This is my favorite venue for concerts! The lawn is a great, cheaper option but still has a really good view. The seating under the pavilion is good if you want to see your favorite artist up close, no obstructed views!
I went to a show recently on one of the hottest days of the summer and Ruoff made water cheaper and let you bring in unlimited quantities of water (normally a limit up to 1Liter) and upped medical staffing. I was really glad to see they took precautions and the safety of concert goers over money! Highly recommend seeing a concert here!

SPENT 286$ ON TICKETS JUST TO HAVE SECURITY KICK IS OUT OF OUR SEATS BECAUSE WE HAD MOBILE TICKETS!! NOT MY FAULT THEY CANT HAVE SYSTEM THAT BETTER SUITS AND PROTECTS THE RIGHTFUL PURCHASERS OF THE TICKETS. I EVEN LOGGED INTO THE LIVENATION SITE TO SHOW PROOF OF PURCHASE AND STILL GOT ESCORTED OUT OF PAVILLION WHERE MY PURCHASED SEATS WERE.

The Auditorium is nice we enjoyed ourselves. A special note! I can not emphasize how excellent guest Services was in assisting us. I have an injury and needed to use one of the new wheel chairs. At the end of the concert the lady that aided me on the way in saw me on exit and arranged a Golf cart to our Uber. The gentlemen took us to the specific one in the pick up section. I offered a 10 dollar tip to be given to a favorite charity and was told not necessary. I am donating the tip to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation since Jack Osborne's diagnosis created both his and his fathers sobriety making this tour possible.

Ruoff does a great job of taking care of the people and keeping Security on track. Concerts are always great Dave Matthews was there. Indy connection provides good transportation service for Ruoff concerts

Beautiful venue located just far enough outside of Indy to make it seem like you're in the middle of nowhere. Been going here since the early 90's and I've almost always had very positive experiences. The sound is great and the sight lines are pretty good even when you're out in the lawn.

Great concert location. Love sitting in the lawn. The one thing I find extremely negative is that there are no smoking regulations. I've battled cancer for 4 years now. I take a test every few months that measures the CEA level of my blood. If I am around cigarette smoke it raises this level in my blood, therefore causing a false positive, and a huge amount of unwarranted anxiety on my family. I'm 41. Since I was a teen, concerts have been a huge part of my life...my all time favorite hobby. I now have to worry about enjoying a concert BC of the major havoc that second hand cigarette smoke creates in my life. Since the lawn is divided into sections anyhow, would it be that hard to create several sections where you can smoke, and several where you can't? I'm not trying to make it to where people who smoke can't attend, enjoy, and smoke as well....but why can't sections be designated so I'm not surrounded by people blowing smoke in my face for 3 hours?

Great venue to see a concert. Parking was convenient and hassle free. Staff were really friendly and they got people through the ticket line very efficiently. The lawn is huge and there are nice walkways. Attended concert in early June and the grass was already brown and dried out. That is my only complaint. Maybe they haven't been getting much rain, but I expected the grass to be in a somewhat reasonable condition for so early in the season.

Parking was easy to get to and even easier to leave, even in a full lot. The bathrooms were still pretty clean at the end of the night and they had merch booths at the front and near the stage. Power never went out, and the sound system was on point.

Ever since they changed names to the rouff home mortgage center ticket prices have gone up and service has gone way down. It used to be that you could buy lawn seats and upgrade to pavillion. Ive been to two concerts since they became rouff and was told that no upgrades available which i highly doubt. Will probably never return unless they have affordable pavillion seats or it changes to a more reasonable owner who allow upgrades

Staff and security very rude, had a friend get lost after concert, couldn't get anyone to help direct him with directions. Food and drinks outrageously priced ! Good show ! But, huge waste of money !

Well managed... Facility has been kept in great condition and improves. Have had many great memories here. Getting out after a show is much faster than in years past. Law enforcement does a great job creating out bound paths that keep moving. But like any large facility, it can take time and patience. Updating the restrooms would be a nice thing for your customers. I think I have been washing my hands in the same sinks since the beginning of time. UPDATE: Nice Job Updating the restrooms for 2019. Thanks

Came here a few weeks back to see Darius Rucker and Lady Antebellum. This was my 1st time coming here. I enjoyed myself. The only thing I did not like was how far we had to walk from where we parked the car. I wish that parking could have been closer to the music venue.

We went there last night to see Spoon, Cage the elephant and Beck. We had a great time, as we usually do when we see a show there. My biggest pet peeve about the place is that you never know what kind of items they will allow you to bring in until you get up to the door. Some shows I have gone to, you can t take blankets or those inflatable couches or chairs anything like that. Last night they were allowing anything and everything through. I wish it was better communicated what the guidelines are for each show. This way concert goers can be better prepared.

I also feel like prices for drinks are way too high, but that s more on the vendors than the venue I guess.

I have seen a lot of great shows and made a lot of great memories here and all-in-all it s pretty great. Matt Schultz from Cage the elephant crowd surfing out to the lawn was the best part. Beck put on a hell of a show though!

Finding your car is a little rough, the extremely high prices for refreshments is insane, the facilities are rarely functioning and you'll want to throw your shoes away after, the lawn is alright but walking around the lawn is awful - you really get what you pay for - it's the poor man's concert venue with an Indiana level of excellence in managing events.

After showing members of management the strange stain on my arm. In my hair and on my fingers. They advised me it was from bird. I disagree because soap wont even take it off. Its stained all over my arm hair and fingers

We saw Zac Brown and had a great time. The venue sounded wonderful and the facilities were nice. I would give 5 stars if it weren't for 2 things. One, a cocktail and beer should not cost nearly $40 - it's just wrong. Two, it took us an hour to leave the parking lot after the show.

3 Stars because that new name is the worst. We all know it's called Deer Creek. Also, this venue would be so much better if they allowed picnics inside on the lawn. Otherwise, it has everything you need to have a great time and the sound quality is pretty decent.
