I'll stick with Knab !!
